What a great experience! I had my 40th here and had the extended family over. Thank you Lord for our trip and causing all things to work together for such a time! We're still reminiscing our stay in Bali and Villa Mannao. The photos do not do this place justice. From the moment we arrived, this place was just breath-taking and relaxing! Welcome drinks and so many lounging areas to relax. The location is central to everything and at the same time tucked away in an alley way where you cant hear the noise and traffic. The bedrooms were emaculate and large. Villa staff and conceierge team went above and beyond. We were a group of 28 people. (18 adults, 7 children and 4 toddlers). Can't thank staff enough. They were so accomodating, with our 'extra requests'. I requested extra beds, cots, chairs and tables, tea and coffee for overnight. Ayu (Villa Manager) - so graceful and Sofi (Villa Finder Concierge) - such a beautiful personality. Chef, Ayu and Sofi all suprised me with a special birthday gifts and song! Wasnt expecting that at all. I was worried that food wouldnt be enough, but I can tell you Ayu and the team made sure we were fed at least for breakfast. Ordering food via Grab was so convenient afterhours due to our late night catch ups. Kids were up at 6.30am swimming. Adults yapping till early morning. We each had our own bedrooms to share, bathrooms are huge and each one has an outdoor shower - even the kids! They had theyre own bunkroom- that for them was so much fun! My cousins, nieces and nephews could not get over their rooms and the entire Villa! Even in the heat of the day, you don't need air conditioning, just a cool drink! I was worried about blowing my budget over food costs- Ayu took the stress away and allowed us to pay any massages, food, drinks the next day or pay at the end of stay. I didnt have an event planner either. I just worked with Sofi (Concierge) and Ayu and with placement of buffet tables and decoration. So responsive and helpful and gave their best! With a spirit of excellence, attentive to all details and met all our expectations! Im still awe and humbly thankful for the team at Villa Mannao and Villa Finder team! I forgot to write in the guest book. FYI - People are asking about this place and want to do the same! Such great Hospitality! Thank you from all of us! Thank you Bali!

Had a lovely stay at Villa Mannao with our friends. The villa was spacious, clean and very kid-friendly, with a great pool and comfortable common areas for everyone to spend time together. The staff were warm, responsive and always helpful throughout our stay. Location was convenient and overall it was a wonderful experience for a family getaway in Bali.

The villas are mainly around the pools and very well equipped. The dining and lounge area is excellent, but what made this villa above espectation is the way the staff is taking care of everything, with a specifically reference to Ayu, who manages the entire operation perfectly.

I possibly cannot put into word how magical this Villa is. The location, the facilities and the service were like nothing I could have ever wished for. Everything we needed was available and if it wasn't Ayu made it appear like magic! Ayu is the most amazing host, she seemed to be their 24/7 always with a smile and saying "no problem' to any of our requests. Ayu organised our transport, Massage services at the villa, Dr's in the middle of the night and food or drinks were cooked for us at any time of the day with the quality always exceptional. I was celebrating my 50th with family and friends, Ayu organised my bed to be decorated with a beautiful birthday message and a special dinner near the rice paddy with garden lights. To top my night off, Ayu's 3 beautiful daughters came in and did a special dance for the celebration that left me crying watching such beauty. Our rooms were serviced daily and all of the staff were so lovely and polite at all times. I cannot recommend both Villas to anyone travelling to Bali highly enough, I promise you will not be disappointed, only surprised with the way Ayu and staff go above and beyond at all times. Thank you so much for making our time in Bali and my birthday one of the most special times in my life that I will never forget.

There are not enough superlatives to describe how gorgeous this villa was and my overall experience. I went to Bali for my 40th birthday with 19 family members from different countries. The Villa Finder team was phenomenal from the start. I have never been so well looked after by such a service. Thomas and Sofi were extremely helpful from finding the right villa,in the perfect location for my group which had an age range of 10 - 70. They facilitated all my requests to enhance my guest experiences and were always available for my questions. Nothing was ever too much, it was a 5 star experience.

This was my second time staying at the beautiful Villa Mannao! The villa is in an absolutely beautiful location backing a working rice field. we booked the entire villa both times and enjoyed three pools, exceptional customer service from Ayu and the team, as well as exceptional communication from Rakha. Food and drinks are delicious and fresh at the mannao. staff goes above and beyond! i lol forward to returning soon!!!

The Villa Mannao and it's crew under the leadership of Ms Ayu keeps amazing me. It's been the third time that I spent my birthday here (2015, 1019, 2024) and we had again a fantastic time. Special shout out for the birthday dinner with the babi guling and the personalized coconuts. We'll be back! :)

Staying at Villa Mannao was a 11/10 experience. The pictures do not do the place justice, just a beautiful villa. Ayu and the rest of the team were amazing throughout the whole trip, assisting us with anything we needed and keeping our bellies full. Would 1000% recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Villa Mannao was truly an unforgettable experience for our family of 17. The villa offered the perfect setting for us to enjoy quality time together, allowing us to make the most of every moment as one big, happy family. The open kitchen was a fantastic feature, where we could gather, had cooking lessons with the chefs to cook our own dinner, and enjoy freshly prepared meals that catered to everyone’s tastes. This, combined with the convenience of having drivers whenever we needed, made our time here even more enjoyable and stress-free. The beauty of Villa Mannao was something special; its rooms and design created a spacious yet cozy atmosphere, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property was meticulously designed to offer both privacy and communal areas, so whether we wanted quiet time by ourselves or group activities, it had it all. The scenery, coupled with the comfortable amenities, made it a wonderful backdrop for family bonding and unforgettable memories. We truly cherished every moment spent together in such a beautiful place.

Walking through the gates we were blown away by how beautiful it was, the photos don’t do it justice, it exceeded everyone’s expectations. All staff were lovely, attentive and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Blue Jay cafe around the corner and the hole in the wall yiros place were brilliant!

I booked this villa along with Little Mannao for my company’s first-ever retreat. All of us work remotely, so for some of us, it’s the first time seeing each other in person after knowing them through screens. Being together in a huge place like this allowed us to spend time with each other, which is what I love about Villa Mannao. We absolutely loved the amount of space and greenery around the area. We had 2 young families that joined us with their little ones, and they loved that the kiddos have space to freely roam within the villa. The small downside feedback is that some sharing rooms have open-concept bathrooms, which can be quite inconvenient. The staff was fantastic, both in villa-finder (shoutout to Thomas and Sofi, who were my superheroes!) and in the Mannao Estate. Big hugs to Ayu, the villa butler, who was an incredible support throughout our stay. The villa can be a little tricky to find if you’re using ride-hailing apps, as the small lane can be overlooked. It’s just a small inconvenience that can get better the longer you stay, of course. It might be better to place a few signs along a few routes to get to the respective villas around the same area. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I hope to have the chance to stay here again, or somewhere else similar under villa finder :)
