Des vues magnifiques sur l'océan et la vallée, rien que des sons de la nature, loin des foules et à seulement 3 km de la plage, voilà ce qui vient à l'esprit lorsque l'on pense à cette magnifique retraite de deux chambres à coucher. La Villa Sanglung est un lieu de villégiature exceptionnel perché au sommet d'une colline dans le nord de Bali. Elle offre des vues à couper le souffle tout en étant entourée de paysages balinais intacts. Cette villa est parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent la paix et la tranquillité combinées au luxe dans un pavillon tropical magnifiquement conçu avec un toit de chaume traditionnel et une décoration intérieure élégante.
Le pavillon comprend deux chambres à coucher climatisées dont l'intérieur d'un blanc immaculé contraste avec le mobilier en bois, ce qui lui confère une ambiance sereine et paisible. Les chambres sont équipées de lits queen-size confortables et les salles de bains attenantes sont en partie construites à l'extérieur avec des pierres naturelles et équipées de douches à effet de pluie et de pommeaux de douche supplémentaires, ce qui est idéal pour doucher les plus petits .

La villa est entourée d'une beauté tropicale verdoyante, de manguiers et de plantes à fleurs. Suivez les marches en pierre pour atteindre l'escalier qui mène à la véranda où vous pouvez prendre un bain de soleil sur l'un des transats ou sauter directement dans la piscine à débordement construite avec des pierres naturelles et offrant une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. La piscine dispose d'une zone peu profonde où les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité pendant que vous faites quelques longueurs, que vous faites une sieste ou que vous lisez un livre. Sur la véranda, vous pouvez profiter d'un dîner en plein air tout en contemplant le coucher de soleil enchanteur de Bali et en sirotant de délicieuses boissons tropicales.
Il n'y a rien de mieux que de se prélasser et de dîner dans ce pavillon tropical ouvert, doté d'un toit en alang-alang et d'une véranda spacieuse. La décoration intérieure est élégante et minimaliste, avec quelques œuvres d'art traditionnelles de bon goût, des meubles anciens en bois et un sol en teck. La lumière naturelle donne une ambiance chaleureuse à l'espace. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur la table à manger en bois et le soir, vous pouvez regarder un film sur le canapé confortable avec des boissons à proximité sur la table basse. La cuisine entièrement équipée se trouve entre les chambres et une troisième salle de bains est disponible pour les personnes supplémentaires.
La Villa Sanglung dispose d'un personnel amical qui s'occupe de vous pendant votre séjour avec un service personnalisé et un ménage quotidien. Le petit déjeuner quotidien est compris dans le tarif et pour le déjeuner, le dîner et les en-cas, vous pouvez choisir parmi le menu proposé, qui propose également un délicieux barbecue. Le personnel peut organiser un service de voiture et de chauffeur pour explorer les environs et les points chauds, et vous pouvez réserver un massage sur place ou une leçon de yoga. Des lits d'appoint sont disponibles moyennant un supplément, ce qui porte le nombre total de personnes à 8.
La Villa Sanglung est située à l'écart des sentiers battus, au sommet d'une colline du nord de Bali. Vous pouvez facilement visiter les principales attractions du nord de Bali, comme les chutes d'eau, les temples, les sources chaudes de Banjar, les dauphins de Lovina et la deuxième ville de Bali, Singaraja, qui n'est qu'à 30 minutes de route. Si vous aimez la plongée avec masque et tuba, ne manquez pas de vous rendre sur l'île de Menjangan. Le grand supermarché Carrefour se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture, mais le personnel sera ravi de faire vos courses pour vous. Le centre culturel d'Ubud se trouve à 46 km.
10/10The villa is beautiful with amazing views, very calm and peaceful and perfect for family. The staff were very helpful and responsive, we had the BBQ for dinner, the staff came and cooked at the villa which was a nice touch. I'd highly recommend this villa and we will be visiting again soon!

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, lovely and helpful staff ☺️ we always feel here like at our own home and that’s the biggest compliment we can give ??
