Arriving and realising we had our own personal butler from 7 am to 11 pm was a surprise and something we got used to very quickly. Having someone to arrange your events, tours, cooking lessons, organise shopping, laundry, make breakfast and serve drinks was amazing.... All whilst being so friendly... The Villa is beautiful, comfortable and large enough that you can just hang or swim in the pool to relax whilst being within walking distance to most things... I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to feel five-star with a reasonable price tag. Honestly, the staff cannot do enough for you...

Greatest experience, prefer over staying in a hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Location is great very close to Main Street and great little coffee shop right next to Bintang shop where we could grab things to stock up at the villa. Would definitely like to stay again on our next trip back to Bali :)

Generous layout and attentive services by Bella made it a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the hi end sound system with CD compilations rightly chosen for morning, day and night. It'd be better if gardening services were carried out once we were out. Having two men with cutters at your doorstep before breakfast interrupts the flow of a cozy morning. Sure, they had best intentions in mind, but one or two leaves floating in the pool is not an urgent issue. It also makes sense to take one's shoes off once in the house. Cultures will differ much here, so the staff could observe and follow their guests' manner. Overall, a beautiful villa experience.

We loved Villa Novaku. The Villa was great, but it was all the staff that made it the best. We mainly had beautiful Ilou and Agus (sorry if I spelt some wrong) who could not do enough for us. Best wishes Ilou for you soon to come new family member. We will be back

Fantastic stay- lovely staff, family friendly, great privacy for multiple families, yummy breakfasts. Great location: close to Legian and lots of resteraunts nearby. Nothing was too much for the butlers. Security all night. Wish we stayed longer!

Definitely our family would recommend Villa Novaku to you if you are contemplating staying in a Villa while in Bali - their friendly staff collected us from the airport and were always on hand for as much or as little as we needed. They were wonderful orientating on our first day, managing bookings for us for restaurants or day trips out. The Villa is well appointed and suited our family well. The teens loved having their own space and the pool was fantastic - being able to dip just to cool off was a real bonus. The Villa is just of Seminyak Rd and we found this extremely handy. We always felt safe and well looked after. Don't think twice about booking here!

We have just returned from a week staying in Villa Novaku and have had THE BEST time. Villa Novaku was a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredible, very knowledgable and only too happy to help. We are already missing our butler!! We will definitely be back.

Villa Novaku is perfect for a small group or for two couples. It is tastefully furnished with a wealth of gorgeous ornaments, fixtures and fittings. You needs are catered for by the lovely staff with someone there from 7am till 9pm, then there is security for the rest of the night. The staff are very friendly, speak great English and are able to help with suggestions for restaurants, shopping and will organise transport and bookings for you for any activities you decide on. All you need to do is settle in and relax, it is perfect, i would not stay anywhere else and could not recommend the Juragan Villas more highly. It is a credit to Mary who has the perfect team, it feels like you are with family. Congratulations to all involved.

My partner and I had never been to Bali before, and like many had heard plenty of horror stories with service, quality of food and accommodation. Nothing could be further from the truth with Novaku. From the moment we arrived at the airport everything went as smoothly as possible. Wayan, Tini and Rai (unsure if the spelling is correct) were wonderful. Although we aren’t used to that level of service or attention, nothing was too great a job for anyone, by our third restaurant booking through the villa we realised it was either luck was on our side or Tini and Rai had been not only booking our restaurants but ensuring we had the best seat in the house. Breakfast was on time and delicious every morning, and everyone we encountered at the villa (pool staff, security, drivers etc) were all smiling and wonderful to be around. We looked at a number of places in Seminyak and although we paid for a two bedroom villa, we would do it all over again!
