Die Villa Minggu ist ein kompaktes, zweistöckiges Feriendomizil, das sich durch schicke, urbane Architektur und Design auszeichnet. Die Innenräume nutzen den verfügbaren Raum des Anwesens optimal aus und sind mit innovativem und raffiniertem Mobiliar ausgestattet, wobei Glas, Stahl, Stein und Holz meisterhaft miteinander kombiniert wurden. Die Annehmlichkeiten sind hochmodern und gehen über das Übliche hinaus - zur vollen Zufriedenheit jedes einzelnen Gastes. Die Villa Minggu gibt Ihnen einen Vorgeschmack auf das, was als nächstes im Bereich des modernen und anspruchsvollen Urlaubslebens kommen wird.
Die Villa hat vier Schlafzimmer. Das Exekutiv- oder Japan-Schlafzimmer hat ein modernes Bett mit vier Stützen und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Garten und zum Swimmingpool. Hinter dem Wohnbereich befindet sich das Superior- oder Glas-Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Zen-Stil und einem eigenen Bad mit einer runden Badewanne. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich das VIP- oder Round-Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett auf einer drehbaren, runden Plattform, einem Surround-Sound-Heimkinosystem und einem eigenen Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Gegenüber dem VIP- oder Round-Schlafzimmer befindet sich die geräumige Penthouse- oder Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem High-Definition-Projektionssystem, einem Whirlpool mit einem Widescreen-Fernseher und einem eigenen Bad. Von diesem Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit LED-Beleuchtung ausgestattet.

Der Außenbereich des Anwesens ist symmetrisch angelegt, mit einer gepflegten Rasenfläche und einem sieben Meter langen Swimmingpool. Tauchen Sie ein in das erfrischende, kristallklare Wasser und lassen Sie die Seele baumeln oder spielen Sie mit dem Wasser. Anschließend können Sie Ihren Muskelkater im eingebauten Whirlpool des Schwimmbads lindern. Außerhalb des Wassers können Sie sich bequem auf den ergonomischen Liegen auf dem Steindeck an einem Ende des Pools ausruhen.
Gym and Sauna
Auf etwa der Hälfte des luftigen, halboffenen Erdgeschosses der Villa befindet sich der Wohnbereich. Auf den Kissen und Polstern des modern gestalteten, überdachten Balkens vor dem an der Wand montierten Breitbildfernseher können Sie sich alle versammeln, um die mit Spannung erwartete nächste Folge der neuesten Hitserie zu sehen. Auf der anderen Seite des Innenbalkens befindet sich der Essbereich mit einem Glastisch für acht Personen. Hier können Sie alle authentische lokale Spezialitäten - sowie westliche Grundnahrungsmittel - probieren, die der Chefkoch in der voll ausgestatteten, hochmodernen Küche hinter dem Essbereich zubereitet. Zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten bietet der Küchentresen, der auch als Bar genutzt werden kann. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich der Fitnessraum der Villa mit Kraftgeräten und Geräten zur Stärkung der Körpermitte - so können Sie auch im Urlaub Ihr Fitnessprogramm absolvieren. Anschließend können Sie in der gläsernen Sauna am Pool der Villa noch mehr schwitzen. Ebenfalls im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein "Eckbüro", in dem Sie sich kurz über die Entwicklung eines anstehenden Projekts informieren können.
Für die alltäglichen Dienstleistungen in der Villa ist ein Personal zuständig, das aus einem persönlichen Gästebetreuer, einem Poolbetreuer, einem Gärtner sowie Haushälterinnen und Sicherheitspersonal besteht. Neben dem Chefkoch können auf Wunsch auch ein Babysitter, ein Fahrer, eine Wäschereihilfe und ein Spa-Therapeut engagiert werden. Diese Leistungen werden jedoch gesondert in Rechnung gestellt. Auch Fahrräder, Motorroller und Autos können gemietet werden.
Die Villa Minggu befindet sich in Seminyak - dort, wo auf Bali alles los ist. Nur 2,5 Kilometer von der Villa entfernt befindet sich die Eat Street des Oberoi-Distrikts, die bei Feinschmeckern für ihre legeren bis feinen Restaurants beliebt ist. Zu den beliebtesten zählen La Lucciola, Mamasan, Metis, Sardine und Sarong. Bei einem Rundgang durch die Straße stößt man auf Einkaufszentren, Modeboutiquen, Scherzartikelläden und Souvenirläden. Schließlich erreichen Sie den Strand von Seminyak. Suchen Sie sich einen Platz in einem der gemütlichen Strandcafés und entspannen Sie bis zur Dämmerung. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit können Sie das pulsierende Nachtleben in Bars und Clubs wie Ku De Ta kennenlernen.

