Indies Estate

The three independent homes in this estate are named – Villa Antigua, Villa Tanzania, and Villa Batavia. Together, there are 11 bedrooms, all with large double beds. This means this rental home can easily sleep up to 22 guests. Guests can also ask for extra beds. The rooms open to a central courtyard, private pool, or a landscaped lawn. The three villas all have their own unique identity with a geographical theme. For example, in Tanzania, you will find zebra patterns in the décor. Antigua has a blue color running throughout, which will make you feel like you are in the Caribbean.

The beds are either modern or four-posters. Each bedroom has hardwood or parquet flooring, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack, a clothing rack, work desks, and armchairs. The ensuite bathrooms have showers.

The Indies Estate is an opulent 2100-square-meter property with its outdoor area occupying a large space. You will see greenery everywhere. The tall trees of the neighborhood blend with those within the estate, making you feel like staying in a botanical garden. You will also see many native flowering plants of Bali decorating the space.

A highlight of the estate is its private swimming pool that will be exclusively for you and your family or friends. It has many loungers under pergolas on all sides. There is also a poolside gazebo with a daybed and cushions. Next to this, you will find an outdoor dining table under the shade. The lavish lawn is well-maintained. A garden footpath will take you to the three villas. Garden lighting provides a romantic ambiance in the evening.

The common living/dining area is huge. In the lounging area, you will find two sofas and several armchairs, all arranged around a television with streaming services like Netflix. The dining area features a long table with chairs. Several doors from here lead to the garden and pool. Globally sourced antiquities, artworks, and bold ornaments sit perfectly alongside many modern appliances you expect to find in a luxury holiday home.

In the kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Cups, plates, and glasses are all provided. There is also a barbecue.

The Indies Estate is a fully staffed home. There is a 24-hour front desk, an in-house chef, a tour desk, currency exchange, concierge service, housekeeping, and luggage storage facilities. The living room has a television and a karaoke system. There are many books and board games. For a charge, you can ask for a massage, yoga classes, cooking classes, snorkeling, diving, and windsurfing tours.
