Villa Alice Dua is located in the happening Oberoi district of Seminyak, just like its sister Villa Alice Satu. A short 3 minute walk leads to the renowned Oberoi Road aka Eat Street, and less than a 5 minute drive brings you to Seminyak Beach where you can lounge at KU DE TA beach club. Villa Alice Dua is an affordable villa in the midst of Seminyak's ever-evolving restaurant and shopping scene. This idyllic two-bedroom holiday home is just perfect for families or two couples wanting to stay somewhere peaceful yet central on the island of a thousand temples.
Villa Alice Dua features two deluxe master suites, each with a high traditional rooftop and glass doors that open up to the garden. The air-conditioned bedrooms feature romantic canopied four poster beds, satellite TVs, generous wardrobe closets with safety boxes and huge semi-outdoor en-suites. The bathrooms feature sunken granite bathtubs and a rain showers, all in the setting of a tropical garden with a clean, modern feel of glass panels and tiled floors.

The large garden of Villa Alice Dua is another highlight of this idyllic holiday home. Its hard to find a villa with such a big garden in this area of Bali, especially for a two bedroom villa. The large garden is filled with tropical greenery, setting the perfect laid-back vibes that you need for your holiday. In the centre sparkles an inviting bean-shaped swimming pool, like a private oasis. The pool has a shallow end for the kids to safely splash around and the green grassy lawn is also perfect for them to play in. Around the pool there are sunbeds for those wanting to tan and there is a also a shaded day-bed for rejuvenating with a traditional massage by the poolside or simply relaxing with something to read before jumping back into the refreshing water of the pool.
Teak wooden doors lead into the living room of Villa Alice Dua. The space is designed with the sweet tropical island life in mind. The pavilion has a high soaring traditional roof and it is completely open-sided to the large tropical garden. The villa has an elegant, minimalistic interior design ruled by tasteful artwork and natural tones. There is a large comfy sofa to relax on, watching television on the state-of-the-art entertainment set. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! In the evenings, you can create an intimate ambiance by closing the white curtains to the garden, perfect for an in-villa movie night.
A staff of three will make your stay at Villa Alice Dua even more pleasurable. There is personal guest assistance, daily housekeeping and night security, offering you full time service.
With such a central location, you are in walking distance of everything that happening Seminyak has to offer. The famous 'eat street' in the high-end Oberoi district of Seminyak, is just a stone throw away, giving great possibilities for shopping, dining and dancing. You are also close to the beach where you can lounge at renowned beach clubs such as KU DE TA or Potato Head. After a tiring day of surfing or strolling around the colourful streets, you can easily grab a taxi to take you home in no time. Convenience stores, ATM’s and pharmacy's are all easily found.

9.6/10Alice Villa #2 was just perfect for us. We were 2 ladies traveling… the villa is huge. The pool is beautiful and the lay out of the villa allows both sun and shade in the pool. We loved the cabana and the floating breakfast was such a treat. The mobile massage lady was spectacular. The staff were very accomodating, always happy to help. Any issues were resolved promptly. The location was so good. Very easy walk to the action, but so quiet and safe. Night guards were always on duty. We had a seamless visit, from collection to drop off. Thank you. We will return. !!!!
9.4/10We stayed at Villa Alice Dua for five nights. Two adults two children. The Villa was extremely spacious with comfortable lounge and beds. The pool and garden were immaculate. Perfect location to walk to shops but still quiet. Ani was amazing she made sure we were comfortable the whole stay, she looked after us with warmth and care. We will be back to this villa!
9.2/10Villa Alice Dua was in a very quiet location, but walking distance to the busy streets of Seminyak. Very spacious, clean accommodation, staff were delightful & Made attended to any of our needs. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms & the living area & bathrooms are quite open air. If staying in a hotel is not for you, & you want peaceful surrounds in your own space this villa is a great option.

9.8/10Great location, quiet. Pool cleaned regularly, comfortable bed.Great to have speaker to Bluetooth music. Unfortunately there wasn't a coffee machine, however there was a plunger. I Would recommend this property. Property has 2 villas.1 villa has bedrooms attached to lounge area which may be more convenient to young families.2.villa has the bedrooms across the yard between the pool, fine as long as it's not raining.Secure with guard overnight

10/10Villa Alice in Seminyak, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning design and lush surroundings. The villa is very spacious and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including the private pool. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring our stay was seamless. They were incredible with my 2 young children. They cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning and would plan with us the best time to clean our rooms each day. They offered great local recommendations and assisted with a few errands.. they really went over and above and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Eat Street with some amazing restaurants and shops. Convenience store, coffee and spa is all a really short walk

Location was great, very close to all the restaurants but tucked away down a little side street so was mostly quiet. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond with all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend Ginger Moon Canteen on Eat Street and Portuguese tarts at Seminyak Square. A wonderful relaxing holiday. We hope to return soon.
10/10The villa was great! Homey and comfy and just the perfect size for our group of 4. It was clean and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were amazing - firm mattress - and I slept very soundly each night. Breakfast each morning was yummy! The staff were friendly and professional. Villa Finder (Sari) was awesome - professional, clear and prompt communication, and great follow up. Our holiday was beautifully arranged. Thank you so much ?
10/10From the get go a very pleasant experience. From booking the Villa to arriving. My Husband and my 4 year old arrived at Villa Alice to be amazed by the size and the appearance of the Villa. Beautiful feel, relaxed and loved the open living. It honestly felt like having a second home. Made and his team are extremely accommodating and they looked after us as though we were family. They adored my little girl as did she. We were sad to leave and will miss the girls terribly. They were so loving to my daughter letting her help cook breakfast they were so patient and caring. They attended to our every need with no hesitation. There is not doubt in my mind that this will now be our go to Villa each time we stay in Bali. The location is great and very quiet, however super close to everything we needed. Thanks for having us and we will be back.

9.8/10Best Villa In Seminyak This is my 6th time to Bali and this was without a doubt the best villa in terms of location, size and price. This villa is absolutely massive! Its right in the middle of everything however whisper quite. We didn't hear a sound. We walked everywhere! About a 10min walk to KuDeTa and La Luc. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Full time security over night. It was perfect!
