Villa Kabutera is a stylish 2-bedroom private villa in Uluwatu & Bingin, offering a calm and contemporary base on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula. Clean architectural lines, tropical greenery and a thoughtfully compact layout create a setting that feels both intimate and well designed.
The villa is arranged to make holiday living straightforward and comfortable. It provides privacy and quiet while keeping you close to some of the island’s most iconic beaches and sunset spots.
Villa Kabutera is part of a 5-villa complex, separated by lovely garden walks. Each villa has their own entrance but the villa can also be rented out as a whole in case of special events like weddings or other celebrations.
The two air-conditioned bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, each featuring a king-sized bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. The interiors are simple and refined, using soft fabrics and neutral tones to encourage proper rest.
The ensuite bathrooms include walk-in showers and modern fittings, making them practical for everyday use. With both rooms offering a similar setup, the villa works particularly well for couples who want equal comfort.

The outdoor area centres around a private swimming pool, bordered by a neat terrace and touches of tropical planting. It’s an inviting space for a refreshing swim after a morning at the beach.
Sun loungers and shaded corners provide room to unwind without leaving the villa. In Uluwatu & Bingin, where days are often spent exploring, having a private pool to return to adds an extra layer of comfort.
Inside Villa Kabutera, the open-plan living and dining area connects directly to the pool through wide glass doors. Natural light fills the space, making it feel bright and welcoming throughout the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing simple meals, snacks or coffee before heading out. The layout is efficient and easy to navigate, ensuring a smooth stay whether you’re visiting for a few nights or longer.
Regular housekeeping service keeps the villa fresh and organised, helping your stay feel effortless from day one. The team maintains high standards while respecting your privacy.
Our Villa Finder Concierge team can arrange airport transfers, car or scooter hire, surf lessons and restaurant reservations around Uluwatu & Bingin. We take care of the arrangements ahead of time, so you can focus on enjoying the coastline and relaxed pace of the Bukit.
From Villa Kabutera, you’re close to well-known beaches such as Bingin Beach and Padang Padang Beach, both popular for surfing and sunset views. The dramatic cliffs of the Bukit Peninsula create a setting that feels distinctly different from other parts of Bali.
Cultural visits to Uluwatu Temple and evenings at nearby cafés and beach bars round out the experience. It’s a location that blends natural beauty with a laid-back coastal lifestyle.
10/10Magnifique séjour avec des propriétaires totalement à l’écoute de ses clients. Service de conciergerie au top également. La villa est juste parfaite, belle , propre et pour notre voyage de noces avec mon mari nous avons passé nos meilleurs vacances.
9.6/10We had a great experience at the villa. The welcoming and check in was fast, efficient and very professional. We enjoyed every day at the villa, rooms are very spacious, swimming is great. Thank you to the team and Frederique !
8/10the layout is the highlight of our villa, 2 families staying my younger sister stays in the other rooms and she like it, the place is so private, even so close to the other villa but far enough to not hearing any noise next door, the pool is so clean inviting, we swim all time, and the location is close enough the other restaurant and beaches.
9.8/10We made a last minute booking the day before check-in. When we arrived at Villa Kabutera, we were warmly welcomed by Frederic and the other members of his staff. A magnificent Balinese villa with all the comforts to feel at home and the private pool. Everything is carefully planned by Frederic and his wife Vivi so that the stay is more pleasant: Recommendations of excursions, beach, restaurant, deliveries at home ... Frederic recommended the services of a driver who made us discover different extraordinary places in Bali, this young man is named Moh and he is incredibly kind. A very good breakfast prepared by a very kind lady every morning! The day before we left without asking for anything, Vivi had called us a cab for our early flight in the morning. In short, an absolutely perfect experience in every aspect and a stay that will remain unforgettable !!
8.2/10The villa was beautiful, just as shown in the photo. Fred and Vivi (owners of the villa) were excellent hosts, recommending some good restaurants and beaches to us as well as helping to arrange a massage to be done in the villa itself. There is a 24-hour Pit Stop restaurant selling sandwiches and a minimart just opposite the villa. There is a motorbike rental called Arjuna rentals beside the villa. Good restaurants are about 10-15 mins away by motorbike. I would highly recommend the Rolling Fork restaurant that has excellent home-made pasta. Also check out Bingin Beach viewpoint and the beach itself for a rustic feel. There is a Cashew Tree restaurant there that serves healthy and tasty food. If you like middle eastern food, check out El-Merkat which is less than 5 mins away by motorbike from the villa. Spanish clifftop beach club El-Kabron offers a spectacular view. Padang-Padang beach and Dreamland beach are also nearby (abt 15 mins by motorbike). There is a coffee plantation near the villa. Check out the Kopi Luwak! There are some local restaurants eg: Warung Made that do food delivery to the villa. The fried chicken with Bali bumbu sauce is delicious! If you’re afraid of frog/toads, please note that you might see a few in the bathroom. Depends on how you look at it, it adds to the experience of living in the midst of nature. Mosquito repellents are a must. I would suggest that the cleaning crew should come into the villa when the guests have gone out for the day to minimise privacy invasion. Breakfast is average but good enough to start your day (omelette on toasts). Dewi makes a decent omelette so kudos to her. There’s is a fully-equipped kitchen, hence, you can go to El-merkat mart to buy good quality ham, bacon etc to cook in the villa if necessary. There is a water dispenser in the villa so drinking water is readily available. It would be good to provide 2 umbrellas in case of rain. One at the living room room area and one at the bedroom area as there is no shelter between the 2 areas. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this villa to our family/ friends as Uluwatu is a nice place with a more laid-back charm compared to busy Kuta. Do note that the roads have no pavements as this region is not as developed as neighbouring Kuta. Please allow yourself 2 hours to get to the airport in the evening peak period due to an insane traffic gridlock. There is a decent private taxi service available directly opposite the villa. The usual journey with no traffic jam is only about 30 mins.
