Tucked at the end of a private lane just off Jalan Batubelig - the street that connects Petitenget in Seminyak to Berawa in Canggu sits Villa Hiburan 1 - a beautiful tropical luxury villa with amazing facilities and 4 large, luxurious bedrooms. Take a walk to some of Seminyak’s best restaurants (Metis, Sardine) or to Batubelig beach for a sunset drink. It’s interconnecting rooms and wading pool make it ideal for families! Villa Hiburan 1 is a 4-bedroom villa. The master suite sits occupies the top floor (you read that right, you get a whole floor to yourself!) and has a large balcony overlooking the garden. It really is a great spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening! The interior design of the master suite is tropical chic with round rattan carpets, tropical plants and whitewashed timber furniture. The room is furnished with a draped king-size bed, sofabed, reading chair, wardrobe closet and a writing desk. The en-suite is also very large, equipped with a rain shower, hand shower, washbasin, toilet and a safety box. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located downstairs, situated around the garden; 2 of which are interconnecting so families with younger children can take advantage of more peace of mind. The living room is very spacious and is open to the kitchen and the garden. You can lounge on the comfortable sofa and watch a movie all the while keeping your eyes on your children playing in the garden. Enjoy your dinner while listening to the tranquil sound of the villa’s waterfall wall in the background! We absolutely love the kitchen’s island where you can have a seat and enjoy your first coffee in the morning.
No need to weigh down your luggage with shampoo, conditioner, or body wash; Villa Hiburan 1 provides them for you! If you need to keep track of your emails (sometimes, work doesn’t stop even if we are on vacation), rest assured that you can rely on the speedy WiFi.

Just stroll out of the gang and explore Jalan Batu Belig home to great cafes and restaurants such as Watercress, Sardine, Metis and the brand-new Unicorn Cafe. It takes no more than a 10-minute walk to get to the beach and there are plenty of amazing spas nearby such as Sundari day Spa, Cozy and Think Pink Nails. Batu Belig Beach boasts stunning sunsets as well as some charming local beach bars. Want to explore Seminyak? You can easily get there on foot. Even Canggu is just a short drive away. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right… a stunning swimming pool, spacious rooms, our own private bathrooms, and a kitchen that makes you feel at home straight away. Everything is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and the location is perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It’s one of those places where you can truly unwind and enjoy every moment. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything better
9.6/10We couldn't ask for a better place to stay for our extended family holiday. We all had our own space but the communial space was perfect to all come together. The pool area was great with ample seating for us all.

9.2/10Well worthwhile using the service if planning an event or special occasion staff are helpful and nothing is an issue. The villa we chose was not in the most ideal location however the cleanliness and service provided was excellent.

9.4/10We loved our holiday at these two beautiful villas and the staff - Angga and Erna are amazing. It was a perfect fit for our large family. The Villa finder team were great, especially Grace who helped organise birthday cakes, private chef, pool fencing and much more. We really did have a tailor made holiday. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the garden areas were beautiful to relax in. I would have no hesitation recommending it for a luxurious holiday.

10/10We had an amazing time. We had a group of 13 and were struggling to find somewhere to accommodate us. We stayed in Villa 1 & 2. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was fantastic. Air conditioning in the rooms was excellent. 2 pools were great as the adults could escape to one while the kids splashed around. 2 kitchens and living areas was great for extra space. Location was also a bonus, while there is noisy roosters down the lane, the villas are located in walking distance to the beach, plenty of spas, easily accessible for rides and food delivery by Gojek as well. A couple of great coffee shops in short walking distance as well. The housekeeping staff were brilliant. Every day both villas were cleaned and tidied and reset. We utilised the concierge service to organise massages, report issues and everything was actioned quickly. All of us struggled to find fault with our stay, it was excellent

8.8/10We loved Vila Hiburan 1 with our party of 7. The kids loved that they could go in the pool whenever they wanted. The beds were comfy and the AC and fans were a treat. We had a 2 young kids with us so walking around was hard. If you were adults location would be ok as you could get scooters everywhere. But as we had kids and the main road was busy we found it hard to get around. Overall great staff, beautiful accommodation. Would come back again with just adults.

9/10We took both Hiburan Villas so our family could gather to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. There were eight adults and 5 small children, all comfortably accommodated in the villas' amazing range of bedrooms. Lazing by the pools, wandering down the road for excellent coffee or breakfast, handing over the kids to the nannies while we adults enjoyed the dinners prepared by the visiting chef organised through the concierge service, it was simply wonderful. The Villas were beautifully presented and kept immaculate by the two staff.

9.6/10Beautiful Villas!! a perfect setting for our large group, including kids. Its centrally located, just minutes from the beach, yet has a peaceful setting. The rooms are great (esp the master bedroom). All appliances work and the sitting and dinning area provide the perfect setting for a relaxed evening by the pool in both villas (1 &2). The pool turned out to be the highlight for the kids and adults alike. Would definitely recommend staying here, esp if u have a larger group. We took both villas (1 &2), which are conveniently connected. The agency (esp Rakha) was very helpful in organizing and catering to our requests including pre-stocking the fridge, arranging for pick-up, and some special requests like organizing birthday cakes!! Overall a great experience.
10/10We have had a wonderful time, The villa is amazing and is exactly what the pictures show is how it is. We also got a chef to cook us breakfast daily at $11 per person. Would recommend this villa to everyone Well done hiburan villa 1