10/10Amazing place to stay with peaceful and beautiful surrounds. Staffs were very attentive, kind and helpful. If you fancy a super relaxing experience, away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, Kuta etc, then this villa is highly recommended. The boat trip available nearby to see dolphins and snorkel with tropical fish is also very special.
8.8/10Place was extremely well accommodated and spacious for our group of 2 couples, just nice occupying 1 bedroom each. Both bedrooms are attached with a bathroom, very good for privacy - one with bathtub & shower, the other, without the tub. It was approximately a 3 hour drive from the Ngurah Rai Airport and an additional 20 mins spent at a supermarket shopping for our own grocery supplies, being aware of the villa's secluded location. It is indeed best to hire the villa's own driver/transportation as the pathway entrance onwards the villa is extremely bumpy (abt 15mins, I think), passing thru a small village community and the jungle trees; coming across chickens, cows, dogs and wild boars! It was a cool experience, and it helped traveling with a bunch of fun & positive-minded people. For those not familiar with the area may get lost! Alas upon arrival, we were welcomed with an AMAZING view, the bumpy roads were forgotten! Ari & his team were all very friendly and all smiles. Ari advised us on the formalities for our stay, providing us with a mobile phone with his & Lou's (villa staff) contact number - very thoughtful. Food was tasteful too, the villa staff (all ladies) would come and cook, prepare, and lay the table for our meals. KUE LUMPUR (dessert) is very much recommended - we had it twice during our 2 nights' stay. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Do note, it is in a jungle, surrounded by nature (trees/flowers/bugs/chickens/dogs/birds/bats) - you'd have 'company' wherever u are in the villa. :) However, the peace & quiet, the picturesque view & huge pool, where u can juz lay on a lounge float all day long makes it all worthwhile! That is IF you are okay with such environment. Plus, there's WIFI! :) Special thanks to Kim (owner), Ari (Team Manager), Gede (our driver for the 3 days - thank you for entertaining our craziness driving us here & there. Drive safe!), to Lou and the ladies who prepared our meals, and the rest of the team who made us feel very welcomed/safe/secured, respected our privacy, and upkeeping the villa. Thank you!
10/10Me and my partner decided to stay at this villa because of the crazy view from the pictures. The villa is located very far from any amenities and in the middle of the jungle. It is definitely a total disconnection from places such as ubud or seminyak. It is not a touristic location so for people who wants to be completely isolated and disconnected from the touristic areas, then it is the ideal place the stay. On top of this the view is definitely worthwhile! I would like to point out that the villa is in the middle of the jungle, so do not be surprised to meet any types of insects. Even if the owner would spend all the money of the world the make the place as comfortable as possible, bare in mind that because of the location, things like insects are unavoidable! Another thing that I would like to point out is that this place is very far from anything, there is basically no shops, stores or restaurants nearby so everything needs to be done in the villa but do not worry as the employees are very accommodating. I would like to say a special thanks to Ari who was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for people who loves nature, and who are not afraid of the jungle environment. The icing on the cake is that it supports the local community!
10/10This is not a place where you go to party, but to RELAX. And boy, did we do that here! Starting with the amazing infinity pool with an breathtaking ocean/sunset view (very Instagram-worthy, haha). The villa's are also picture perfect: they look like traditional Balinese houses and are very well decorated with lot of modern touches. For example, they even had a sound system with which you can play your own music very easily. With two bedrooms the villa can cater very well for four people (we were just with the two of us). But also six if you don't mind sharing a bedroom (with air conditioning!) or sleeping in the open air. There was a lot of peace and quiet and we barely felt the need to leave the house, also because the lovely staff makes you breakfast (included in the rate), but they also serve lunch and dinner and the 'minibar'/fridge in the kitchen is very well stocked. There are three villa's in total, but felt like we were the only people there, sound-wise. You have a lot of privacy. Since the house is located in the far north with a quite bumpy road leading to it, we were glad we used the car service they provide. It takes you about three hours to get there from the airport. We also booked the drivers for some day trips. Very convenient! And you call them with the mobile phone that is provided in the villa. That's a really nice touch, a local phone you are able to use. You can also use it to reach the owners, who are extremely helpful in pointing out nice things to see and do in the area. We were very lucky to find this place and hope to return in the future
