9.6/10Checked in was smooth despite we arrived couple hours earlier than expected. The necessary amenities (cafe, restaurants, mini mart, massage) are just short walk away. Recommend Bvilla and will stay here again for my next visit to Bali!
10/10Being the very 1st day of out arrival in Bali, we were a little apprehensive as to what we would be faced with. It was also my sister's birthday and this had been informed when they contacted me prior to our departure. Upon checking in, we were first greeted with fiendly and helpful staffs. The surprise came when we opened the doors to the 1st bedroom. It had been decorated with birthday wishes and it brought a lot of joy to all of us. Surf & Turf BBQ had been ordered beforehand. The staffs turned up on time to prepare the food and we had a hearty dinner at exactly the time we wanted. To top it off, a complimentary birthday cake had been included as well. When we turned in for the night, all of us felt assured of our safety as there were staffs round the clock! Overall, the short stay had been amazing and had exceeded our exoecrations. Thanks and kudos to the service staffs who made our stay so memorable.
