The house is also available for rent for a corporate event like a team-building holiday.

There are 12 bedrooms in the house spread over two floors. Eight of them have large king beds, while the others all have twin beds. The master suite is huge. It has a separate seating area and a second double bed, which means, this room can sleep up to 4 guests. The master suite opens directly to the pool terrace. What’s extraordinary about this rental property is that all 12 bedrooms face the ocean, so the views are guaranteed wherever you stay. Those on the ground floor provide easy access to the pool and the villa’s common areas. Those on the upper floor come with sea-facing balconies. Each sleeping space is special.
All the bedrooms have seating areas, wardrobes with hangers, safety boxes, and televisions. The ensuite bathrooms have showers, bathtubs, large mirrors, and sinks with modern faucets.
The 2000 square meter landscaped garden presents many areas where you can sit or lie down to enjoy the views. You will find both shaded and sunny areas for outdoor lounging. The sunset time is especially fascinating. Young children can play and run on the dedicated lawn, while you relax and chill with a drink and a book. On the upper level, there is a wraparound balcony with the bedrooms opening to it. The balcony faces the ocean.
There are two swimming pools in this rental home, including one just for the kids. On the poolside, you will find a gazebo and many loungers with umbrellas.
The Grand Villa exudes sophistication and tranquility. The ground-floor living/dining area is huge. Its sea-facing section is completely open to the outdoors. Immediately outside, you will find the terrace, which is followed by the pools and the lawn. The whitewashed walls are complemented by a luxurious finish throughout. Wood and lighting are used to beautiful effect. The formal dining space has several tables with chairs for the entire group. You can have your meals while enjoying the views. The lounging area has several sofas.
The house also has a smaller TV room with a karaoke system. There is also a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a gym.
Grand Villa in Uluwatu is fully staffed. The property has a team of cleaners, chefs, maintenance crew, and security staff. The chefs will prepare Continental, American, or mixed breakfast. You can use everything you find in the use including the BBQ, karaoke, and the gym. Motorbikes and car rentals are available for a reasonable charge. ATV riding, horse riding on the beach, and rafting can also be arranged.
This beautiful luxury home is on the hilltop of Uluwatu. It is the largest villa in the area. Some of the best surf beaches of Bali are just 5-10 minutes’ drive away. You can also go to the Savaya Day Club and a golf course – they are both close. It will take you only 15 minutes to reach the Uluwatu Temple.
