Die Villa Kipas Retreat besteht aus zwei Pavillons, die sich durch großartige asiatische Architektur und Design auszeichnen. Geräumige Bereiche sind mit handwerklich gefertigten und luxuriösen Ausstattungen versehen, die von erstklassigen Unterkünften begleitet werden - all das garantiert Ihnen absoluten Komfort und Abwechslung. Die Villa Kipas Retreat wurde an einem der begehrtesten Orte Lomboks - Balis berühmter Schwesterinsel - gebaut und bietet Ihnen ein stilvolles Urlaubsleben.
Die Villa verfügt über drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer - zwei befinden sich im zentralen Pavillon und ein weiteres in einem freistehenden Pavillon am Meer. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten sowie eigene Badezimmer, entweder mit Regendusche oder normalem Duschkopf. Es gibt zwar Badewannen in den Schlafzimmern, aber sie sind nicht nutzbar.

Sie können im 10-Meter-Swimmingpool mit Blick auf den malerischen Rand trödeln und wie gebannt auf die Berge, die Senggigi-Bucht und den Mount Agung - den berühmten Vulkan von Bali - in der Ferne blicken. Auf dem geräumigen Steindeck des Schwimmbereichs befinden sich teilweise überdachte Poolliegen, auf denen Sie sich einfach zurücklehnen können. Neben dem zentralen Pavillon befindet sich ein geräumiger, möblierter Ballen, auf dem Sie sich zurücklehnen und ein kühles, fruchtiges Getränk genießen können.
Vom Steindeck des Schwimmbereichs führt eine Treppe hinauf zu Glastüren, die in den hellen und geräumigen Gemeinschaftsbereich des zentralen Pavillons führen. An einem Ende des Raumes befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit langen Ledersofas vor einem an der Wand montierten Breitbildfernseher. In der Mitte befindet sich der Essbereich mit einem massiven Holztisch für acht Personen. Am anderen Ende des Raums befindet sich die voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche.
Das freundliche Personal der Villa, das von einem Manager geleitet wird, kümmert sich um grundlegende Dienstleistungen wie Gästebetreuung, Hauswirtschaft, Speisen und Getränke, insbesondere für das Frühstück, Gartenarbeit und Sicherheit. Mittag- und Abendessen können arrangiert werden - aber Sie können auch gerne Ihre eigenen Gerichte zubereiten - ebenso wie Transfers, Touren, Verwöhnprogramme und Yoga-Sitzungen. Diese Leistungen werden allerdings auf Ihr Konto gebucht.
Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa ist der Strand, wo Sie Radfahren, Tauchen, Schnorcheln oder Surfen gehen können. Auch Bars, Cafés und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Etwa einen Kilometer entfernt befinden sich der Batu Bolong-Tempel und der Kunstmarkt von Senggigi. Weiter auf der Straße liegt der Malimbu Hill. Die Insel Lombok ist auch ein Ausgangspunkt zu den berühmten Gili-Inseln, wo Abenteuer auf Sie warten.
9.4/10We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The pool was amazing and the views were absolutely beautiful — such a relaxing place to spend time. The staff were lovely, friendly, and always helpful, which made the experience even better. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

9.6/10The Villa Kipas won’t disappoint you. Its initial impact was memorable due to the views, they are breathtaking. The set out of the property is fabulous, it’s spacious, open and modern. It can be forgiven for the tired kitchen cupboards! The infinity pool was a highlight of our day, particularly coming back from a busy day and watching the sunset. The staff at Vila Kipas were excellent they were efficient and so helpful. We appreciated what they did for us. They were on hand 24/7. Breakfast was provided and you could have more or less what you wanted. It was a great start to our day. We can’t thank the staff enough and that includes a wonderful taxi driver who took us everywhere at a reasonable cost. Thank you a lovely holiday in Lombok.
10/10Bonjour, Nous avons utilisé l’ensemble des services de Villa-Finder pour l’organisation de notre voyage (du 06.04 au 23.04.23) tel que: - L’organisation d’un véhicule pour 6 personnes, y-compris bagages, ainsi qu’un guide parlant français pour l’ensemble de notre séjours à Lombok. Le service pour toute la durée de notre séjours a été parfait, toujours ponctuel et nous avons reçu satisfaction sur la totalité du service, bravo. - L’organisation de la location de la villa, nous avons été accueillis par Anni, qui nous a accompagné tout au long de notre séjour avec sympathie, professionnalisme et bonne humeur. Elle s’est occupée de nous, avec l’aide de son collègue, servi tous les matin un excellent et somptueux petit-déjeuner. Le ménage a été organisé à la perfection, en un mot toujours à notre service du matin à parfois tard dans la soirée. Mille MERCI Anni. Nous avons également utilisé les services de Villa Finder et obtenu satisfaction pour notre demande d’avoir un cuisinier pour l’ensemble de nos repas du soir. Comment remercier cet homme que par des mots sympathique. Un vrai pro qui à su nous préparé des repas digne d’un chef étoilé, ceci durant tout notre séjour. Mille MERCIS Eddy et son aide de camps. En bref, toutes l’équipe de Villa Finder, durant toute la préparation de notre voyage, ensuite dans sa réalisation avec brio, professionnalisme et courtoisie, toujours à l’heure, toutes nos question ont été résolues. 10/10Beautiful Villa away from the "chaos" of main road. Complete privacy but still in walking distance of best bars, restaurants and clubs of senggigi. Friendly host answering all questions about trips and activities even making calls for us. 5/5 would definitely go again. Oh and The sunset from the pool was amazing
10/10The Villa was spectacular with jaw dropping views and a great pool. Chairul was super helpful and went beyond the call of duty. Great breakfast to start each day and an amazing time was had by our family of four. We hope to return again some day and would find it hard to surpass the experience at Villa Kipas!
10/10Good spot, great views. They can organise Taxis really easily and quickly, the town is only 2mins away but 5-10min walk. It is high on a hill so tough walk back esp after doing Rinjani! Enjoyed it, wish we could have stayed longer.
10/10Superb breakfast, but most of all the hospitality and outstanding service of the staff! You can ask them anything and they will do anything in there power to arrange it for you, we just had a great time at Kipas villa. Also the location and privacy of the villa is a plus, Nice view over senggigi city and beach during the day and at night the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or get together. the staff is alsof supportive in creative the perfect setting for a romantic candlelight dinner and all the things you need for a proper proposal.
