10/10Third time at Ruku Ruku and not my last! Superbly renovated since my last visit but still the tranquil setting away from the crowds with rice paddies surrounding us. Privacy at its ultimate once you shut the door, unwind and relax. Every morning greeted by beautiful Wayan our housekeeper, who prepares us a full breakfast including coffee, juice, fruit plates and hot items of our choice like bacon and eggs. There is now a mini mart around the corner so easy to get provisions including alcohol. Easy walk to the back blocks of Seminyak or a taxi ride into the center of town. Do yourself a favor, this place is a hidden gem!
10/10Thank you very much to had the possibility to stay in villa Ruku-Ruku. I enjoyed the time here so much. Everything is well organised. The communication is more than perfect. 10/10Thank you to the hosts for accommodating us for the week. We had a lovely stay in the villa. Location -lovely outlook onto the rice field, there is a mini mart 1 minute walk away which was very handy. It is out of Seminyak slightly so expect to get taxis. Taxis are easy to get off the main road during peak hours. Roads are a little bit hairier than other parts of Seminyak - ok if you are solo travelers but be aware with little kids you might find it tricky. Wayan, the house keeper, is absolutely lovely! breakfasts were delicious and she was so helpful and friendly. Pool cleaner and yard maintenance were around most days to keep the area clean. Internet is super quick and reliable. Loved the furnishings and the layout. Overall a nice stay. The main road is still quite close so it is good for access but you do get some traffic noise.
