One of the best property in Seminyak. You can find all cafeterias, shops, laundry, and others in just 10 mins drive or 15 mins walking. Agus is very helpful and always responsive. He arranged all our transport and suggested the to do things. Thank you! And thanks to both the caretakers who were always there and made sure we didn’t have any problem throughout our stay.

Our stay here at the villa in Seminyak was wonderful! The place is gorgeous with a wonderful layout. Management is quick to respond and very helpful and informative. The staff at the house were the most friendly and amazing people. They felt like family by the end of our stay. Absolutely loved them and our time at the villa. Would recommend to anyone!

What a beautiful villa this is! If the villa was not fully booked, we could sit here for a month! We were so sad to leave... Staff were really friendly and they cleaned up every day. Thank you very much Agus and the team! Definitely see you next time!!

A lovely villa to stay in. Very clean and pretty. It was peaceful and tucked away in an alley. About 15-20 minute walk from La Favela. 200-300 meters you have to walk out of the alley and can’t catch a gojek until you walk out of the alley (only the taxis they have in the alley - but more pricey). Apart from that it was amazing!

The place was beautiful! Loved the pool area and the clean kitchen. The staff was most helpful and always available, with a pleasant smile. They served amazing breakfast, just as we had asked them…. Specially the mee goreng was very tasty.

Beautiful spacious villa very well decorated and ideal for a family stay, attentive service by the Eka and Komang staff with always a smile, they are very dedicated and friendly! A big thank you to her! Agus is also super responsive for all requests and responded very quickly.

We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay at the Villa. The Villa is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet close to all the restaurants and shops in Seminyak town centre too, which offers the best of both worlds. In conclusion, a beautiful villa not to be missed. Anyone who stays here will never have any regrets.

We stayed at this villa to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary as a family. It was a perfect villa to host three families and the kids (ages 2 and 3) had so much fun in the pool. The place is exactly like what we saw in photos and the staff was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my requests. To get to anywhere, you’ll need to take a private car since the area doesn’t allow taxies to come in. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have quality time with families of 3 or 4.

Such a beautiful place with amazing staff! The staff cooked amazing breakfast and looked after me and my family so well. We would definitely book this place again when in Bali next.
