Bonjour, Nous avons beaucoup aimé la villa Pantai dans l’esprit balinais ainsi que son jardin bien entretenu. Belle piscine dont l’entourage est bien aménagé. Calme, verdure et qualité de cette maison! Nous avons également aimé la discrétion du staff toujours efficace. Nous mettons juste une petite retenue sur l’offre en cuisine...Par comparaison à la Villa Cempaka dont les menus étaient plus variés et élaborés. Notre sentiment reste très positif sur notre séjour à la Villa Pantai. Mr & Mme BARTHELEMY

Wow! We have loved this beautiful villa this past week – touch of paradise. We loved the hike down from Bangle – in flip-flops as it isn’t strenuous at all. We dove, snorkeled, rented motorbikes and laid by the pool. Perfect weather the entire week. Had great food at The Griya and got home baked bread across the road at Adi Shop.

Thank you is not enough to express our appreciation to you and your family. We came to Bali, excited about a new adventure, little did we know we were truly find paradise and heaven. The islands is magical in so many ways and you and your family made our visit perfect! You touch our hearts with your warmth, love and beautiful smiles. You are all a very big part of our special memories and we will think of you all and Bali so often!! We don’t like good-byes, so instead we will say “see you soon”.

Thanks again for another wonderful stay in the magnificent Villa Pantai. This is our 4th trip in 4 years and we hope to be back again next year! The warmth and hospitality in such an amazing location are second to none. Our first Christmas in Bali was great and the fireworks simply awesome!!! It was also wonderful to share this holiday with Lloyd’s family who were most impressed!

Thank you for such a wonderful time at your amazing villa. Beautiful country, beautiful experiences! We really loved the pace here in Amed. Everyone we met was really wonderful. Do the rice field tours and walk the 1700 steps to the six temples (very physically demanding). Day at Ubud was a great day of shopping and then just laying by the pool or a short trip to the beach. Just all around an amazing trip! Enjoy!

It was virtually impossible to find a villa for 8 people in or around Amed. Villa Pantai was the only one I could find, because all the other accommodation seemed to be provided by hotels rooms, or bungalows in the grounds of hotels. The house itself can only be described as magnificent and was set in beautifully tended grounds. The only disappointment was the 4th bedroom on the ground floor, which was not of the same size or standard as the other 3. The web site does not do the villa justice and pictures should be displayed of all the bedrooms, not just the master bedroom, which is outstanding. The villa is located in its own grounds, 20 metres from the beach, along which you only have to walk 100 yards to find wonderful snorkeling. The Japanese wreck was a disappointment and really not worth a visit. The 2 main staff are superb and the menu, although very limited for first courses, was cheap and extremely good. Wayan will provide anything you ask for, be it transport, boats, snorkeling gear or recommendations to dine out. Balinese massages were supplied on request on site and were extremely good value for money. Blue Star restaurant on the beach a couple of miles away is heartily recommended and the snorkeling off their beach is among the best in the area. We spent 4 nights in Villa Pantai and would recommend it to anyone, who wants to rent a large villa on the East Coast of Bali.
