There are 5 bedrooms in this 3-floor property. The first bedroom has a king bed and a 43-inch Smart LED TV. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and an even bigger 50-inch Smart LED TV. It even has a Playstation 4 with 2 controllers, which makes this a great choice for two young children. The third bedroom has a king bed and two bunk beds, which means, parents who want to sleep in the same room with their kids can stay here. Like the first, the fourth bedroom too has a king bed and a 43-inch Smart LED TV. And the fifth bedroom has a single bed. A traveling caregiver with the family can sleep here.

There are large wardrobes, A/Cs, fans, and some even have work desks. All the five bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers or bathtubs.

The outdoor area of this rental villa is truly spectacular. The ground level has a beautiful garden and lawn with swings both for adults and children. There is a 12-meter private swimming pool with a water slide. It’s a lovely spot to chill and have fun. All of you can slide down into the pool and enjoy a fabulous time. On the pool terrace, you will find a large sofa area where you can relax after your swim with a drink in hand. Just around the bend, there is a small soccer field with goalposts and a BBQ for your grilling pleasure. Why not enjoy a barbecue lunch with the family outdoors?

Wait! There is more! Go to the rooftop terrace and you will find the Jacuzzi, golf simulator, and even a massage room with a shower. It also has a lounging area with sofas and umbrellas. The rooftop offers fabulous sunset views.

The interior is spacious and modern. Every room has a contemporary and luxurious feel but the spaces are designed mostly for your convenience. You will find plenty of lounging areas in this villa. The sunken living room has a large sofa where the entire group can gather. Of course, you can also sit on the outdoor pool terrace or on the rooftop’s sofa. The wooden dining table with 12 chairs is placed on one side of the lounging area.

The modern kitchen has a double-door refrigerator, microwave, freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, and other appliances.

Villa Lulu has a housekeeping team that works between 10 and 2. The host will greet you when you reach the home. There are parking spaces for two vehicles. The bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoos, conditioners, shower gel, hot water, and towels. In the kitchen, you will find glasses, plates, and even cutlery for the kids. There is an iron and also a drying rack. In the gym, you will find a treadmill, exercise bike, weight bench with bar, kettle balls, squat rack, skipping ropes, boxing pads, and yoga mats.
