Die Villa befindet sich in einer lebhaften Nachbarschaft mit einem nahe gelegenen Padelplatz, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist. Dennoch bleibt die Villa ein entspannender Ort, auch wenn gelegentlich tagsüber und am frühen Abend Geräusche von den Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu hören sein können
Die Master-Suite öffnet sich direkt zum Holzdeck des Gartens, so dass Sie morgens vor Ihrer ersten Tasse Kaffee einen Tauchgang machen können. Im Inneren ist das Zimmer mit einem Holzboden aus wiedergewonnenem Teakholz und einem traditionellen balinesischen Dach ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Fernseher und geräumigen Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Das Bad ist halboffen gestaltet und verfügt über eine große Terrazzo-Badewanne, in der Sie sich inmitten der tropischen Vegetation entspannen können.
Die Villa Shantika verfügt über zwei weitere klimatisierte Schlafzimmer. Diese Zimmer sind ebenfalls mit Kingsize-Betten, großzügigen Kleiderschränken und privaten en-suite Badezimmern mit zwei Naturstein-Waschbecken und Luxus-Regenduschen ausgestattet.

Der 14 Meter lange Swimmingpool funkelt im Herzen des Gartens, umgeben von einer Holzterrasse mit luxuriösen, runden Rattanliegen auf der einen Seite und einer Rasenfläche auf der anderen, wo die Kinder im Schatten der Bäume spielen können, während Sie an Ihrer tropischen Bräune arbeiten.

Das kombinierte Wohn- und Esszimmer ist traditionell offen gestaltet und bietet einen direkten Zugang zum Pool, so dass Sie das süße Inselleben hautnah miterleben können. Der Raum ist wunderschön mit natürlichen Holzmöbeln und einem erdigen Farbschema gestaltet. In der Mitte des Pavillons hängt ein riesiger, handgefertigter Kronleuchter, der den Essbereich abends erhellt. Im vorderen Bereich befindet sich eine gemütliche Lounge-Ecke mit Sofas und Sesseln, die einen Couchtisch umgeben. Hier können Sie es sich mit einem Buch gemütlich machen oder einen Nachmittagstee genießen, während Sie die Kinder beim Spielen im Pool im Auge behalten. Im hinteren Teil des Hauses befindet sich die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer Frühstückstheke. Eine Holztreppe führt zur Mezzanin-Lounge, wo Sie auf dem großen Flachbildfernseher Filme sehen oder sich etwas zum Lesen aus der Büchersammlung aussuchen können .
Das Personal der Villa Shantika wird Ihren Aufenthalt mit persönlicher Betreuung, täglicher Hausreinigung, Garten- und Poolpflege noch angenehmer gestalten.
Die Villa liegt an der Jalan Drupadi, einer ruhigeren, aber auch lebhaften Straße im Zentrum von Seminyak, die auf der einen Seite zur berühmten Oberoi Road alias Eat Street und auf der anderen Seite zum beliebten Double Six Beach führt. Sie können den Sonnenuntergang in einer der farbenfrohen Strandbars beobachten, die eine herrlich entspannte Urlaubsstimmung verbreiten, oder im angesagten KU DE TA Beach Club, wo Sie am Wochenende auch essen und tanzen gehen können. Seminyak ist auch berühmt für seine hochwertigen Einkaufsläden. Apotheken, Supermärkte und Taxis befinden sich ganz in der Nähe Ihres Ferienhauses.
10/10We usually stay in hotels when we come to Bali but chose to try a villa and our experience with Stella and the team at Villa Finder was great. 4 adults at Villa Shantika and it ticked all the boxes. Overnight security at the front was reassuring and staff were friendly and helpful. Fresh linen everyday!

The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to Seminyak's restaurants, shops, and beaches. 10/10Villa Shantika was perfect in every way. It's spacious inside and out, and the large pool with sun lounges made lazing around one the highlights of the villa. The rooms are large and clean with ensuites very clean. Lots of wardrobe storage, there is nothing more you need for a relaxed stay. The staff were beautiful and helful at all times. Communication was great always. The location is minutes from the busy streets, but quiet enough to relax and sleep. Highly recommend for a family, or 2-3 couples.

The location was perfect - within walking distance to some of the best restaurants any of us have ever eaten in! The staff were thoughtful, discrete and always helpful. And the pool... well, that just became the focus of our entire stay - especially at night! Hands down, the most relaxing 9 days we've spent anywhere on the planet!

7.8/10I was a little nervous about booking through Villa Finders having not used their site before and the company based overseas. On arrival the villa was exactly what we expected and the staff were all super friendly. The transfers from the airport were seamless, the driver was waiting with our booking name (well signed) on arrival even though our flight was delayed a few hours. The Villa cook and manager were both excellent and made the stay super comfy, they were even able to arrange a driver for a day trip at a great price. The Villa rooms are not interconnected so if you’re travelling with children, best to factor that in as the doors lock from inside each villa room. For us, that meant we slept separately to have one parent with each child, wasn’t a deal breaker but connecting rooms would have been better logistically. The Villa felt safe with a guard seated outside the main gate from 10pm - 6am each day. We would recommend staying here if your after a quiet spot to break from the crazy streets of Seminyak.
