Die Villa Awan Biru präsentiert sich als luxuriöseste Villa in der Gegend. Und mit der Lage auf einem 1,15 Hektar großen Grundstück am Rande eines Hügels ist ihr dieser Titel sicher.
In der bergigen Gegend von Payangan in Ubud befindet sich dieser Rückzugsort mit fünf Schlafzimmern inmitten von Reisfeldern, Tempeln und Flüssen. Auch berühmte Berg Agung (der starke Beschützer Balis) kann in der Ferne gesehen werden.
Mit einem cleveren Design, um den Panoramablick auf die wilde Natur zu optimieren, liegen die Schlafzimmer in privaten, voneinander getrennten reetgedeckten Pavillons um den Pool.
Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Kunstobjekten geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die die verschiedenen Regionen Indonesiens und die unterschiedlichen Kulturen der Inselgruppe repräsentieren. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen alle über ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer und eine private Terrasse.
Die umweltfreundliche Villa liegt um einen atemberaubenden Infinity-Pool mit Whirlpool und einem zusätzlichen Tauchbecken. Beide Pools verfügen über eine Solarheizung, so dass Sie auch nachts unter den Sternen in vollem Komfort schwimmen können.
Ein Highlight der Villa ist der traditionelle Kul-Kul, der Wachturm des Dorfes. Von dem hohen Aussichtspunkt können Sie Batu Karu sowie die Berge Bratan, Batur Caldera und Agung bestaunen.
Für Großfamilien oder Freunde geeignet, ist die Liste an Aktivitäten schier endlos. Zu den Einrichtungen gehören ein großes Trampolin, ein Badminton-Platz, eine Tischtennisplatte, ein 9-Loch Minigolfplatz in einem japanischen Garten, ein Fitness-Raum und sogar ein privater Wellness-Bereich mit Infrarot-Sauna, Dampfdusche und Farbtherapie.

9.8/10Everything about Villa Awan Biru was excellent, breathtaking scenery, well designed and carefully cared after landscaping, buildings/ rooms and facilities are tastefully designed and are in great conditions. Staffs are very warm, helpful and efficient. The only small hiccups were that water supply and wifi went off for more than half a day during our stay, but those were due to central pump and server issues which cannot be solved by the staff. They did their best to solve the issues the best they could. Not really an issue with that as things like that do happen, especially when the villa is in rural area, totally understandable. Just one request for improvement, the pool could use more heating so we can swim in the evening or at night :) Thank you Mustika and the team at Villa Awan Biru!
10/10If there was a Relais & Châteaux in Bali, it would be here at Awan Biru. An exceptional place created by an exceptional couple for exceptional people. It is said that everyone who calls himself a traveler should enjoy a stay at Awan Biru... simply magic. Long live Awan Biru, with all my gratitude.
10/10"WONDERFUL" was the first word we said when we arrived! The gorgeousness of the tropical scenery, the comfortable pavilion with its pieces of arts, the beautiful carvings in the garden in the middle of the flowerbeds, the refined cuisine of Raï, the smiles of M have contributed to a perfect stay in this paradise. TERIMA KASIH to all the staff for their great smiles and kindness. I will never forget the walk in the rice paddies!!!!
