There’s ample space for a full house of up to 14 guests in 7 spacious bedrooms spread over two levels. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed and blends traditional Balinese designs with modern luxuries. The master suite, which is on the upper level, has a unique Japanese modern contemporary touch. The ground-floor bedrooms open to the garden and pool terrace. The private swimming pool is just a few steps away. So, you can go for a swim first thing in the morning.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers, armchairs, beds with high-quality mattresses, and ensuite bathrooms. Two bathrooms are open partially to nature. The upper-floor bedrooms offer fantastic green views. Several bedrooms have their own balconies.

You will reach an expansive garden on entering the estate. It’s a beautiful green oasis with many tall trees and a manicured lawn. The private swimming pool that invites you to embrace the refreshing water is at the center. The pool has an L-shaped wooden terrace with sun beds on one side and loungers on the other, both under the shade of pergolas. There is also an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals and BBQ facilities.
The garden extends into a Japanese-inspired area that is wonderfully decorated with plants and rocks. It’s an area between two independent pavilions. Villa Uma Santai offers plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the nature views, whether beside the pool, on the lawn, or in the Japanese-inspired rocky garden.
The living/dining area is huge. Both the sections are clearly demarcated with a few steps but you can do as you please as everything is just for you and your family. Join the cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, play board games with the kids in the elegant wooden dining table under the soft orange-hued lamp, or watch a movie on the huge flat-screen television. It’s a pleasure to sit and relax on the cushy sofa.
The lounging area is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view of the bonsai-lined walkway. Large windows and doors blend with the surrounding beauty, allowing you to connect with nature.
This luxury holiday villa is fully staffed. There is a butler, concierge, and housekeeping service. For a charge, you can ask for a babysitter and massage therapist. There is a small spa with massage beds in the garden. English breakfast is available between 7-11 AM. A professional chef can prepare and serve meals at the house for a charge. Or, you can cook yourself too if you want. You will also find a first-aid kit, fire extinguishers, and safe boxes.
You can reach Pererenan Beach in only 6 minutes from the house. It’s a beautiful beach with black sand. Powerful waves make it popular for surfing adventures. There are two surf spots with powerful, fast, and barrel waves. La Brisa and Batu Bolong Beach are also close. You can reach them in only 10 minutes. You should also visit the famous Tanah Lot Temple, which is close to this holiday villa.
10/10We had four families meet & stay here, the size & room layout was perfect for our group. The facilities were well looked after & super clean. The staff was what made the villa a standout. They were so kind & willing to help with anything and everything. Every morning we had a beautiful inhouse breakfast cooked which catered to everyones likes/dislikes it was a great easy start to the day getting everyone feed without any stress. The team helped with rides, laundry, food, drinks - not to mention cleaning & servicing the grounds. The villa was stunning but the staff made it 100000x better. We would highly recommend & would love to visit again.

So clean and well appointed, beautiful pool and dining areas, quality beds, and incredibly friendly and attentive house manager Wayan, Chef Edy and service team who exceeded our hospitality expectations. Loved our time here and will return.
9.8/10Villa Finder were extremely helpful when looking for a location to fit 14 people. Emails correspondence was quick and additional request were no problem. They were extremely professional. If you are looking for connivence and service then I definitely recommend Villa Finder.
10/10We had 6 nights at this amazing Villa. The villa is stunning and had plenty of room for the 12 people in our group. Lots of areas to relax, the pool is great, the bedrooms are all great sizes, beds were super comfortable, and the villa overall was spotlessly clean. Host Wayan was so helpful - can't say enough good things about him, and he helped make the stay so fantastic. The daily breakfast was delicious, and we even had dinner cooked for us one night, which was also delicious. Great location, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and and easy 10min walk to the beach. Would definitely return to this villa.
