Villa Jabunami is a vacation compound composed of two compact villas – Villa Toba and Villa Tomok – which can be booked together as one, or separately. Illustrating contemporary tropical design, these villas’ interiors are appointed with mostly modern and stylish furnishings with touches of traditional pieces. Amenities are deliberately exceptional – to guarantee the utmost convenience and enjoyment of every guest. Built amidst the famed rice terraces of Canggu, Villa Jabunami truly creates for you a respite with urban comforts in an atmosphere that, in contrast, is laid back and rustic.
Villa Toba has four bedrooms while Villa Tomok has three. Five of these bedrooms have king-sized beds. Two others have twin beds. Four bedrooms are in exclusive pavilions which open out to the swimming pool areas. Three others are on the top floors of both villas’ main pavilions. These bedrooms open out to balconies overlooking the swimming pool and the postcard-perfect rice terraces beyond the property. Six bedrooms have dedicated, indoor or semi-open bathrooms with bathtubs as well as indoor or outdoor rain showers. Only one bedroom has a dedicated, indoor bathroom with a rain shower.

The Villa Jabunami complex has, all in all, two seven-meter swimming pools with welcoming, crystal-clear waters that you can just leap into for some mindless wading or some splashy play. Both swimming pools are fringed by wooden decks with soft mattresses, rattan pool beds, and bean bags where you can lie out in the sun. Close by both swimming pools are Balinese bales that you can easily retreat to as soon as the rays begin to burn.
Each villa has a two-story main pavilion with a breezy, semi-open ground floor where the living area is laid out. Here, you can all gather to binge-watch your favorite show. Or, to do a marathon of movies you just can’t get enough of. Nearby is the dining area where you can all sample authentic Balinese cuisine – as well as your most-requested comfort food – concocted by the in-house chef at each villa’s fully-equipped, modern kitchen.
In charge of carrying out the daily services of Villa Jabunami is a staff headed by a manager backed by personal guest assistants, butlers, housekeepers, pool attendants, gardeners, and security personnel. Aside from the chef, a babysitter, a driver, a laundry helper, and a spa therapist may, upon request, be called in. Their services will be charged separately. Bike, scooter, and car rentals are available.
Villa Jabunami is situated in Canggu. A ten-minute drive from the villa will bring you to Pantai Batu Mejan more fondly called Echo Beach – one of Bali’s surfing hotspots. You’ll surely be fascinated by its beautiful seascape, bountiful seafood, and breathtaking sunset as you chill out and dine at must-try places such as Uma Garden Seminyak and Nook Restaurant. Another must-see attraction is Pura Tanah Lot – a centuries-old, sea temple formed from rocks. You may also want to explore maritime landscapes at beaches like the popular Pantai Batu Bolong or Seseh Beach. Also don’t forget to spend some time at Atlas Beach Club or FINNS Beach Club to enjoy refreshing cocktails and dance the night away.
10/10Staying at Villa Jabunami was great! We were there with a group of friends and we enjoyed every second we spent at the villa. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and overall the villa was in top shape. We had two pools, and both are large enough to hang around with the full group. Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great! Also the staff booked massages at our villa which was so convenient. I would recommend to have dinner out as you will get a good variety of excellent restaurants nearby (short taxi ride), rather than staying in the villa for dinner.
9.2/10Super stay. The 2 sister villas were ideal for our configuration. We were 14 and 3 children. Families remained in a quiet one when necessary and the four other couples were in the main villa. Truly excellent service and good cook. Large and clean rooms. Amazing bathrooms. We felt at home with all the benefits of a hotel. In the end a little pricey but zero regrets as we really had a great time and were very well served. Thank you also to the team Villa-Bali for support and assistance. Everything seemed simple, thank you!

10/10We've recently returned to Australia and to the US after spending 10 glorious days at Villa Jabunami. Prior to booking, we knew we needed a villa which could easily house our two families, one which includes 3 young children (ages 6, 5 & 3). We were also looking for a villa which gave us the chance to feel surrounded by Bali (not the noisy tourist areas), and get a chance to immerse into the local culture, even for a little bit. Villa Jabunami was the perfect fit! The layout was fabulous, the pool gorgeous, and the view to the rice fields were peaceful, tranquil and relaxing. There were no negatives that we can think of, the setting is stunning, the location is quiet, yet still readily accessible to the beach and to the tourist areas, the facilities at the villa are excellent and more importantly - the staff - WOW - these gentlemen are truly wonderful. Gustu is just fantastic all over....Amongst his many services for us, he was 'chef' most nights - the array of Indonesian/ Balinese dishes he prepared for us were delicious, and I wish I had his skills in the kitchen!! Made, Wayan and Kajong were all fabulous with our 3 sons, so patient and ready with a smile whenever the boys were around. All the house staff were so incredibly wonderful, and they really made our vacation the magical 10 days that it was. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Its now been around 2 weeks since we returned home, and we continue to greet our boys in the morning with 'Selamat Pagi' and they still remember to say 'terima kasih' for thank you. Villa Jabunami and Bali has left a lasting impression on us all, thank you for everything - it was a holiday that will be remembered for a lifetime.
