9.6/10Villa Rama Sita proved to be a great find in a quiet area just off the main Seminyak high street. A night the villa was beautifully lite with house and garden lighting. The decoration and furniture was tasteful and clearly not cheap. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Yann was especially helpful and prepared breakfast for us several times.
10/10Villa Rama Sita exceeded our expectations for the price this villa is more than you can ask for 1, Location a short 300m walk from all the best dinning in Seminyak. 2. The 3 double bedrooms and walk-in bathrooms were of a high standard. 3. The floor plan / design was my favourite As I was sharing with a friend we still had so much room. I would highly recommend this villa to large families or a group of friends as I will definitely be coming back And before I go i must comment on our maid Wyrang she was so pleasant and helpful and went beyond her role to give us a great time Cheers Peter Knuckey
8.8/10Its best villa for Group of peoples going for fun... Private Swimming pool and best location to go around. Nearest to the market and one of the biggest Mall in Bali.
9.6/10We had a wonderful family holiday in Villa Rama Sita. The villa is such as good as the pictures. It is perfectly located, in the heart of the city but away from the noise. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars ... are within walking distance. To get to the beach and visit the surroundings we rented scooters, a great experience that reminded us of our youth;) We also visited Jatiluwih, Tanah Lot, Ubud with lovely drivers for a very affordable rate. The villa is very nice, large, nicely decorated and completely open to the pool and the outside. The rooms and bathrooms are also perfect. The pool is very nice and a good size. The team on site is lovely. Bagus, the manager always available and smiling, for whom nothing is a problem;) you find everything you need (scooters, excursions, drivers ...), Sekar is also there to help you to spend holidays of dream. Wayan and Junaedi who came every day to take care of us with great discretion to take care of the housekeeping (impeccably done), the pool, to prepare the breakfasts, lunches ... The smile, the sweetness and the efficiency Of Wayan charmed us. The kids loved it;) The towels are changed every day and the sheets 1 or 2 times a week. A big thank you for this idyllic stay. I recommend Villa Rama Sita without hesitation and we look forward to returning.
10/10This villa blew my expectations out of the water. Spacious, clean and well furnished, and located right near eat street, yet far enough that you feel and thoroughly enjoy your own privacy. I've never rented out a villa before, so expectations were quite high, but I tell you with absolute certainty that everything about this villa really exceeded my expectations. Our house attendant (whom we all came to lovingly know as "mum") was excellent. Always smiling and always courteous, she was always ready to meet any of our house keeping needs. Fresh breakfast cooked daily per request. (Although be sure to stock up on food items from coco mart). All bed's in all rooms were very comfortable, and obviously having a/c units in each room is a must. Rooms were very clean, and all rooms had their own TV's. Bathrooms were very clean and were tidied up daily by our house attendant. Showers work fine as did the toilets. Living space was perfect. From the pictures available, I thought that the way they had the lounges and tv setup it would be hard to view the tv from so far back, but this was no issue. Kitchen has everything you need to cook up your own meals and enough cutlery to burn through. Pool was very clean, and not too chlorinated. Always warm and was bigger than I had thought going from the pictures provided. This was the last leg of our holiday which saw us in Central Kuta first, then on Gili Trawangan then finally Villa Rama Sita. It really made our holiday that much better. Have recommended to all friends and family, and for those hoping to get a good idea via reviews, go on! do it!
9.6/10Location was second to none. A minute or so walk from the villa and we were flooded with great restaurants, the staff were very helpful organising activities or drivers, it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but close enough that it was a short car ride. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended it already to friends interested in staying in Bali.
8.8/10We are a family of five adults (18+) and this was the last stop on our three week holiday in Malaysia and Indonesia. The plan was to have a good spot for activities but perhaps the main idea was to relax and just enjoy the restaurants and shoping, With this in mind Villa Rama Sita (former Villa Oberoi) was a great experience, the location was only a short stroll from Eat Street with all the restaurants and busy night life but in spite this location we did not feel disturbed by traffic noise and loud music although in one of the upper bedrooms some of the the music events felt a bit too close by. This was not a problem, we all slept well but should be taken into consideraton when living close to the action. The pictures you see are doing justice to Villa Rama Sita and the condition is overall good although some parts would need a facelift, especially the bedroom downstairs and the kitchen but this is something the villa manager already planned to do. One of the things making this week a great experience was the maid! Wayan (Sriani) did a fantastic job and really spoiled us, nothing was too much to ask. Cleaning and breakfast was excellent and she helped to book massage and laundry service. Another thing we also appreciated was the airport pick up service, feels great to have someone waiting for you at the airport taking you "from door to door". Already after a few minutes we felt we had the best driver already, Not only that he is an excellent driver (calm and skilled in spite the terrible traffic) he also know all the good spots in Bali. This is a very time efficiant way of seing the real Bali and you will experince things that would be difficult on your own,
8.4/10My family and I stayed at Villa Rama Sita, it was clean, spacious, relaxing and close to all the shops and not far from beach. We loved our house attendant who was friendly, caring and very attentive. The manager was available when we needed help and we would definitely return. The only thing was not having breakfast included except for day one but the manager arranged for cooks to come but as they were not available we would pre organise but it was nice to go to the cafe's for very cheap breakfasts.
