The Chand’s Boutique Villas is an exclusive collection of 8 beachfront villas set along the serene Batu Belig Beach, offering a peaceful escape just moments from the vibrant heart of Seminyak and Finns Recreation Club. Perfect for families and groups, this tropical retreat combines privacy, comfort, and a prime seaside location.
The property features a selection of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom villas, thoughtfully designed to accommodate both couples and families. Each villa is styled as a modern holiday home, complete with a private swimming pool, open living spaces, and a lush garden terrace, with either full or partial sea views.
Please note that guests are unable to select a specific unit, as villas are assigned based on availability. However, all villas maintain the same high standards of comfort, design, and amenities.
16 bedrooms are separated throughout the 8 villas consisting of 2 x 1 bedroom, 4 x 2 bedrooms and 2 x 3 bedrooms. All similarly decorated and designed, the bedrooms are spacious and modern with traditional Balinese touches.
The 1 bedroom villas boast gorgeous bright bedrooms leading out onto the terrace providing swimming pool and sea views. You can open the curtains every morning to sunny tropical sights.
The 2 bedroom villa’s bedrooms also lead out onto the terrace offering the same vast views of the gardens and sea. Incorporating wood into the decor of the bedrooms, they offer a relaxing cool space to relax and rest.
The 3 bedroom villa is spread across 2 levels with the master suite on the second floor and 2 guest bedrooms on the ground floor. The master suite boasts a private balcony and pool view where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee with a cool breeze. The 2 guest bedrooms sit at opposite sides of an enclosed courtyard.
Every bedroom within the complex features a king size bed, air conditioning, in-room TV and en-suite bathroom. Providing privacy and comfort, each guest will be able to bask in the luxury of their own private suite with a large bathtub, rain shower and modern facilities.

All of the villas within The Chand’s Boutique Villa Complex feature their own garden terrace, swimming pool and poolside bale/gazebo. Wooden decking and reclining sunbeds offer the perfect spot for spending a lazy day around the pool and soaking up the sun. The children will love playing and splashing whilst the parents can supervise from the poolside bale and gazebos. Surrounded by tropical greenery and local flora you will be able to easily relax into holiday mode.
The Chand’s villas all have their own private indoor areas which include a kitchenette, dining room and living area. Varying in placement and size throughout the villas, you can enjoy making your own homemade meals and hiding away from the heat in an air conditioned living room.
The 1 and 2 bedroom villas have their living areas facing out to the terrace and pool offering tropical views from the comfort on plush couches. With high ceilings and a modern design, you will enjoy spending time with your loved ones in the cosy space.
The 3 bedroom villa has its living areas separated over the 2 floors. An open air dining room, the kitchenette and an enclosed living room are located on the ground floor. A grand dining table provides an ideal spot for a delicious dinner ordered in from the room service menu. Neighbouring the dining space is an enclosed living area with a comfortable couch, TV and air conditioning. This is the perfect set up for entertaining the children with a movie whilst the adults enjoy a tasty meal.
The 3 bedroom villas also boast a vast living area on the second floor furnished with plush couches and antique decor. Looking out over the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset through the large opening patio doors.

A team of dedicated staff care for the villas and ensure the safety and relaxation of the guests. Comprising a housekeeping team, security, villa managers and receptionists they are on hand from the moment of your arrival to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. The villas offer a room service menu which can be ordered throughout the day until 12am. With Western and Indonesian cuisine you can sample something new or enjoy an old favourite.
The team will be happy to assist you in organising day excursions, tour drivers, spa treatments or private chefs throughout your stay. The uncompromised service adds to the luxury of the complex.
The Chand’s Boutique Villas is just steps from the beach, surrounded by beach bars, restaurants. You can wander the beach in the mornings for a tranquil start to the day and lay out on the sand to catch the sun during the day. Take a short drive to the centre of Seminyak to partake in some retail therapy, restaurant dining and visit trendy cafes.
