Villa Kinara ist ein majestätisches Urlaubsdomizil mit sechs Schlafzimmern im Herzen von Seminyak, kaum fünf Minuten vom schönen Strand, den Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Die Master-Suite nimmt die gesamte Etage des zweistöckigen Pavillons mit Alang-Alang-Dach ein, an den sich eine große Holzterrasse mit Gartenblick anschließt. Das geräumige Kingsize-Zimmer ist mit einem Entertainment-Set ausgestattet, das neben einem großen Flachbildschirm auch eine Playstation enthält. Bademäntel, Hausschuhe und ein Safe befinden sich in den Schränken des großzügigen Ankleidezimmers, und das private Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne zum Entspannen und eine eigene Regendusche.
Es gibt fünf klimatisierte Schlafsuiten, von denen sich zwei unter der Mastersuite und zwei im ersten Stock des Wohnpavillons befinden. Alle Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Kingsize-Betten ausgestattet, von denen zwei zu Zwillingsbetten umgebaut werden können, und verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit begehbarer Regendusche und allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Der Garten der Villa Kinara ist absolut friedlich und tropisch und lässt Sie die Hektik des Stadtzentrums vergessen, die Sie direkt vor der Tür erwartet. Sie werden es lieben, von üppigem Grün und tropischen Bäumen umgeben zu sein, während Sie im einladenden Swimmingpool Ihre Bahnen ziehen, Getränke genießen oder auf den Liegen am Pool ein Sonnenbad nehmen. Es fühlt sich wirklich so an, als hätten Sie eine tropische Oase, die ein gut gehütetes Geheimnis ist. Die Kinder werden es lieben, im grünen Gras zu toben, und sie können sicher im flachen Einstiegsbereich des Swimmingpools spielen .
Die Villa verfügt über prächtige zweistöckige Pavillons. Das Wohnzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat eine wunderbare, luftige, offene Gestaltung, die das tropische Leben umarmt, aber mit modernem Luxus und Unterhaltung gekrönt wird . Der Raum ist elegant mit honigfarbenem Holz, Natursteinen und traditionellen Kunstwerken eingerichtet. Der Unterhaltungsbereich verfügt über einen Billardtisch, eine Bar und ein übergroßes Sofasofa, und der Raum grenzt an den Pool, was für zusätzlichen Spaß sorgt. Daneben befindet sich das formellere Wohnzimmer, das mit einem Esstisch aus Teakholz mit zwölf Sitzplätzen und einer Sitzecke vor einem Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Spieler ausgestattet ist.
Die Villa ist komplett mit einem freundlichen und engagierten Villa Manager, Butler, Housekeeping, einem qualifizierten Koch und Sicherheitspersonal ausgestattet. Für Familien, die mit kleinen Kindern reisen, stehen ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.
Die Villa Kinara hat eine erstklassige Lage im Zentrum von Seminyak, nur wenige Meter vom Strand Petitenget mit dem angesagten Ku De TA Beach Club entfernt . Modische Geschäfte, gehobene Restaurants und Nachtclubs sind von Ihrem privaten Urlaubsdomizil aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach einem herrlichen Tag am Strand oder einem Einkaufsbummel in den Designer-Boutiquen, für die Seminyak berühmt ist, können Sie in einem der Beach Clubs den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang über Bali beobachten und anschließend in der berühmten "eat street" der Insel ein köstliches Abendessen in einem der berühmten Restaurants wie Ultimo oder dem am Strand gelegenen La Lucciola genießen.
10/10Villa Kinaree is an amazing villa. I am travelling with my family, 4 kids their partners and 3 grandchildren. I asked for a pool fence and the staff put one up without any problems. We asked them when we arrived if they could move the pool fence back a little and once again they did with no problems. They ask us each morning what type of breakfast we wish to have the following day, and breakfast has been amazing . They continually offer us coffee Juice etc. The location is great, left at the entrance of our street you walk towards the beach a 10-15 min slow walk and on the right it takes you towards the flea markets, restaurants,bars, shops etc. The villa has ample space for a big family (12 of us) a pool table . and bedrooms are very comfortable and cleaned each day. Definitely reccommend it . We have the 6 bedroom villa, but they also offer a 4 bedroom villa. We just absolutely loved it. Thank you

10/10Villa Kinara was amazing! I stayed at the villa for 4 days, with a group of 12 friends. We made a quick stop at a market on our way to the villa to fill the fridge with food and beverages for the week. The staff was so kind and helped us unpack the car and put away in the fridge. The rooms were well air conditioned and clean. The staff cleaned our rooms every morning and had a turndown service at night. There was a button that we could press if we needed anything from the staff and we took full advantage. The staff ordered us food, massages, taxi's anything you wanted. Every morning the staff cooked us delicious breakfast. You have the option of American Continental or Indonesian Style Breakfast. The Nasi Goreng (fried rice with egg) was my favorite! The closest restaurant bar is Ku De Ta. A great spot for breakfast and sunset watching. There are also a lot of great stores from shopping and buying unique Indo decor. The Villa is in walking distance to a lot of bars and nightlife. Or if you don't feel like walking you can also hop on the back of a motorbike. Overall our trip was incredible and I would definitely go back and stay at Villa Kinara. Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

8.8/10The staff were very helpful, pleasant and tried their best to fulfil our requests. The villa was clean and reasonably well maintained. Located near Oberoi, it was easy to get around even on foot.
