Die Villa Tiga Puluh ist ein leuchtendes Beispiel für das neue und sogar fortschrittliche Genre oder den Trend des Wohnens in Resorts, das man grob als neoklassisches balinesisches Wohnen bezeichnen kann. Die Villa verfügt über insgesamt sieben Schlafzimmer, die in Form von Bungalows symmetrisch um den Swimmingpool angeordnet sind. Es gibt nur eine Master-Suite. Sie verfügt über ein Ankleidezimmer, das mit dem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne verbunden ist. Es gibt zwei Deluxe-Suiten. Ebenfalls mit Ankleidezimmern, aber mit halboffenen Badezimmern. Außerdem gibt es vier Suiten mit Ankleideräumen und Badezimmern mit Außendusche. Eine Deluxe-Suite kann mit einer benachbarten Suite verbunden werden, um ein Familienzimmer zu bilden. Sollte eine der Suiten nicht belegt sein, kann sie in ein Spa-Zimmer umgewandelt werden. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Minibar und Satellitenfernsehen ausgestattet. Alle sind nach außen hin offen und haben direkten Zugang zum Swimmingpool.

Im Zentrum des weitläufigen und üppigen tropischen Gartens befindet sich der von Palmen gesäumte, 20 Meter lange Swimmingpool. In seinem kühlen, glasklaren Wasser können Sie aktiv und lebhaft oder träge und langsam sein. Außerhalb des Wassers können Sie sich entspannen und die Wärme der Sonne genießen, während Sie sich im Schatten des großen Poolschirms auf der Holzterrasse auf einem Poolbett ausstrecken. Oder eine wohltuende Massage im halboffenen Gladak am anderen Ende des Pools.
Ein offener und geräumiger Pavillon beherbergt den Wohnbereich, in dem Sie es sich auf bequemen, gepolsterten Sofas und Stühlen gemütlich machen können. Für erlebnisreiche, interaktive oder literarische Unterhaltung können Sie sich in den Fernsehraum zurückziehen. Machen Sie es sich auf den großen Sofas bequem und wählen Sie aus der großen Auswahl an DVDs, Büchern und Brettspielen aus. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Essbereich mit einem langen Esstisch für zehn Personen, an dem Sie die köstlichen Kreationen des hauseigenen Küchenchefs probieren und genießen können - ob authentische lokale Küche oder internationale Spezialitäten.
Die Villa wird von einem Manager geleitet und verfügt über einen Stab von sieben Butlern und fünf weiteren Mitgliedern. Jeder von ihnen wird sich schnell - und gerne - um Ihre Bedürfnisse und Wünsche kümmern. Zu den weiteren Dienstleistungen der Villa gehören Frühstücksservice, Housekeeping, Poolpflege, Unterstützung beim Einkaufen, Barkeeper und Nachtwache. Wäscheservice, Massagen, Babysitting, Scooter- und Autovermietung mit oder ohne Fahrer können angeboten werden, sind aber mit einer separaten Gebühr verbunden.
Die Villa Tiga Puluh ist nur eine Minute vom kosmopolitischen Seminyak-Viertel Oberoi entfernt, das für seine Eat Street sehr beliebt ist. Zu den Must-Tries unter den zwanglosen bis gehobenen Restaurants gehören La Lucciola und Mamasan. Ein weiterer vierminütiger Spaziergang bringt Sie zum Seminyak Beach, wo Sie Designer- und Scherzartikelläden sowie gemütliche Cafés und angesagte Bars und Clubs wie Ku De Ta finden.
8.8/10We celebrated a milestone birthday with a large family group. The chef cooked a great feast and the concierge arranged for decorations in the pool and dancers. The staff spoiled us every day and nothing was too much trouble. Much enjoyment was had in the pool and relaxing by the pool. Some downtime for the younger kids in the media room which was a cool place to be. We also dined at the Cornerhouse, Kynd Community, Ku De Ta and Kilo and all were great meals for adults and kids. Groceries and drinks were within walking distance and bedrooms were all comfortable.

Tucked down a laneway in central Seminyak is the warm welcome of a beautifully presented villa staffed by a team who are there for your every need. Each villa has its own style and the pool and gardens are amazing. Loved the huge lounge area. Breakfast was yummy with a great choice of food. Villa is easy walking distance to the heart of Seminyak. Could not fault our stay and would highly recommend as a place to stay with family or friends ???

Everything was great, Pool for kids was great, accommodating for toddlers with 2 shallow areas, enough lawn and yard for the oldest child to kick the footy and play ball sports. A stand out was the staff and Rama, the villa manager, anything and everything was done with a big smile and kindness. Highly recommend A+
9.2/10You don't so much 'stay' at Tiga Puluh - you experience it. I recently returned from a 4 night stay at this property as part of my 40th birthday celebrations and I can honestly say that it lived up to my every expectation and beyond. The property fit out is exceptional. The fixtures and furniture are new and high quality and when staying there, you really feel a sense of "next level" exclusivity that can rarely be found in Bali. The villas are well laid out and tastefully decorated and each has its own personality and ambiance - and the bathrooms? Nothing short of spectacular. Breakfasts are great with good variety and an onsite chef there to prepare your food and cook it just the way you like it. And if you find you don't feel like braving the streets to go to a restaurant at any other time of the day, you can order food off of their menu and they will prepare it fresh onsite for you. On our first night they prepared an Indonesian feast for 17 people which was fantastic and very well priced. The WiFi is great and the location is perfect - a short walk to shopping and cafes but far enough away to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. But what sets this place above and beyond are the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues that we encountered were dealt with quickly and professionally to the satisfaction of all parties. They were consistently attentive, friendly and interactive enough to ensure that we never wanted for anything during our time there. We and our visitors were greeted with cold towels and a smile each and every time time we returned from an excursion and the upkeep of the complex was immaculate. I can't thank these guys enough for helping to make our experience truly special and one that my family, friends and I will remember forever. I thoroughly recommend Tiga Puluh
9.6/10Trip was amazing - Staff are always there and speak perfect English, they can help with pretty much anything! They helped arrange transfers, bike rentals, tours - anything you can think of, all at a very god price. Never any problems with the wifi - which is often taken for granted. Villa itself was beautiful - great for groups. Pool in the middle is lovely, with rooms alongside semi-detached for a little privacy :) Breakfast provided was great - made to order TV room is a nice touch for staying in and watching movies - comes with a large selection to choose from. Living and dining room very spacious and the kitchen is well stocked - we hosted a lovely dinner and drinks for 15 people and the staff were great with the service - 10/10 will be back!
10/10I just spent 10 days in this paradise villa with friends and I already miss it so much. The villa is lovely, with a tasteful decoration, perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff Meigi, Satur, Andre, Hapzharii, Ketut ... are so lovely and really went above and beyond. I go to Bali every year and I can say that the villa is perfectly located in the heart of Semyniak It is 5 minutes away from all the best restaurant, bar and cozy sunset places (la plancha, favelas, Kudeta, Urchin, Metis, Sardine, Bamboo and so on... ) and the beach is 2 minutes away. I reckon you ask meigi to rent scooter for you. Going out for dinner was good but it was also really nice eating at home. Breakfast is just delicious, the 20 meter pool is perfect for some morning exercices before having organized drop off and pick up to various places around Bali! Magic! Thank you all for making me enjoying my stay so much and I will definitly come back! TERIMA KASIH!!!
