I booked this villa because it's close to the beach (downstairs), has its own pool and enough room for a family of 6. We were definitely impressed with the villa and the service of the staff. Breakfast was great and they had a few restaurants at the bottom of the stairs. You can walk to Seminyak square in 15 min.

Very relaxing holiday. Lots of space for the family. Love the pool + view. Amazing bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Anik and Yanti for looking after us so beautifully.

Great service from staff, cleaning services were great, room breakfast is quite alright, the coffee is great! The sea view from the 2nd floor and the private pool is amazing. They were able to arrange driving service, baby cot, swimming pool fence (but all additional cost)

The service from the concierge team was outstanding and made our stay memorable. They could not have done any more than they did. Some of the best service we have experienced anywhere. Well done.There are some maintenance issues that need to be attended to, which hopefully will be addressed as a priority by the owners and is no way a reflection on the staff.

This is a beautiful villa in an amazing location. We are so grateful for the staff bringing us breakfast and dinner to poolside terrace. Such an amazing setting to relax and enjoy the views. We were unaware by the Seminyak traffic but discovered that a nice walk along the beach can lead to lots of good restaurants and shops. Was surprised that the sea was not safe for swimming but sunsets made up for that. This was our last stop on a 3 week tour in Bali - what a beautiful country and beautiful people. Suksema! Anik and the team were Fantastic! Thanks for bringing meals to the villa ang for organizing our trip to Tanah Lot and taxis when we needed them. Will recommend to everyone :)

We really enjoy our stay in the Villa. Superb service from reception to our room. Love the location, Well maintained and excellent facilities just could not find a better villa in Seminyak area.

A nice place in front of the beach. The beach is slightly crowded but the sand is very soft. My children really loved it. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The Location is beautiful and excellent customer service from the staff. The view of the ocean from the upper floor is very serene!
