Villa Alice was absolutely beautiful, the outdoor space and pool were perfect! Location was great, very close to all the restaurants but tucked away down a little side street so was mostly quiet. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond with all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend Villa Alice Dua. Booking was easy and trust worthy. Manager Made and his team (Special shout out to Annie) were wonderful. All facilities are first class. Excellent location. Highly recommend Ginger Moon Canteen on Eat Street and Portuguese tarts at Seminyak Square. A wonderful relaxing holiday. We hope to return soon.

From the get go a very pleasant experience. From booking the Villa to arriving. My Husband and my 4 year old arrived at Villa Alice to be amazed by the size and the appearance of the Villa. Beautiful feel, relaxed and loved the open living. It honestly felt like having a second home. Made and his team are extremely accommodating and they looked after us as though we were family. They adored my little girl as did she. We were sad to leave and will miss the girls terribly. They were so loving to my daughter letting her help cook breakfast they were so patient and caring. They attended to our every need with no hesitation. There is not doubt in my mind that this will now be our go to Villa each time we stay in Bali. The location is great and very quiet, however super close to everything we needed. Thanks for having us and we will be back.

The pool and garden were very inviting for relaxation and drinks. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and soft. Service was awesome from the concierge Made, the driver, security staff and everyone who made our stay special. Trina

This villa is amazing! Beautiful sanctuary of open plan kitchen/ dining/ lounge area. Magnificent large pool with options of shaded day bed or sun bathing chairs in the sunshine. Our room was big and air conditioning that worked great. Our bathroom was luxurious & large, featuring an outdoor shower & large stone bath. The staff were incredible! Breakfast served daily, security staff at night, help readily available at all times of the day/ night. Chef on hand if you required them to cook you a meal at the Villa. They would also organise transport for us if needed. iIn addition to this, only a short walk 10 mins to Seminyak square and restaurants/ shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this Villa. It is beautifully built, very well structured and spacious. The location of the villa is great as its closer to Semniyak market and all great restaurants and cafes are at a walking distance. Villa owner was always approachable and responsive whenever we needed anything. Villa staff also arranged in-house services like facial, manicure, pedicure, massage (even at a short notice). Breakfast was great with lots of options to select from. Villa staff are very helpful and friendly, they kept the villa neat and clean, provided all the privacy needed. They also provided laundry services (including ironing) at such a nominal price. On request, they also got groceries and essentials for us whenever needed. Security man stayed outside the villa from 6 pm onwards. We really appreciate all the services provided to us and highly recommend this villa. Really wishing this villa keeps on getting guests continuously. We miss our stay at the villa, wish we could be there for few more days.

We have stayed at many Villas and Villa Alice Dua is exceptional. On the more expensive side for Bali but worth the extra for the experience. We stayed by ourselves as a couple and did not want to leave. The Villa is huge and grand as are the beautiful gardens. It is extremely private with very high walls. No one can see into the villa or pool and it is quiet and serene. Very luxurious and very clean. The pool is wonderfull and clean and we swam every day and night. The staff are attentive when needed but give you all the privacy you need. The villa is cleaned in the morning and then unless needed you don’t see the staff until about 5pm when they put out coils to help keep any mozzies away. Apart from then unless you need them the place is private and yours alone. The Villa manager Made is great value and has made friends in us. Minutes walk from eat street and there is a great little eatery and bar at the bottom of the lane if you want a cheap pizza or snack. Mini mart right on the corner for supplies. The whole place has a modern Bali feel and is most definitely up market for Bali. There are a couple of small spots in the pool that need a paint touch up but apart from those small spots the villa is immaculate. Breakfast was big and very tasty with Indonesian and western choices. We are not huge Seminyak fans as we are more the quiet Ubud type of Bali visitors but we will stay here again just because the villa is so very good. Book the villa and thank yourself for making such a good choice.

The moment we arrived to the villa, we were greeted by the host and the staff that would be attending to us throughout our stay. Pleasant stay, amazing and friendly staff, felt save even at night as there was security at night right outside the door. Would highly recommend to anybody with big family.

