Located on the tiny tropical island Gili Meno in Lombok, sits this charming, traditional wooden beach house, right by the sea and surrounded by unspoiled nature. The island Gili Meno makes a great escape from the daily hustle and bustle, allowing your to relax and rejuvenate completely! There are no motorbikes or cars whatsoever on the island, only bicycles and horse cards. All you have to do is swim and snorkel in the deep blue sea, sunbathe, read books, eat, snooze in the hammock and watch the breathtaking island sunsets. It will be traumatic to leave!
The Crusoe House features a total of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people. Three of the rooms are found within the main house and another bedroom is tucked in private garden bungalow. All of the bedrooms feature charming tropical hut designs crafted out of bamboo and wood. Sleeping is done on the comfy queen-size beds to the sound of the sea like you should on a tropical island. There are 3 wonderful open-air bathrooms to share with each other in the villa. One of them boasts a freestanding bathtub to soak in at the end of the day.

The sandy private beach garden overlooks the ocean and it boasts a private sweet water swimming pool to dive into for refreshment at any time of the day. By the poolside, there are lots of comfy beanbags to hang out and chill all together with loved ones. In the balé, guests can enjoy meals together in the open air, alfresco style!
The Crusoe House is a real authentic traditional beach hut, featuring a tropical alang-alang thatched rooftop, bamboo walls as well as a natural interior design, ruled by timbers and traditional textiles. The beach house is adjoined by a shady verandah where you can chill out in a hammock to the sound of the sea, or read a book while curled up comfortably on one of the chairs. A fully equipped kitchen is available on-site and there is free wifi.
The Crusoe House has a warming team of staff looking after your during your stay at the most tropical villa of Gili Meno. A daily housekeeper is provided for your comfort, and the villa’s staff ensures that the entire household is well maintained. Bicycles are available for island exploration, with an additional charge.
The tiny island of Gili Meno, the most romantic one of the three Gili Islands, is wonderful to explore by foot or bicycle. The environment is so peaceful and unspoiled, surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches where you can go snorkeling and swimming in the azure blue sea. You will also love going on a snorkeling or diving trip, swimming with sea turtles and visiting the other islands. You will be treated to beautiful sunsets and sunrises and return home rejuvenated! On the island, there are lots of café's and restaurants to enjoy delicious food and drinks with loved ones.
10/10What a dream destination. The Crusoe Residence is wonderful, the team is so welcoming and friendly and Gili Meno is charming! Being able to step out of the villa and straight into the sea to spot turtles on our doorstep was fantastic! I want to move in!
10/10We had the most incredible stay here. We couldn’t believe we had this whole place to ourselves. Absolute paradise! Staff are so lovely, and our children warmed to them so much with their friendliness! We would love to come back! Made some amazing memories! Thank you!
10/10What a special place, we adored our stay. The staff are wonderful, from the moment we stepped off the ferry we were taken care of - a member of staff was waiting for us and helped with our luggage and horse and cart transfer to the house. All the staff were waiting to greet us and we felt immediately at home. The property is beautiful and very special, lots of attention to details and design. We had the staff prepare us dinner the first night and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfasts every morning were varied and delicious. The staff kept the place so clean. The pool was a really nice surprise, we found that at least 1/2 was always in the shade so we could easily relax and cool off and hang out in the pool during the day. The beach out front is wonderful with good snorkeling, we were swimming with a few turtles everyday.
10/10We had a fantastic stay on Gili Meno. The villa is beautiful and secluded, we always looked forward to returning each day. The staff are very helpful and we loved their traditional Balinese cooking and daily breakfasts. Can’t wait to visit again!
10/10A stunning place right on the beach in a gorgeous location. The most beautiful furniture and decoration, simple but luxurious and so much space outside to socialize, relax and cool off in the pool. The staff were simply the best, bringing breakfast every morning and helping to organize onward travel, nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoy our stay thanks to the serenity of this place and the kindness of staff Rooms are very comfortable Delicious breakfast Beach is just behind the house Ocean is beautiful Women are always helpful and smiling they are so nice !! 10/10The highlight of our 2 weeks in Bali and probably the best place we've ever stayed. Beautiful home with so much going on we felt we couldn't do it justice in the 3 days we had. Amazing connected to the beach and close to everything we needed. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come back. The breakfast was phenomenal!!
10/10We've stayed in some really nice places all around the world but has to be one of the nicest. We saw every sunrise from the beach, swam and rested all day, read books, had yummy meals cooked with the lovely team and had such a great time. We were there with our two kids (5 & 2). Honestly, one of the best travel experiences we have had in years.
10/10What can I say? Better than the photos, almost magic quality. Travelled all over the globe and have never had an experience like this. I don't have a single critique or complaint. With regard to any questions I had, the staff was always responsive. They arranged our private transfer to Gili with ease. The boats next door took us out on snorkel trips or to the other islands anytime we asked, even the day of. We saw more fish and turtles than anywhere else we've been, amazing!! Bring some water shoes since there is a lot of coral (great for wildlife-diving). Bring cash for any meals, massages, tips etc. so you don't have to find a money changer. Enjoy!
