Katoni villa has four bedrooms, all air-conditioned and 3 of them have ensuite bathrooms. One of the rooms has twin beds, while other 3 rooms have double beds. The three rooms overlook the marvellous views of the infinity pool and extending beach. The rooms also have a small work desk with a chair and a wardrobe as well. One of the bedrooms on the upper level also has There is a standard sofa on the other side on the bedroom with a standard 90*200 matress., perfect for an afternoon nap. The ensuite bathrooms are equipped with all toiletries and bathsuits, ensuring a luxurious stay. You can just laze around on the beds and watch the infinite view of the calm ocean.

Katoni Villa has amazing outdoors with the most relaxing views, so you won’t even feel the need to step out. The villa has a 19m infinity pool which faces the secret beach. You can have your own little party in the outdoor seating of the poolside deck. These decks have cushioned beds so you can easily sleep under the open skies and enjoy the starry night. There is a pergola with outdoor dining table and a sunken fire pit just along the beachside, to sit together and enjoy a bonfire in the evening. Guests also have a direct access to a white sand beach, where you can swim and visit for a nice evening walk. There is a small patch of lush lawns and tropical trees planted alongside which add a nice charm to the entire property.

Katoni Villa is very thoughtfully designed keeping in mind the tropical feels of the region. Antique items on the walls, wooden cane furniture and decorative lamps define the aesthetic of the place. The yellow cushions in every room add a bright element to its interiors. There is a separate kitchen space equipped with all modern equipment so guests can prepare their own meals. The Villa is equipped with Solar panel. There are a few books in the home, so feel free to pick up your holiday read.
We give utmost priority to safety and hygiene of all our visitors. Daily housekeeping services will be provided. Guests with little ones can request for baby cot and high chairs. We also provide breakfast at the stay, katoni team can organise lunch and diner in the villa. The villa has 3 motorbikes only rented for guest and a-6 seat electrical buggy only available to guest. Katoni Villa has a very strategic location with direct access to a hidden beach. It is located on the lagoon between Lembongan and Ceningan behind the coral reef. Some of the popular beaches to visit here are Dream Beach, Sandy Bay Beach and Devil's Tear. You can make the most of sightseeing tours available at the villa. You can also enjoy snorkelling, diving, walking, cycling, yoga and massage facilities here. Lembongan is a peaceful location away from the chaotic tourist crowds in Bali.
10/10What a beautiful slice of paradise this was! The villa was absolute perfection, gorgeous fit out, luxurious huge pool and outdoor entertaining area. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and the ocean. The downstairs rooms overlooks the pool area. Absolutely beautiful. We also decided to rent the motorbikes from the villa for the day, but found out that our daughter couldn’t drive it - so our helpful villa coordinator Yos volunteered to driver her for the day to keep her safe! If we come back to Lembongan this will 100% be the place we’ll stay. Ps. It’s a bit outside the restaurants and bars but we found that perfect. The property can also organise takeaway food delivered to the villa. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!
10/10Wonderful experience at this villa in Nusa Lembongan. I enjoyed it so much I have brought 2 different groups of people to stay here and everyone raved about the villa and the location. Just a wonderful spot overlooking the seaweed farms between Lembongan and Ceningan. Walk right into the water from the villa. Staff are great and the villa is in good condition. Will stay again soon

10/10Fabulous Villa overlooking a little beach. a well appointed and generous sized property, with several outdoor areas as well as 3 large bedrooms and a smaller back room with twin beds. Gorgeous yellow decor throughout from pillows, to umbrellas and pots. the Villa was lovely but the staff were exceptional! we loved it all
10/10Wow, where to start.. Katoni Villa was very special Nusa Lembongan is a must. An incredible breakfast spread was made in the villa every morning by the hosts and served in the beautiful garden and pool dining. It was incredible to start the day like this. The location of the villa was perfect, it was easy to get to from the port and close to great restaurants and bars and a quick scooter ride got us to Nusa Ceningan across the yellow bridge, for sunset. I'm so glad we didn't stay up the north end of the island, the south end is much nicer and faces away from the wind. Everything about our experience here was pretty magical - we were treated like royalty!
