9.8/10Nine of us stayed at the Ungasan for four nights and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We stayed at the Santai Sorga Villa and our butlers were Dewa and Bayu. The facilities and food were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the quality of service they offer at the Ungasan! Our butlers Dewa and Bayu really made us feel welcomed and they were always ready to help us. We believe that they are wonderful and capable butlers! We hope to come again for our next vacation and hope we could have them again for our butlers! Thank you very much :) Ps. It was quite difficult for the elderly members of our group to go down to the Sundays Beach Club. It would be nice if the gondola(?) goes down all the way to the beach instead of stopping at the middle. Other than that we had no problem.
9.8/10We visited The Ungasan Clifftop Resort in August 2017. We stayed at the Villa Santai Sorga. The villa was simply astonishing and the views to the Ocean breath taking. We were there for 4 days with kids and we are already looking forward to returning soon. We were very lucky to have Annik and Rizka taking care of us. They made our life there so easy that we only had to lay down and relax. I would definetely reccomend to anyone.
