The villa has four bedrooms. The Executive or Japan bedroom has a contemporized, four-post, queen-sized bed, and a dedicated bathroom with a rain shower. This bedroom has direct access to the garden and to the swimming pool. Behind the living area is the Superior or Glass bedroom with a Zen-style, king-sized bed, and a dedicated bathroom with a circular bathtub. On the second floor is the VIP or Round bedroom with a king-sized bed on a revolving, round platform, a surround-sound home theater system, and dedicated bathroom with a rain shower. Opposite the VIP or Round bedroom is the spacious Penthouse or master suite with a king-sized bed, a high-definition projection system, a jacuzzi with an overhead widescreen TV and a dedicated bathroom. This bedroom opens out to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. All bedrooms have engineered LED lighting.

The property’s exterior space is symmetrically landscaped with a patch of well-maintained lawn and the seven-meter swimming pool. Immerse yourself in its refreshing, crystal clear waters for some aimless, stream-of-consciousness wading, or for some splashy play. Then, relieve sore muscles at the swimming pool’s built-in jacuzzi. Out of the water, you can stretch out comfortably on ergonomic pool beds on the stone deck at one end of the swimming pool.
Gym and Sauna
Arranged on about half of the villa’s breezy, semi-open ground floor is the living area. On the cushions and pillows of its contemporized, indoor bale in front of a wall-mounted, widescreen TV, you can all gather for the much-awaited next episode of the newest hit series. Across the indoor bale is the dining area with its glass-topped table for eight. Here, you can all sample authentic local specialties – as well as Western staples – dished out by the resident chef from the fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen behind the dining area. Additional seating is also provided by the kitchen counter which can also serve as a bar. On the second floor is the villa’s gym with weight-training machines and core-strengthening equipment – so you still get to do your fitness program even while you’re on vacation. Then, sweat it out even more at the villa’s glass-walled, poolside sauna. Also on the second floor is a “corner office” where you can, briefly, check on the development of a pending project.
In charge of carrying out the villa’s everyday services is a staff made up of a personal guest assistant, a pool attendant, a gardener as well as housekeepers and security personnel. Aside from the chef, a babysitter, a driver, a laundry helper and a spa therapist may, upon your request, be engaged. However, their services will be charged separately. Bike, scooter and car rentals are also available.
The villa is staffed with a dedicated team ready to cater to all guest needs. For this reason, all services—including private chef, baby equipment rental, room decoration, and more—must be arranged directly through the villa. Outside service providers are not permitted.
Villa Minggu is based in Seminyak – where all the action is in Bali. Just 2.5 kilometers from the villa is the Oberoi District’s Eat Street – popular among foodies for its casual to fine dining restaurants. Top rated among these are La Lucciola, Mamasan, Metis, Sardine and Sarong. Wander around and you’ll hit malls, fashion boutiques, novelty shops and souvenir stores. Eventually, you will arrive at Seminyak Beach. Choose a spot at any of the cozy beach cafes and chill until twilight. By nightfall, get a feel of the vibrant nightlife at in bars and clubs like Ku De Ta.

10/10The villa was spacious as we had 8 people staying there. The staff were amazing nothing too difficult. The breakfasts were wonderful freshly cooked at a time that was convenient for us each day. Can not fault anything and will definitely be back. Location is great close to everything but super quiet so you can relax
10/10We were a family of 6 (2 teenagers and 2 younger kids) the villa was perfect and rooms are very very generous with space and all with own ensuites so it would be great for 4 couples too. Central location ( about 2.5klms from beach so scooter needed) plenty of shops and restaurants very close by.
9.6/10The whole villa gives a welcoming vibes that made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Every rooms has a very unique theme & it's visually appealing. Although the pool is smaller, it still comes with jacuzzi. The villa staff are also very helpful & willing to accommodate our requests! Definitely will recommend for families!
10/10We recently stayed at Villa Minggu in Seminyak during our holiday and were very impressed. The facilities are great, with a private pool and jacuzzi, sauna and even a gym! The rooms were huge and the beds were very comfortable. Special mention to the breakfast prepared in-villa every morning which were exceptional and wonderful to wake up to every morning! We throughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Minggu.
9.6/10As we havd arrived near midnight Indonesia Time, Im surprised that we had a such a Warmth Welcome. Not only that, despite the late hours, the Mr from the Valli Minggu Concierge who welcomed us that night, brought us around the villa & went throught the Dos & Don't during our stay in Villa. The Meals that prepared for us Were Delicious & all the staffs were very friendly & helpful. Its A Yes, we will come back again.
10/10Upon checking in, we are super impressed by the design and decoration of the villa which is very modern. The daily breakfast cooked by the staff is super delicious which we enjoy every morning. The location is convenient as there is a nearby supermarket and lots of 24 hour convenience store along the main road. Alot of nice food along the main road too. We will definitely stay in this villa again when we travel to Bali in future.
10/10I used Bali Villa Finder to book our villa in Bali. They were professional and prompt with all their communication leading up to our arrival. We found this site to be far better priced than some of the other booking sites. The villa was exceptional and the concierge services were prompt. The villa was located in a quiet street even though in the heart of Seminyak with spas, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Would highly recommend booking through Bali villa finder.

9/10I travelled with my husband some family and friends to this amazing villa and was greeted by the staff who made us feel at home. The pool was a good size and the gym was amazing to work off the yummy food made by the villa staff which was very delicious. They surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday which was a lovely touch. Anything we needed, they were very attentive. The only downfall we had was that the wifi wasn't so great. Apart from that we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Will definitely come back and stay in this amazing place and would highly recommend to everyone.

9/10We absolutely loved staying in this villa! The friendly owner Petra welcomed us with cool towels to fresh up upon arrival and cool drinks and snacks. The house is beautiful with a small garden with a nice pool! The rooms are large and clean and very modern! The breakfast was wonderful! The house is centrally located in Semiyanak and just around the corner are Many nice restaurants, for example a Japanese restaurant as well as a delcious taco restaurant. Massage can easily be arranged in the house, or around the corner. A must do is a visit to KU DE TA restaurant for drinks and dinner in the sunset! A beautiful upscale restaurant! We loved this!
8.8/10Villa Mingu is perfectly located in the middle of the hustle and bustle but down a quiet laneway. The rooms are all instagram-worthy perfect for a big group getaway !! The staff are so helpful and always had the villa looking amazing. High points are definitely the pool and day bed and it even has a sauna. Breakfast was included and everyday they would have it waiting for us when we woke. Absolutely stunning villa to stay in with a gym and rooms all with ensuites. Cant wait to rebook and stay again at Villa Minggu !! Bali living at its finest.
10/10Villa minggu was an absolute dream. The rooms were a combination of rustic and modern. The master bedroom was huge, complete with a projector and a very good sound system. The staff were very friendly, and we got them to run a couple of errands as well, including preparing a surprise birthday cake for one of our friends. My only negative comment is that the pool is slightly small, good enough for dipping but definitely not to do laps. But we weren't too bothered as we were not there to exercise!
9.6/10The rooms were really nice and had different "themes". The pool was too small but the sauna was really nice and easy to operate. The location was easy to find too and near stores. But if you want to buy food, just use Gojek to order, easier that way if you are too lazy to go out. The service was really nice. The breakfast was just okay though nothing special. The employees were accommodating and really nice. To recapitulate, it was worth the money.
