Premium Beach Residence Villa

This is a 4-bedroom premium home for 8 guests. Spread over two floors, all the bedrooms feature queen beds and hotel-like comforts. They have wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space, televisions, armchairs, bedside tables, and wooden flooring. The ground-floor bedrooms open to the garden and common areas, while those on the first floor have small balconies with seating areas. The walls have been thoughtfully made sound-proof, ensuring complete seclusion and privacy.

The ensuite bathrooms have tubs or walk-in showers and washbasins with modern faucets. First-floor bathrooms open partially to the sky. Plants beside the bathtubs add a splash of nature and luxury. Towels and toiletries are provided.

This family-friendly Bali residence has a 9-meter swimming pool, which is flanked by greenery. You can swim anytime you want or just immerse yourself in the cool, refreshing water to relax. There is a dedicated children’s play area in the pool that has a safe depth of 30 cm. Beautiful garden lights provide a romantic ambiance after dark and thanks to the lighting, you can swim even in the evening or after returning from a daylong trip to many of Bali’s attractions.

The poolside has a lawn, garden, and a gazebo with a daybed where you can lie down for a catnap or simply relax and read a book. The house also has a rooftop terrace with a private relaxation area with sofas, armchairs, a BBQ, and a small table. The rooftop offers panoramic views of the neighborhood.

Inside, the villa features an open-concept design. The living room is only a few steps from the garden and pool. It has an L-shaped sofa and a large-screen television. The dining area is just behind the sofa. It features a long wooden table with chairs for the entire family. Beautiful earthen chandeliers hang from the ceiling.

A glass sliding door occupies the entire pool-facing wall, which opens the room completely to the villa’s outdoor area, providing a nice transition. The kitchen has every modern appliance and utensil you can ask for. A chef is available for the convenience of the guests.

The bathrooms have towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. In the bedrooms, there are mini-bars, safety boxes, and irons. This villa is family and child-friendly. You will find books, DVDs, and music for children. There are strollers, high chairs, and baby safety gates. For your safety, there is 24-hour security, smoke alarm, security alarm, and CCTV in the common areas. The villa’s staff will clean daily and do the laundry.
