Everything was great! The villa, the staff are really attentive. Nothing to say except that we want to come back! Thanks to Ayun who was exceptional!

This villa had 5 girls jaws drop as we walked in! Everything was very clean, set up beautifully and had wonderful staff welcome us, help with bags and give us an introduction into the villa. The rooms are very nice with plenty of amenities, toiletries, sewing kits, fresh fruit, bottled water, soda waters etc! This may be due to the villa being under new management, which we were advised of on arrival. The staff served an amazing breakfast every morning, coffee and juice, fresh fruit, toast/pastries and a meal of your choice (eggs, pancakes, avo toast, Nasi goreng), this was amazing!! We arranged fo staff to cook us dinner one night and it was very yummy, would recommend this! The staff were always happy to help arrange drivers, activities and cleaned the rooms every morning. If we were going from the villa to the centre of town, the staff would drive us in their brand new car, very comfy! Very nice place to stay and it was nice knowing their was a security staff member out the front during the nights.

What a wonderful introduction to Bali/Ubud! Villa Shinta Dewi provided a wonderful respite from the action of ubud.- allowing for a memoriabel family reunion. Staff was excellent in ensuring that we enjoyed every moment.

What an incredible way to end our 3 week vacation in Asia. Wayan, Ayu and all the staff have been incredible, attentive, respectful, helpful,accommodating, and so friendly. The villa itself is stunning. my mom, husband and two adult daughters enjoyed every minute being here. it was hard for us to leave to experience the rest of Ubud. Which means we just have to come back. Thank you again for everything. much love.

Best facilities we have ever stayed in, but it would meaning less without the atmosphere created by Wayan, Ayu and the other staff. Thank you for your kindness during our stay, we will miss you all.

We had the most amazing time at this incredible villa, everything was absolutely perfect and the staff were wonderful!! We can't wait to come back and visit again, 5 adults in our group and we felt like we were Kings and Queens! So much space, easily room for a few more people. The staff really went above and beyond for us!

Thank you to Wayan and all of the staff at Shinta Dewi. We have enjoyed a wonderful short stay at the villa and wish it could be longer. All the food has been exceptional. The beautiful garden and pool have provided a relaxing holiday for our family. We cannot praise the staff enough.

A full week with our family, including toddler in Shinta Dewi. What a beautiful garden, swimming pool and peaceful surrounding. a great staff helped us with all we need. As beautiful as the villa was itself, what really made the place amazing was the people behind it. Wayan was a gracious host and guide, and was of great help and very accommodating to our needs. With his staff - Putra, Hendra, Artini, Ari, and others, our time at Shinta Dewi is one to never be forgotten! Everyone was kind and personable. Hats off to the chef Hendra who prepared more than satisfactory delectable meals, including our bbq one evening. They all deserve raises for their quality of work and service. Our group of seven stayed here for 5 days and it was amazing! The staff was on point at all times! Breakfast was ready at the time we requested and we were able to get coffee and tea anytime we requested. We opted to get bbq at the villa obe night, and it was a very reasonable price (about $15USD per person). The stay also has awesome ammenities like a gym, infinity pool, free shuttle to ubud daily, and conceierge. After we took naps, our beds were made when we returned from lunch hahahaha. The staff was on 24/7 and everyone was helpful. The manager Wayan gave great reccomendations an set up all of our tours from us everyday! He was amazing, he also served as an interpreter at local vendors and the like. I can't wait to come back!

This was the first time we stayed in a villa (as opposed to a hotel) and we were not disappointed. From the first moment Wayan (our fabulous manager) greeted us, we felt like kings. We didn't realise we would actually have staff at hand all day every day so this was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were lovely and worked really well with 3 couples and 1 toddler. One very large master bedroom and 2 fairly small but lovely double rooms, all had their own ensuite, tv's and minibar. The large sitting area upstairs was nice for watching a movie and the downstairs study/4th bedroom was good for my daughter to retreat to to watch a movie. The little gym in the corner is actually pretty good! Only used by the boys in the house but was a nice addition There are some yoga mats there also. The pool area is beautiful and inviting. It was a little frisk sometimes so the pool could have been a wee bit warmer but not a big deal. Wayan and the team were always there to help us with anything we needed. Catering wise, the breakfast that was prepared for us each day was fabulous, as was the other food we ordered. We were a bit dissapointed by the included Balinese BBQ only because everything was extremely spicy that no-one could actually eat it. Just ask them to cook a meal with no chilli or curry powder. We chose to eat out most of the time as Ubud has amazing restaurants but but when we decided to stay in, we got home delivery which the staff were at hand to order for us and clean up afterwards. They had a Sonos music system which was a lovely addition. The team: I can't rate them highly enough. They were there but never intrusive. Wayan was amazing. Our rooms were made up every day and the grounds kept immaculate. The only thing we could have benefited from is a bit more help planning our days. Having some organised day tours with our driver would have been great and a folder we could flick through with recommended restaurants, tours, and upcoming local events. Proximity to Ubud centre: This was one of our concerns when booking but it wasn't went we left. Our driver dropped us into Ubud when we needed and getting a taxi back was always easy and only cost $5. escaping to the quiet villa after all the traffic in town was lovely. Little tip: get Wayan to organise yoga classes for you. We had a teacher come to the villa twice and it was fabulous!! All in all, this was a great place to stay and I wouldnt hesitate booking again.

Perfect location in Ubud. The staff is very professional. The chef made outstanding food for our meals. The price of the stay included a driver twice a day to town and attractions. Wayan was extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests. There is a 24 security gaurd and it is very safe all around the area. We will definetly come back and stay longer. We had 2 families, 4 adults and four children and had tons of room.

Great pool, great services. We enjoy this villa and recommend it. One master bedroom - additional bed upon request. Great place for a family.
