The staff are very friendly and hospitable. They are always ready to greet you, no matter the time of day. They were very efficient in organising additional towels and our breakfast. Their communication is exceptional; there was one night where there was a power outage in the area, they were very quick to notify us via WhatsApp and provided updates of when it would be back on.