All good, a very comfortable stay. The villa is very well positioned to get around Seminyak and the beach is walkable. Staff were very helpful and courteous and dealt with all of our needs. Only feedback breakfast could have a little more variety. As described by others this is a nice quiet spot in a busy town.

Villa Alice is a quiet oasis located in the centre of Seminyak. It is just a step away from the main shopping and eating district yet hidden away in a quiet lane. The villa is a great size and I thought it was really clean and well designed. Our breakfast each morning was delicious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really comfortable. I would highly recommend this villa.

I've been going to Bali for 12 years and have stayed in many villas. This villa is right up there with the best. Neat and tidy, awesome location. This is rare that the website photos don't do justice. It is better than the pics. Would highly recommend this one, won't disappoint.

This is our 3rd stay at Villa Alice Dua - an older but comfortable villa with plenty of space, very good pool, in an excellent location, & complimented with fabulous staff. Have got to know Made & Anni very well & they ensure that your stay is always enjoyable. Villa is located just metres from the fabulous Seminyak "Eat Street" but is secure & quiet. Restaurants & food outlets of every price point & cuisine are within easy walking distance. The entertainment/technology is adequate but would benefit from an upgrade to the latest large screen/DVD offerings. We like the ambience & the service provided & will stay again on our next visit.

The staff is lovely and always ready to serve us. The location is perfect in Seminyak area with lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Great villa located just off the Main Street in Seminyak. Near many restaurants, but quiet because it's tucked away in one corner. Villa manager, Made, was very helpful and so were the helpers in the house. I had some problems with the water heater but it was resolved quite quickly.

The villa was perfect for our stay, all the staff very pleasant and listening to the slightest need. The breakfasts were very good with a quality cooker. The location is ideal for its proximity to the shopping street, restaurants and the beach, without being subject to noise. Benefits to the top, I recommend the villa 100 times !!!

Could not fault this place if I tried. It was beyond perfect. Huge rooms. Huge garden. Huge bathroom. Pool was blissful, the pagoda and floating bed making the time by the pool so relaxing. Didn't want to leave. The location is perfect. Right off the main drag but so quiet you wouldn't know. To top off a perfect villa, the staff were the most lovely and kind and generous we've had. This is a gem in Seminyak

I have been in Villa Alice on June 2015. I have been many times to Bali and I have rented many villas, all very beautiful, but Villa Alice is the most beautiful of all, especially for the large tropical garden and a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for adults and children that I have never found in other villas in the center of Seminyak. Villa Alice has a valid license to be rented which is visible at the entrance. This is very important because, as reported by travel guides, many villas are without license and therefore, in the case of checks, more and more frequent, are likely to be closed at any time. Villa Alice is located in a small street in the heart of Seminyak, so it is silent. No noise comes of the adjacent villas. The main road (Jalan Kayu Aya, also known as Jalan Oberoi) is within walking distance and is a succession of elegant shops and famous restaurants (Café Bali, Chandi, Last, Junction, Char Char). Even Jalan Petitenget, with its famous restaurants (Sardine, Metis, Sarong and The Lucciola) is just a few minutes with a scooter. The villa rooms are very large and the bathrooms are also very large and surrounded by a spectacular vegetation. Cleaning and maintenance are perfect and are guaranteed by a team of several people, including a gardener, all very nice; they were always available to my every need and people who were traveling with me. A special mention to Made that helped me to organize a day of rafting on the Ayung River close to Ubud and a two-day visit to the center of the island and snorkeling island of Menjangan. Also perfect transport service to and from the airport. In short, a piece of paradise and an oasis of calm fell in the middle of the bustling nightlife (and day) of the most beautiful part of Seminyak.

Beatiful villa, great location, very nice staff. Even though it is just 2 minutes away from the bars and restaurants, you hear nothing of the noise in the villa. The only thing we hated was leaving :) Will definitely be back!