10/10The villa was spacious as we had 8 people staying there. The staff were amazing nothing too difficult. The breakfasts were wonderful freshly cooked at a time that was convenient for us each day. Can not fault anything and will definitely be back. Location is great close to everything but super quiet so you can relax
10/10We were a family of 6 (2 teenagers and 2 younger kids) the villa was perfect and rooms are very very generous with space and all with own ensuites so it would be great for 4 couples too. Central location ( about 2.5klms from beach so scooter needed) plenty of shops and restaurants very close by.
9.6/10The whole villa gives a welcoming vibes that made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Every rooms has a very unique theme & it's visually appealing. Although the pool is smaller, it still comes with jacuzzi. The villa staff are also very helpful & willing to accommodate our requests! Definitely will recommend for families!
10/10We recently stayed at Villa Minggu in Seminyak during our holiday and were very impressed. The facilities are great, with a private pool and jacuzzi, sauna and even a gym! The rooms were huge and the beds were very comfortable. Special mention to the breakfast prepared in-villa every morning which were exceptional and wonderful to wake up to every morning! We throughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Minggu.
9.6/10As we havd arrived near midnight Indonesia Time, Im surprised that we had a such a Warmth Welcome. Not only that, despite the late hours, the Mr from the Valli Minggu Concierge who welcomed us that night, brought us around the villa & went throught the Dos & Don't during our stay in Villa. The Meals that prepared for us Were Delicious & all the staffs were very friendly & helpful. Its A Yes, we will come back again.
10/10Upon checking in, we are super impressed by the design and decoration of the villa which is very modern. The daily breakfast cooked by the staff is super delicious which we enjoy every morning. The location is convenient as there is a nearby supermarket and lots of 24 hour convenience store along the main road. Alot of nice food along the main road too. We will definitely stay in this villa again when we travel to Bali in future.
10/10I used Bali Villa Finder to book our villa in Bali. They were professional and prompt with all their communication leading up to our arrival. We found this site to be far better priced than some of the other booking sites. The villa was exceptional and the concierge services were prompt. The villa was located in a quiet street even though in the heart of Seminyak with spas, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Would highly recommend booking through Bali villa finder.

9/10I travelled with my husband some family and friends to this amazing villa and was greeted by the staff who made us feel at home. The pool was a good size and the gym was amazing to work off the yummy food made by the villa staff which was very delicious. They surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday which was a lovely touch. Anything we needed, they were very attentive. The only downfall we had was that the wifi wasn't so great. Apart from that we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Will definitely come back and stay in this amazing place and would highly recommend to everyone.

9/10We absolutely loved staying in this villa! The friendly owner Petra welcomed us with cool towels to fresh up upon arrival and cool drinks and snacks. The house is beautiful with a small garden with a nice pool! The rooms are large and clean and very modern! The breakfast was wonderful! The house is centrally located in Semiyanak and just around the corner are Many nice restaurants, for example a Japanese restaurant as well as a delcious taco restaurant. Massage can easily be arranged in the house, or around the corner. A must do is a visit to KU DE TA restaurant for drinks and dinner in the sunset! A beautiful upscale restaurant! We loved this!
8.8/10Villa Mingu is perfectly located in the middle of the hustle and bustle but down a quiet laneway. The rooms are all instagram-worthy perfect for a big group getaway !! The staff are so helpful and always had the villa looking amazing. High points are definitely the pool and day bed and it even has a sauna. Breakfast was included and everyday they would have it waiting for us when we woke. Absolutely stunning villa to stay in with a gym and rooms all with ensuites. Cant wait to rebook and stay again at Villa Minggu !! Bali living at its finest.
10/10Villa minggu was an absolute dream. The rooms were a combination of rustic and modern. The master bedroom was huge, complete with a projector and a very good sound system. The staff were very friendly, and we got them to run a couple of errands as well, including preparing a surprise birthday cake for one of our friends. My only negative comment is that the pool is slightly small, good enough for dipping but definitely not to do laps. But we weren't too bothered as we were not there to exercise!
9.6/10The rooms were really nice and had different "themes". The pool was too small but the sauna was really nice and easy to operate. The location was easy to find too and near stores. But if you want to buy food, just use Gojek to order, easier that way if you are too lazy to go out. The service was really nice. The breakfast was just okay though nothing special. The employees were accommodating and really nice. To recapitulate, it was worth the money.
