The villa has three, air-conditioned bedrooms - two are within the central pavilion and another is in a detached, seaside pavilion. All bedrooms have king-sized beds as well as dedicated bathrooms, with either a rain-shower or usual shower head.

You can dawdle in the 10-meter swimming pool viewing its scenic edge and gaze out - entranced - to the mountains, to Senggigi Bay as well as to Mount Agung - Bali's famed volcano - in the distance. On the swimming area's spacious stone deck are partially covered pool beds where you can just lay back. Beside the central pavilion is a spacious, furnished bale where you can recline as you enjoy a cool, fruity drink.
From the stone deck of the swimming area, a flight of steps lead up to glass doors that open into the central pavilion's bright and spacious common area. At one end of the space is the living area with long, leather couches facing a wall-mounted, widescreen TV. At the center is the dining area with its solid, timber wood table for eight. Angled at the other end of the space is the fully-equipped, modern kitchen.
Dirigido por un gerente, el afable personal de la villa se encarga de servicios básicos como la asistencia a los huéspedes, la limpieza, la comida y la bebida, especialmente para el desayuno, la jardinería y la seguridad. Se pueden hacer arreglos para el almuerzo y la cena -pero no dude en preparar sus propios platos-, así como para los traslados, las excursiones, los regímenes de mimos y las sesiones de yoga. Aunque estos servicios se cargarán a su cuenta.
10/10Beautiful Villa away from the "chaos" of main road. Complete privacy but still in walking distance of best bars, restaurants and clubs of senggigi. Friendly host answering all questions about trips and activities even making calls for us. 5/5 would definitely go again. Oh and The sunset from the pool was amazing
10/10The Villa was spectacular with jaw dropping views and a great pool. Chairul was super helpful and went beyond the call of duty. Great breakfast to start each day and an amazing time was had by our family of four. We hope to return again some day and would find it hard to surpass the experience at Villa Kipas!
10/10Good spot, great views. They can organise Taxis really easily and quickly, the town is only 2mins away but 5-10min walk. It is high on a hill so tough walk back esp after doing Rinjani! Enjoyed it, wish we could have stayed longer.
10/10Superb breakfast, but most of all the hospitality and outstanding service of the staff! You can ask them anything and they will do anything in there power to arrange it for you, we just had a great time at Kipas villa. Also the location and privacy of the villa is a plus, Nice view over senggigi city and beach during the day and at night the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or get together. the staff is alsof supportive in creative the perfect setting for a romantic candlelight dinner and all the things you need for a proper proposal.
