Villa Kinaree is an amazing villa. I am travelling with my family, 4 kids their partners and 3 grandchildren. I asked for a pool fence and the staff put one up without any problems. We asked them when we arrived if they could move the pool fence back a little and once again they did with no problems. They ask us each morning what type of breakfast we wish to have the following day, and breakfast has been amazing . They continually offer us coffee Juice etc. The location is great, left at the entrance of our street you walk towards the beach a 10-15 min slow walk and on the right it takes you towards the flea markets, restaurants,bars, shops etc. The villa has ample space for a big family (12 of us) a pool table . and bedrooms are very comfortable and cleaned each day. Definitely reccommend it . We have the 6 bedroom villa, but they also offer a 4 bedroom villa. We just absolutely loved it. Thank you

Amazing experience top to bottom. The Villa is in a perfect location with incredible staff. We have a group of 13 friends and are already looking at our next stay! Honestly won’t regret it!

Villa Kinara was amazing! I stayed at the villa for 4 days, with a group of 12 friends. We made a quick stop at a market on our way to the villa to fill the fridge with food and beverages for the week. The staff was so kind and helped us unpack the car and put away in the fridge. The rooms were well air conditioned and clean. The staff cleaned our rooms every morning and had a turndown service at night. There was a button that we could press if we needed anything from the staff and we took full advantage. The staff ordered us food, massages, taxi's anything you wanted. Every morning the staff cooked us delicious breakfast. You have the option of American Continental or Indonesian Style Breakfast. The Nasi Goreng (fried rice with egg) was my favorite! The closest restaurant bar is Ku De Ta. A great spot for breakfast and sunset watching. There are also a lot of great stores from shopping and buying unique Indo decor. The Villa is in walking distance to a lot of bars and nightlife. Or if you don't feel like walking you can also hop on the back of a motorbike. Overall our trip was incredible and I would definitely go back and stay at Villa Kinara. Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

Beautiful place. Very kind staff. We felt safe + secure and enjoyed our stay very much. House is immaculately kept and staffs are very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend. Kind regards and best wishes for all the staff.

What a beautiful villa. Very clear, food prepared has been great. The villa staff could not be better – they have been fantastic. Nothing we have asked for has been too much trouble. Wonderful stay –we will be back!

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and tried their best to fulfil our requests. The villa was clean and reasonably well maintained. Located near Oberoi, it was easy to get around even on foot.

Excellent villa, great facilities, fantastic and friendly service from Dora and the team. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Seminyak with the same sized group.
