Villa Alun is a modern 3-bedroom villa with a beautiful white interior design enriched by hints of light blue and traditional Balinese elements.. The location is perfect, just steps away from Batu Belig beach and close to the heart of Seminyak, where you can go shop, dine and discover its vibrant night life.
The villa is located in a prime and convenient area, with easy access to popular restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions. As it is close to the main street, some noise from the nearby Bali Boozy bar may be heard, particularly around the outdoor pool area, especially during the evening. The bedrooms are well insulated, and the noise is minimal inside, allowing for a comfortable and restful stay.
The master suite has a white layout enriched by hints of purple and large glass windows and doors allowing sun-rays to shine in. There is a deluxe king-size bed for a perfect night sleep and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The dressing room has large wardrobe closets with lots of storage space and it is equipped with kimono's, a mini-bar and a safety box. The partly open-air en-suite boasts a huge circular bathtub where you can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings of tropical trees and marble stones imported from Java. There is also a rain-shower and twin washbasins, topped off with all bathroom amenities.
The other two villa suites are found on the first floor of the living pavilion, adjoined with a sunny balcony where you can enjoy the garden view and even hear the sound of the ocean. Both the rooms have a heavenly white lay-out, one of them features a queen-size bed and the other a twins which can be converted into a king.The en-suite bathrooms feature hot rain-showers and all bathroom amenities.

Villa Alun welcomes you in it's lovely lush green garden with tranquil fish-ponds, hand-crafted sculptures and special trees such as a Bonsai tamarind tree and flowering Frangipani trees. Stone steps in the green grass lead to the glistering swimming pool and around the pool you can catch a nice tan, lounging on one of the sunbeds or reading a book in the shade of the blue parasols. There is also an alfresco BBQ Balé furnished with a daybed, a dining table and a modern BBQ. Grill.
The air-conditioned living pavilion is a nice escape from Bali's tropical heat and you also have the option of sliding open the full length glass doors to create a perfect tropical holiday home with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. On one side of the living you will find the dining and kitchen area with doors opening up to a pergola roofed seating area and on the other side there is a luxurious media lounge featuring a home cinema set with surround-sound speakers.
The attentive staff of villa Alun will take great care of you during your stay, treating you like family. The manager is always available to answer your questions and there is security in the night.
A short stroll leads to Batu Belig beach where you can watch Bali's breathtaking sunset and enjoy cocktails at one of the bars along the beach. The upcoming Petitenget area features lots of excellent restaurants such as Métis and Sardine and a little further lies the hip and happening centre of Seminyak. Convenience stores are easily found and in the centre of Seminyak there are lots of ATM’s, taxi's and pharmacy's. As the vila is located in a sought-after Batu Belig area, you can hear some music inside the villa from neighbouring bar.

Chef Indra prepared outstanding breakfasts each day, and Ketut, our butler, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. A special thank you to Sofi, whose communication and organisation made everything seamless from start to finish. This amazing team made us feel so comfortable and genuinely welcomed. We also loved the massages arranged for us - such a perfect touch to an already unforgettable experience.

9.6/10Such a relaxing stay, only downside would be the mozzies as the bathroom is open air but you are in Bali so to be expected. The on-site staff are amazing and there is so much around. Really lovely stay.
10/10The pool was bigger than we thought. My girls had an absolute ball in it. The serenity of the surrounds also relaxing in the Bali hut bed whilst they swam. Eddy and Katut made us an amazing breakfast every morning. They were also helpful with our needs. The rooms where amazing was good all having our own bathroom and was nice and clean.

10/10Eddy & Ketut were amazing. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were kind and friendly and offered amazing service. We loved the villa it suited us with our 3 teen age kids. Would definitely stay here again. The only reason for the location was the traffic was crazy so it took a long time to get anywhere. The boys were fantastic 10/10

8.4/10Clean, comfy villa for small family. We booked this as part of our company retreat, 2 of us stayed here. Didn't use much of the villa except to sleep. The ground floor room was cool though - came out straight to the pool. And it had a really big garden-esque bathroom. Just look out for millipedes crawling out of the garden in the bathroom when there's heavy rain.

9.6/10Villa Alun is as beautiful as its pictures. A lovely garden and relaxing pool area and large, nicely decorated bedrooms. All the modern conveniences are provided such as air-conditioning and Wifi (important if traveling with teenagers!) The villa staff are friendly and obliging and clean and cook breakfast daily. The villa is walking distance to the betu bulig end of Seminyak beach which is nice for sunset cocktails. There are restaurants, shops and cafes in easy walking distance.
10/10My wife and I only stayed for 2 nights as we were traveling around Bali, and the experience was peaceful and the villa perfect and the staff was extremely gracious and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. Matt & Lita
