8.4/10Suar Sanur was exceptional located. A short walk to local cafes, supermarkets, spas, superstore icon and the beach. In-villa staff, in particularly Ari, was so friendly and kind. Breakfast was exceptional! Ari was so welcoming and answered any queries we needed. Definitely a prime location!

10/10The maids are amazing. They are on site till late. Service is top notch, and the place is very clean. Very open to feedback and will work to resolve any issues like immediate pest control is required, etc
