This hidden gem is tucked away in a back lane of central Seminyak, in walking distance of everything that this happening beach town has to offer. With three bedrooms, this is the perfect holiday home for families or groups of friends looking for somewhere to stay in the heart of action.. Located in a lively neighborhood with a nearby padel court open until 10 PM, the villa remains a relaxing space, though some occasional daytime and early-evening sounds from surrounding activities may be heard.
The master suite opens up directly to the timber deck of the garden so you can easily go for an early morning dive before your first cup of coffee. Inside, the room is designed with a reclaimed teak wooden floor and a traditional Balinese roof. The room is furnished with a king-size bed, a TV and spacious wardrobe closets. The en-suite is designed semi open-air and it boasts a large terrazzo bathtub to relax in in the ambiance of tropical greenery.
Villa Shantika has two more air-conditioned bedrooms. These rooms also feature king-size beds, generous wardrobe closets and private en-suite bathrooms with dual, natural stone washbasins and deluxe rain-showers.

Upon entering in the lush tropical garden of Villa Shantika, you will feel like having found a private slice of paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak that awaits just outside. Surrounded by tropical plants, trees and scenting frangipani flowers, the perfect holiday vibe is set indeed! The 14 metre swimming pool sparkles in the heart of the garden, encompassed by a timber deck with deluxe round-shaped rattan day-beds on one side and a grassy lawn on the other, where the kids can play in the shade of trees as you are working on your tropical tan.

The combined living and dining room has a traditional open-plan architectural design, giving direct access to the pool, giving you a true sense of living the sweet island life. The space is designed beautifully with natural timber furniture and an earthy colour-scheme. In the centre of the pavilion hangs a huge hand-crafted chandelier, illuminating the dining area in the evenings. More to the front, there is a comfy lounge corner with sofas and relax chairs, surrounding a coffee table, creating the perfect spot for curling up with a book or enjoying some afternoon tea while you can still keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool. In the back you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. A wooden staircase leads too the mezzanine lounge where you can watch movies on the large flat-screen TV or pick something to read from the book library.
The staff of Villa Shantika will make your stay even more pleasurable with personal guest assistance, daily housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance.
The villa is located on Jalan Drupadi, a more quiet yet also lively street of central Seminyak that leads to the famous Oberoi Road aka Eat Street on one end and to the popular Double Six Beach on the other. You can choose to watch sunset while lounging at one of the colourful beach bars that have wonderfully laid-back holiday vibes going on or at the happening KU DE TA beach club where you can also dine or even go dancing in the weekends. Seminyak is also famous for all of its high-end shopping boutiques. Pharmacy's, convenience stores and Taxi's are all easily found nearby to your holiday home.

The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided outstanding service throughout. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to Seminyak's restaurants, shops, and beaches. 10/10Villa Shantika was perfect in every way. It's spacious inside and out, and the large pool with sun lounges made lazing around one the highlights of the villa. The rooms are large and clean with ensuites very clean. Lots of wardrobe storage, there is nothing more you need for a relaxed stay. The staff were beautiful and helful at all times. Communication was great always. The location is minutes from the busy streets, but quiet enough to relax and sleep. Highly recommend for a family, or 2-3 couples.

The location was perfect - within walking distance to some of the best restaurants any of us have ever eaten in! The staff were thoughtful, discrete and always helpful. And the pool... well, that just became the focus of our entire stay - especially at night! Hands down, the most relaxing 9 days we've spent anywhere on the planet!

7.8/10I was a little nervous about booking through Villa Finders having not used their site before and the company based overseas. On arrival the villa was exactly what we expected and the staff were all super friendly. The transfers from the airport were seamless, the driver was waiting with our booking name (well signed) on arrival even though our flight was delayed a few hours. The Villa cook and manager were both excellent and made the stay super comfy, they were even able to arrange a driver for a day trip at a great price. The Villa rooms are not interconnected so if you’re travelling with children, best to factor that in as the doors lock from inside each villa room. For us, that meant we slept separately to have one parent with each child, wasn’t a deal breaker but connecting rooms would have been better logistically. The Villa felt safe with a guard seated outside the main gate from 10pm - 6am each day. We would recommend staying here if your after a quiet spot to break from the crazy streets of Seminyak.
