We had an absolutely wonderful stay at villa gils. The villa was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed, for a comfortable stay. The hospitality from villa staff was phenomenal. They looked after us with so much care and professionalism. This was by far the most outstanding experience.

The villa and gardens are stunning, so well maintained. Everything is so clean and the layout is great. But its Wayan & the Team has really made it the best holiday. Always smiling and will do anything to help. Wayan especially goes above and beyond, to make sure we got the very best experience.

What an amazing place. Absolutely superb in all aspects… Vila Gils is immaculately clean, comfortable and great value. The staff were amazing, highly professional and couldn’t do enough to help. They were attentive, friendly and very welcoming. The pool is huge, a decent depth (1.7m at the deeper end) and a perfect temperature. The rooms and bathrooms were fantastic, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. All of the four bedrooms have aircon, had a luxurious feel, including the beds which were very comfortable. Breakfasts are included and are of a really high standard. There’s a choice including nasi goreng, omelette or a variety of bacon and eggs in addition to fresh fruit, toast, fruit juice and tea/coffee. Lunch and evening meals are also available, which we had a couple of times, and were also of a very high standard and great value. There are plenty of warungs within easy walking distance which were amazing too. Warung Padang Kecag and Warung B’Tok were stand outs, although Warung Bintang was exceptional value and quality - but was a short drive away in Candidasa. We’re a family of five including two teenagers. We all loved our time at Vila Gil’s and could not fault any aspect of it and will certainly return. Wayan and her team helped with offering advice and organising some transport and excursions for us which was a great help. Overall, a superb villa set in beautiful private gardens and staffed by an amazing team.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Gils. The villa's design is quite unique with a lot of open space that gives a sense of true emersion in nature. Well equipped and kept in great condition, very clean. The on-site team led by Wayan was fantastic. Great cooking, service, tips, help & support during our stay. Kids loved the large pool, which was at a very comfortable temperature during our stay. The downward sloping design worked very well for us to feel safe letting our 6 year old son play in it with very limited supervision. Highly recommended.

The villa is spectacular, beautiful and very well located in terms of the many good cafes nearby. What definitely needs to change: guests are offered their own kitchen, and there is not a single piece of cutlery or plate in the kitchen! If you need any of it, you have to go to the kitchen staff and ask for it to be given to you. At the same time, as soon as you have eaten, the staff comes, washes it all and takes it back to their kitchen! It is simply impossible to eat properly! The bathroom on the second floor is almost completely without a roof, sootvetstvenno in the rain it is impossible to wash there.

Wow , I've just had the most relaxing holiday in the perfect Bali Villa with all my lovely family No cooking or cleaning just quality time playing games, swimming and eating , thanks to Wayan and her staff for treating us like royalty and always on hand to answer our questions, Matur Suksma !

The villa is located in a quiet part of the island, still devoid of tourists. The team takes care of us every day, from breakfast to dinner (served until very late). The team helped us plan and book our entire stay (we appreciated the lunch boxes when we left at 02:00 am for an excursion). The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our experience at Villa Gils was top notch from start to finish. Our host /staff team leader Wayan introduced us to the property and made us feel right at home from the get-go. We were staying at the villa with 3 generations; my elderly parents (70s), me and my wife (50s) and our daughter and her boyfriend (20s). The villa was well-appointed and clean. The swimming pool did not disappoint and the garden and outdoor living spaces were absolutely wonderful. Also, the food that was served from the available menu was amazing. Fresh, tasty and of good quality. We liked it so much that we were tempted to spend our entire stay in the compound but ultimately decided to go on some small trips after all. Besides the villa and all of its amenities, what made our stay especially great was the interaction with the supporting staff in the villa. Wayan (and the rest of her team) made us feel like family and saying goodbye after 4 nights was hard. We would gladly return to this villa in the future. Also, the support we received from the Villa Finder team was great. Although we did not need them, the fact that they checked up on us often to see if everything was alright was really appreciated!
