Villa Nilaya is a perfect combination of traditional meets contemporary, in a delightful blend of colour and tropical living. Villa Nilaya is located in the centre of trendy Seminyak, 5 minutes away from Oberoi's famous "eat street". La suite principal cuenta con una cama king-size de lujo en una habitación enriquecida con alfombras suaves y obras de arte de buen gusto. Hay un televisor con reproductor de DVD y una mesa de trabajo para los que quieran navegar por Internet de forma gratuita. Los amplios armarios están equipados con una caja de seguridad, kimonos y zapatillas, y el cuarto de baño cuenta con una gran bañera para relajarse después de pasar un día en la playa.
Los 4 espaciosos dormitorios de los huéspedes se visten de colores negro, blanco y gris marengo. 2 dormitorios tienen camas de matrimonio, 1 dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y el último dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El amplio jardín tropical es un lugar ideal para pasar largos días nadando y relajándose en el entorno de tranquilos estanques con fuentes, árboles exóticos, plantas y flores y una cascada que vierte el agua en la piscina de 15 x 5 metros. La terraza de la piscina ofrece mucho espacio para tomar el sol o cenar al aire libre con deliciosa comida de la barbacoa mientras los niños corren libremente por el cuidado césped. También hay una paca de relajación con techo de alang-alang, el lugar perfecto para relajarse a la sombra. Otra característica agradable es el romántico banco columpio escondido en la esquina y en la primera planta hay una terraza lounge, perfecta para tomar una copa al atardecer.
Bajo el tradicional techo de paja de gran altura, el diseño interior es moderno y elegante, con un suelo de mármol pulido, suaves alfombras y puertas de cristal que se abren al jardín tropical, dándole la opción de convertir el agradable y fresco pabellón con aire acondicionado en un encantador espacio de estar de planta abierta.
Hay un sofá de felpa para acurrucarse con un libro o ver una película juntos en el gran televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD e instalaciones 3D. Hay una mesa de comedor de teca para 10 personas para disfrutar de la cena juntos mientras suena la música adecuada de fondo desde la estación de conexión del iPod. La cocina, totalmente equipada, cuenta con una barra con taburetes y lámparas de cobre martillado que iluminan este agradable lugar de reunión por la noche.

Staying at this villa gives you the luxury of exploring the vibrant centre of Seminyak by foot. The beach with the happening Ku De Ta Beach Club is just a 10 minute walk away, strolling along "eat street" with all of it's charming café's, shopping boutiques and a souvenir market. ATM's, pharmacy's and a the Bintang supermarket are found on Seminyak's main shopping street.
7.8/10Peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a private pool, and beautiful views. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, and local recommendations. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Will definitely return!
10/10Exactly as the photos, stunning Villa amazing service. All the staff go above and beyond. Made and Teddy looked after us as if we were family and the chef produced spectacular meals loved by all including teenagers. If you are looking for a five start stay in Bali with every need taken care of look no further than Villa Nilaya. Thank you to all the team.
10/10The Villa was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in, the ambience the staff, the rooms were immaculate. We loved the swimming pool and it was maintained and looked after well daily. The garden area was also maintained well daily. It is perfect villa for families looking to stay. The location of the villa was perfect within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back again!
10/10We booked Villa Nilaya for my Dads 50th Birthday and we were all blown away of how beautiful this villa was. To top it off, the service and location exceeded our expectations. We loved it! 8.4/10The butlers and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. We wish there was an information book at the Villa with a local map that includes how to get to the beach and information on local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Batik, W Bali, Potato Head and Da Maria. It was an amazing experience to celebrate a special birthday at Villa Nilaya, will definitely come back!

10/10My friends, family and I stayed at this villa to celebrate my 40th birthday. We had high expectations and I am so happy to say that these were met - and exceeded. Everything here is exquisite. The gardens, the pool, the decor, the location, the bedrooms and common areas combine to make this villa simply unforgettable. The icing on the cake was the dedicated villa staff - each of whom helped make the stay so memorable. Butters - Made and Tedi looked after all of our needs and were a pleasure to be around. Chef - Gede, ensured that my special birthday dinner in the villa was restaurant quality (as was every other meal he prepared). Liana and Putu who looked after housekeeping ensured that everything was pristine for the duration of our stay. Thank you so much to villa Nilaya.
10/10A group of us stayed at Villa Nilaya and we were blown away by the size, decor and location of this villa. The pool is huge, as is the living space and bedrooms. But the most amazing part of this villa is the staff - Made, Liana, Tedi, and Putu. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to help us every single day. We loved staying at Nilaya and we'll definitely be back!
9.2/10Our house managers were both named Made. They were awesome. The chef was great and so was his assistant. ALL of the villa staff were awesome. Booking was easy, our booking manager was Joce. travel arrangements to and from the airport and everywhere else we needed to go was perfect. All breakfast options tasted great. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time. We went to bali with 24 people and we rented a few villas in Seminyak. We'd do it again in a heartbeat if we didn't have millions of other villas to visit! The chef and the Mades went out of their way to accommodate my friends and family who were staying in the other villas. It was more than a perfect vacation.
