The stairs from the living room, leads up to the master suite that takes up the entire first floor of the pavilion. The room is adjoined by a shady balcony that overlooks the garden and pool. Inside, the room has a rustic feel, with its teak floor and all-wooden interior. Two of the guest bedrooms are located within the main pavilion of which one features a private veranda with beanbags, overlooking the pool. Both of these rooms feature blue terrazzo open-air bathrooms with pergola shaded rain-showers. The other two rooms are tucked together in a Lumbung, a wooden 2-storey bungalow with an thatched roof that was traditionally used for rice storage. The Lumbung has a private patio surrounded by greenery where you can enjoy breakfast in a more secluded setting. The Lumbung is furnished with a large fridge for your convenience, so you can easily get some drinks and the two bedrooms share one bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
You will enter this gorgeous 5-bedroom Balinese villa in its large garden where an inviting swimming pool sparkles, perfect for swimming laps while the kids can safely play in the shallow area of the pool. The garden is planted with mature, high towering trees, lush exotic greenery and lots of colourful flowers, giving their scent. There is a traditional alang-alang roofed gazebo to escape the heat for a while after a hot soaking sunbathing session on one of the pool-side sunbeds.
The spacious living room is designed open to the garden and it features a gorgeous interior ruled by reclaimed teak wood, hand-crafted furniture and traditional artwork. There are lots of comfy lounge areas where you can enjoy the wonderfully tropical surroundings or watch television together on the satellite TV that comes with a DVD-player. There is a teak dining table for family dining in your own holiday home and the fully equipped open kitchen features a large terrazzo bar with stools, creating another nice hang-out spot for evenings of good conversation and tropical drinks.

Villa Una was better than we expected. The house itself is charming, with rustic wood, cool tiles and impeccable decor. We felt like we were living in a vogue magazine house. The garden was stunning, filled with ferns, palms and heavenly scented flowers. The masterpiece for us was the huge pool, always a welcome sight after returning home from shopping or dinner. The atmosphere was relaxed and charming. The bedrooms were beautiful, all with air-conditioning. The bathrooms were well thought out and being outside a delight, though the floor becomes very slippery when wet. The staff Desi and Putu could not do enough for us. Breakfast was simple but delicious. They were friendly and always happy. The only note I would say is the separate building with two bedrooms being close to the street was a little noisy, but we got over that with ear plugs. Being situated in the heart of seminyak it was easy access to shopping and a million fabulous restaurants and bars. Villa Una us a fantastic oasis if you are after the excitement that seminyak offers. Id go back in a heartbeat.
Our stay at Villa Una was fantastic. The villa was amazing always clean and well looked after with everything that we could have needed for our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. As it was our second time in Seminyak we loved the very close location of the villa to all of Seminyak with so many different place within walking distance. We would definitely stay at Villa Una again.
