Met moderne Balinese architectuur, is Villa Nelayan smaakvol ingericht in een traditionele minimalistische stijl en uitgerust met state-of-the-art handgemaakte meubels. Deze villa met vijf slaapkamers is zeer geschikt voor groepen vrienden of families. Gelegen in Canggu, de villa ligt op een uitstekende locatie in de buurt van groene rijstvelden en op 300 meter afstand van Nelayan Beach. Het is ook slechts een korte 15 minuten rijden van Seminyak, waar de gasten kunnen jagen op beroemde restaurants, winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden.
Villa Nelayan bestaat uit 5 slaapkamers (4 kingsize bedden, 1 twin bed) smaakvol ontworpen en ingericht gelegen in aparte gebouwen met hun eigen ensuite marmeren badkamer met buiten regendouche en bad. De slaapkamers kijken uit op de tropische tuin en het zwembad, dat ook een prima keuze is voor diners in de buitenlucht.

Het 25 meter lange T-vormige zwembad heeft een ondiep gedeelte voor kinderen en is omgeven door een houten dek met zitzakken en ligstoelen om te relaxen en te genieten van de Balinese zon. Met haar vlakke gazons is Villa Nelayan ook ideaal voor kleine bruiloften en evenementen.
De Javaanse ingang van de villa leidt naar een open-air gemeenschappelijke ruimte, met uitzicht op een prachtig T-vormig zwembad en tropische Bali tuin versierd met een antieke visser of 'nelayan' boot, iconisch voor Villa Nelayan. De woon- en eetkamer zijn ontworpen in een open plan om het tropische leven te omarmen. Naast de volledig uitgeruste keuken staat een houten eettafel waar 8 personen kunnen genieten van een heerlijke maaltijd. Kom samen en ontspan op een van de 3 banken terwijl u bijpraat met vrienden of een film kijkt op de flatscreen TV. Een houten trap naast de eethoek leidt naar een openlucht terras waar gasten kunnen genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op het omringende groen.
Bali's legendarische gastvrijheid is hier springlevend, waar een team van professionele helpers is opgeleid in de kunst van het voor u zorgen. Met hun gastvrije glimlach zal het personeel van Villa Nelayan net dat beetje meer doen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw verblijf een onvergetelijke ervaring wordt.
Canggu ontwikkelt zich snel tot Bali's hipste strand scene, met een relaxte vibe, talloze eetgelegenheden, levendige live muziek podia, yoga studio's, spa's en een aantal chique strandkleding boetieks allemaal op slechts vijf minuten rijden van de villa. Seminyak met zijn ruime keuze aan chique cocktailbars, opwindende nachtclubs, weelderige spa's en elegante boetieks ligt op 20 minuten rijden.
10/10Une Très belle villa qui permet à ses hôtes de s'immerger dans un environnement bien balinais dès le passage du pas de porte. L'équipe de service est discrète mais efficace, les plages aux alentours sont accessibles en quelques minutes de moto. Idéal pour les surfeurs également. Des restaurants et commerces nombreux aussi.
9.2/10It was a great villa for our families, lovely pool and spacious living area. The location was better than our research showed. A short walk to the beach (black sand, but we knew that). Lots of beach cafes and bean bags for sunset drinks, also a cut through to Batu Balong close by, easy walk or lots of taxis. There is a small convenience store at top of driveway. We particularly loved Zin's cafe/restaurant, very close - great owner, efficient staff and good coffee & excellent healthy food. Billy Ho in the main strip for really good Japanese. Spring and Amo Spas were favourites. A couple of negatives.. Villa breakfast quite monotonous and some areas of property, in particular decking around pool need maintenance/renewing. Overall, very good.
8.2/10Near the eco beach. Can walk back for dinner after enjoying the sun set. The Villa has everything which allow you just “being lazy” and totally relax for few days.
9.6/10Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nelayan. The staff were amazing so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Always nerve racking that pictures have been edited but the Villa and the pool is exactly like the pictures. It was a great location 2min walk to beach and to cafes and shopping in Canggu. Wish we could have stayed longer.
9.6/10Villa Nelayan is a very nice villa to spend a relaxing holiday. The villa is located near the beach (literally less than 5 minutes walking from Nelayan Beach) and in a quiet environment. The living area is very spacious and very nice if you want to lie down reading a book or watch a movie. The pool area is soothing as it's surrounded by trees and you can hear the nature warbling. Highly recommended!
9.6/10i was here for 5 days with sis and family. We were not sure what to expect as we have been to bali before at nusa dua area and stayed in a hotel. The reception was so warm and the property was as per the pictures. The comfort of having your privacy yet being there with a large family group was super. The caretakers , Imade and putu and yandi were exceptionally friendly and made our needs seem so easily handled. They were careful to be there and yet not there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have peace, privacy and bliss yet near to so many good restaurants and the beach.
10/10We booked Villa Nelayan for a friends New Years reunion. We were pleased to find the Villa exactly as pictured! A little slice of paradise. As mentioned by fellow reviewers, the pool is a decent size with a toddler area. We felt totally relaxed and safe here. Imade and his team did everything possible to make us feel welcome and see to our every need. The food prepared was always delicious! The villa is close to Echo Beach and there are a few shops/ spas that Imade was happy to give us a lift to in the Canguu area. He also arranged cars for us for a dinner in Seminyak, a trip to Tanah Lot and the Rice Terraces. Wonderful hospitality and peaceful tranquility! Perfect for a family gathering and reunion.
10/10i couldnt believe my eyes when i first stepped into the entrance of this beautiful villa. The big living area with a stunning wooden table and big sofa area was just the beginning. The rooms are made with a passionate eye for details and even the toilet and showers are extraordinary. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. It is settled in a very calm and beautiful part of bali. Surrounded by ricefields it is easy to access the beach by walking. There are also nice restaurarants in the surrounding, which is definitely worth to try and taste the delicious food.It was the nicest stay in bali for me.
9.6/10My friends and me loved Villa Nelayan. We had a great stay and the staff was super friendly. Every morning they prepared a lovely breakfast which we chose the day before. The villa offers a lot of space and you can relax next to the pool or chill in the living room area. It is very quiet and Canggu is also a very nice area to stay in Bali.
8.8/10The rooms are quaint and well maintained.. the open shower initially felt awkward but we enjoyed it over time. Clean kitchen and living area upon entry. While close to the beach, the villa is quite far from the city center.. need to drive everywhere. The facilities manager and staff are very pleasant and helpful; ever willing to meet our every need from food to tips on sightseeing.
10/10Arriving at the villa with two families for a 10 day stay, we were very happy to see that the villa was exactly as we saw in the photos... beautiful. It is very close to the beach and on one of the quietest roads in Canggu. Restaurants, local massage and beach side bars were all very, very good. The staff, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us when we asked. Beds were changed daily and towels/bath mats etc... changed upon request. Made, the villa manager, is incredibly helpful and during our many trips around the region, explained local customs and information about the area. We felt like part of the family and enjoyed the company of the staff without feeling overwhelmed. They are very respectful and careful not to impose. A most enjoyable and memorable holiday. Thank you Made, Putu, Wayan, Andy (and family) and all of the other staff who made our stay so special.
