This enchanting 3-bedroom villa is your ideal gateway to get immersed nature, where you can find the best sleep to the gentle sounds of the flowing river, wake up in the early mornings to the melodic songs of exotic birds, observe the resident cats chase the chickens and you might even get a visit from the friendly village dogs while all while being embraced by the vibrant greenery that defines Bali's stunning landscape.
This open living space is west facing and perfect for watching sunset on the deck with a drink in your hand, with family and friends and watching how the skies turn from a hue of colors into a night full of stars.
Each of the large three bedrooms at Villa Lepak by the River is a tranquil haven for relaxation and comfort. The air-conditioned rooms offer very comfortable king sized beds that guarantee a restful night's sleep. One bedroom is equipped with a SmartTV, providing media entertainment at your fingertips. The other bedroom has a working desk with high speed 150MB fiber WiFi and a cozy reading spot on the balcony overlooking the river. The master bedroom is situated on the other side of the property with garden views and perfect for bird watching from a large sofa from the balcony.
Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a stunning bathtub and a separate shower. All bedrooms open up to views of the garden and swimming pool, allowing fresh air to circulate and creating a serene, refreshing ambiance.

10/10We had the best times staying in Villa Lepak by the River. The Villa is situated in a very quiet and serene enclave in the south of Ubud. The views of the river and forest in front of the property are spectacular. Do not miss the sunsets! Rooms, toilets and common areas are spacious and clean. Very tastefully decorated too. The staff were all very helpful and responsive whenever we need advice or assistance. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils for us to prepare our meals. We also requested for the villa’s cook, Komang, to prepare a few dinners onsite. She is exceptionally great at cooking stunning Balinese dishes made to your preference (less spicy, vegetarian etc2). We would definitely book this place again, as it allows us to fully relax and immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of Ubud.
10/10I’ve been staying in Villa Lepak by the river for quite a several times, mostly on the weekends to disconnect from a hectic canggu life . Villa has this unique style , layout and the feeling that instantly make you feel relaxed and chill ? loved sitting in the living room and admire the view on the river or sunset which is so rare to find in one spot. I’ve always had the best peaceful sleep as it’s so quiet and only the sound of nature surrounds you . The bonus of the villa are two friendliest kittens so gentle and loving , for those who love catotherapy ? Highly recommend this hidden gem for people who’s looking for a cozy , quiet, authentic styled house to stay alone or with a company of friends for a quality time . Enjoy!
10/10Ubud is one of my favourite places in Bali and Villa Lepak situated with a truly stunning view of the river encapsulates the true Ubud feeling. This peaceful, homely and thoughtfully designed villa is so special, it’s such a nice place to relax, the best sleep I’ve had in a long time! The neighbourhood is so nice, local and friendly with a great little cafe nearby. We had a special dinner prepared by Komang, amazing local food cooked with love and a smile. The villa is so clean and well taken care of perfect for a stress free getaway. I cannot recommend this highly enough.
