Master Bedroom
10/10Staff were waiting for us, and we had a small issue—the Villa that we saw on the pictures wasn't the one offered to us. We booked 3 bedrooms with 3 big beds in each, but we first got 3 rooms where one of them was 2 single beds. But the staff working there had it fixed in a few minutes, so it was perfect. Ria (the butler) and her team made our stay there just so perfect. I can’t say enough for this amazing girl and her team, it's just 5 stars service. Everyday awesome breakfast with fresh juices, fresh fruits, served and prepared for you, and they will come to clean everything every day and bring whatever you need. One of the guys working there even found something my friend couldn’t find in a nearby shop and offered to go and get it for him. What a service!!! Thank you staff. We will definitely come back there. ❤️ Everything was so nice, but the treatment we got from Ria and her team was just perfect, made us feel like we never want to leave. On the side note – all 3 of us are World travelers, we have been everywhere and stayed in 5-star places but hospitality of Ria and her team was just First class service. They even came to say Goodbye.

10/10We booked Villa Jasmine and were stunned by how beautiful it was—far better than the photos! The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, even preparing breakfast right at our villa in the morning. The attention to detail was amazing—from air conditioning already on when we arrived, to fresh water in every room and beautifully arranged fruits on the table. It’s clear the team at Bumbak Park goes above and beyond to make sure guests have the best possible stay. No complaints at all—we’re definitely coming back!
