Die Villa Alun ist eine moderne Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern und einer wunderschönen weißen Inneneinrichtung, die durch hellblaue Akzente und traditionelle balinesische Elemente bereichert wird. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand von Batu Belig entfernt und in der Nähe des Zentrums von Seminyak, wo Sie einkaufen, essen gehen und das pulsierende Nachtleben entdecken können.
Die Villa befindet sich in einer erstklassigen und verkehrsgünstigen Lage mit guter Anbindung an beliebte Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Da sie nahe der Hauptstraße liegt, kann es vorkommen, dass etwas Lärm von der nahegelegenen „Bali Boozy“-Bar zu hören ist, insbesondere im Bereich des Außenpools und vor allem am Abend. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut schallisoliert, sodass der Lärm im Inneren minimal ist und ein komfortabler und erholsamer Aufenthalt gewährleistet ist.
Die Master-Suite ist in Weiß gehalten und mit violetten Akzenten versehen. Große Glasfenster und -türen lassen die Sonnenstrahlen herein. Es gibt ein luxuriöses Kingsize-Bett für eine perfekte Nachtruhe und einen großen Flachbildfernseher zur Unterhaltung. Das Ankleidezimmer verfügt über große Kleiderschränke mit viel Stauraum und ist mit Kimonos, einer Minibar und einem Safe ausgestattet. Das teilweise unter freiem Himmel gelegene Badezimmer verfügt über eine große runde Badewanne, in der Sie sich entspannen und die natürliche Umgebung mit tropischen Bäumen und aus Java importierten Marmorsteinen genießen können. Außerdem gibt es eine Regendusche und zwei Waschbecken, die mit allen Annehmlichkeiten des Badezimmers ausgestattet sind.
Die beiden anderen Villensuiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Wohnpavillons und verfügen über einen sonnigen Balkon, von dem aus Sie den Blick auf den Garten genießen und sogar das Rauschen des Meeres hören können. Beide Zimmer sind in himmlischem Weiß gehalten, eines davon mit einem Queensize-Bett, das andere mit einem Doppelbett, das in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden kann.

Die Villa Alun empfängt Sie in einem üppigen grünen Garten mit ruhigen Fischteichen, handgefertigten Skulpturen und besonderen Bäumen wie einem Bonsai-Tamarindenbaum und blühenden Frangipani-Bäumen. Steinstufen im grünen Gras führen zum glitzernden Swimmingpool. Rund um den Pool können Sie sich auf einer der Sonnenliegen bräunen oder im Schatten der blauen Sonnenschirme ein Buch lesen. Es gibt auch einen BBQ Balé, der mit einer Liege, einem Esstisch und einem modernen Grill ausgestattet ist . Grill.
Der klimatisierte Wohnpavillon ist eine angenehme Flucht vor der tropischen Hitze Balis, und Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, die Glastüren in voller Länge zu öffnen, um ein perfektes tropisches Ferienhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Garten und zum Swimmingpool zu schaffen. Auf der einen Seite des Wohnbereichs befinden sich der Ess- und Küchenbereich mit Türen, die zu einem überdachten Sitzbereich mit Pergola führen, und auf der anderen Seite gibt es eine luxuriöse Media-Lounge mit einem Heimkino mit Surround-Sound-Lautsprechern.
Das aufmerksame Personal der Villa Alun wird sich während Ihres Aufenthalts um Sie kümmern und Sie wie eine Familie behandeln. Der Manager ist immer verfügbar, um Ihre Fragen zu beantworten und es gibt Sicherheit in der Nacht.
Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt zum Strand Batu Belig, wo Sie den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang von Bali beobachten und in einer der Bars am Strand einen Cocktail genießen können . Im aufstrebenden Viertel Petitenget gibt es viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants wie das Métis und das Sardine, und ein Stück weiter liegt das hippe und lebendige Zentrum von Seminyak. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind leicht zu finden und im Zentrum von Seminyak gibt es viele Geldautomaten, Taxis und Apotheken. Da sich die Villa in der begehrten Gegend von Batu Belig befindet, kann man in der Villa Musik aus der benachbarten Bar hören.

Chef Indra prepared outstanding breakfasts each day, and Ketut, our butler, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. A special thank you to Sofi, whose communication and organisation made everything seamless from start to finish. This amazing team made us feel so comfortable and genuinely welcomed. We also loved the massages arranged for us - such a perfect touch to an already unforgettable experience.

9.6/10Such a relaxing stay, only downside would be the mozzies as the bathroom is open air but you are in Bali so to be expected. The on-site staff are amazing and there is so much around. Really lovely stay.
10/10The pool was bigger than we thought. My girls had an absolute ball in it. The serenity of the surrounds also relaxing in the Bali hut bed whilst they swam. Eddy and Katut made us an amazing breakfast every morning. They were also helpful with our needs. The rooms where amazing was good all having our own bathroom and was nice and clean.

10/10Eddy & Ketut were amazing. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were kind and friendly and offered amazing service. We loved the villa it suited us with our 3 teen age kids. Would definitely stay here again. The only reason for the location was the traffic was crazy so it took a long time to get anywhere. The boys were fantastic 10/10

8.4/10Clean, comfy villa for small family. We booked this as part of our company retreat, 2 of us stayed here. Didn't use much of the villa except to sleep. The ground floor room was cool though - came out straight to the pool. And it had a really big garden-esque bathroom. Just look out for millipedes crawling out of the garden in the bathroom when there's heavy rain.

9.6/10Villa Alun is as beautiful as its pictures. A lovely garden and relaxing pool area and large, nicely decorated bedrooms. All the modern conveniences are provided such as air-conditioning and Wifi (important if traveling with teenagers!) The villa staff are friendly and obliging and clean and cook breakfast daily. The villa is walking distance to the betu bulig end of Seminyak beach which is nice for sunset cocktails. There are restaurants, shops and cafes in easy walking distance.
10/10My wife and I only stayed for 2 nights as we were traveling around Bali, and the experience was peaceful and the villa perfect and the staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. Matt & Lita
