Alice Estate

The 4 bedrooms in the estate are planned and designed for comfort and relaxation. This is your recluse where you will relax and recharge. You can spend many long hours, catching up on your sleep. The king beds have high-quality mattresses, plush linen, and extra pillows. There are bedside tables with reading lights, so you can read a book, while gently dozing off.

All the bedrooms have televisions, wardrobes with hangers, work desks, and ensuite bathrooms. Some of them have sofas, while others have armchairs. The bathrooms have bathtubs, which are placed under the sky. Many native plants surround the tubs, giving you the feel as if you are having your bath surrounded by nature. The bathrooms have his/her sinks with modern faucets, towels, bathrobes, shampoos, and soaps.

The large private garden is a secret paradise, where you can want to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature. You will find many tall trees and flowering plants. There is a huge well-maintained lawn too where young children can have fun safely. Why not plan an outdoor barbecue or picnic lunch with the family? The memory is sure to stay for many years.

The two homes both have their own private swimming pools. The large 4x10-meter pools have steps leading down into the water and shallow ends, where the kids can splash around. True, everything in the Alice Estate is planned for families. There are shaded gazebos on the poolside, where you can relax with a book and drink after your swim. To get a tan, select a poolside sunbed.

The interior has an open-plan design, which gives the home a cozy hangout space where you will love to spend long hours with your family or friends. This is such a huge space that all 8 guests can be packed into one living area, though the two houses both have their own units.

The living area has sofas and armchairs with modern coffee tables and televisions. You can watch a movie together or your favorite sporting event if you like. The teakwood dining tables are elegant. Both the tables in the homes can seat 6 guests. The homes have their respective well-equipped modern kitchens too with many appliances. You will also find small bars with high chairs. The living/dining spaces are surrounded by the lawn and garden, making them feel like open houses.

You will never be on your own here. The estate offers daily complimentary housekeeping service. The gardener and pool maintenance person ensures that the estate is in top condition and the security team ensures your privacy. You can rent a bicycle and a scooter. A car is also available with a driver. For a charge, you can ask for a babysitter, a professional chef, and a masseur. There are backup generators for the two rental villas.
