Die Master-Suite grenzt sowohl an den Garten als auch an den Wohnbereich an. Es gibt ein wunderschönes Himmelbett mit Kingsize-Bett in einem Raum, der mit traditioneller Kunst dekoriert und mit TV und DVD-Player für einige Unterhaltung in der Nacht ausgestattet ist. Es gibt ein großes Ankleidezimmer und das en-suite Badezimmer, das mit Natursteinen gebaut wurde, verfügt über eine Freiform-Badewanne und 2 Regen-Duschen.
Es gibt 4 klimatisierte Gästeschlafzimmer mit Fernsehern und DVD-Playern und eigenen Badezimmern mit tropischen Regenduschen. 3 dieser Zimmer befinden sich in der ersten Etage des Wohnpavillons, der an den Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten angrenzt. Die Villa Phinisi verfügt über einen großen, sonnigen Außenbereich mit üppigen tropischen Pflanzen und Bäumen, die den gepflegten grünen Rasen und den Freiform-Swimmingpool umgeben, in dem Sie auf einer der Liegen im Pool ein Sonnenbad nehmen können . Sie können sich auch entspannen und ein Buch im Schatten eines traditionellen balinesischen Sonnenschirms lesen oder in einer Ecke des Gartens grillen, während Sie über die Palimanan-Treppe über den Teich auf die Veranda gelangen, auf der ein Esstisch für 10 Personen steht.
Die Villa verfügt über einen versenkten Wohnbereich, von dem aus Sie in den Swimmingpool blicken können, so dass Sie das Gefühl haben, unter der Wasseroberfläche zu leben. 9.8/10We stayed at Villa Phanisi for my 50th.. it was our first time to Bali and wow what an experience! The Villa is absolutely beautiful. So spacious and everything we expected and more.. it felt like we were living in our very own home. I didn't know what to expect having staff around but it was amazing.. it felt like they were part of our holiday.. what beautiful people who quickly became family. They we're so helpful with everything we needed. They made sure we had a fridge full of drinks every day.. we kept a kitty in a jar which we topped up most days.. that paid for anything we needed and our breakfast and dinner... And wow the meals were absolutely delicious!!! Ketut is an amazing chef, so much so we ate in every night and had a full breakfast every morning. .. he was also extremely helpful with anything any activities we wanted to do. So helpful that he helped my husband plan traditional Balinese dancers and band for my birthday night!!! Soooooooo beautiful!! We also had our own personal driver who you pay to have for the day. Wayen who is one of the loviest people and will take you anywhere. We always invited and paid for him to have lunch with us when we were out for the whole day, he certainly deserved it.. if we needed money changed the staff always changed it for us . They made our trip so effortless and problem free.. the manager of the Villa came and seen us a few times which was just lovely shes a beautiful lady. We had massages every day with the most beautiful girls.. they we're readily available and after quad bike riding much needed..lol.. the Villa is in the best location, quiet at night unless it's you making the noise haha although you're usually too tired and relaxed after an eventful day and late night massage :-) security is outside every night and checks on you and made sure all is locked up. You are close to everything Mimi Mart just up the road and even your very own market a minute away.. so cool .. in a nutshell it was one of the best holidays we've had we loved every minute. Thank you to all the staff of Villa Phanisi for looking after us and making my birthday memorable. We miss you all :-( please be generous with our new family we love them :-) see you next year!!!! One tip: take a universal plug and power board..

10/10This villa was amazing! Location is excellent- quiet but super close to everything. The pool is absolutely the highlight! The layout is excellent for interacting both in and out of the pool. The space is also large and perfect for big groups (we were a group of 11 adults). The staff was incredible- very helpful, kind and accommodating!! The bathrooms are open air and lack a bit of privacy but other than that I’d give this place a 10/10 and would highly recommend it for large groups!
10/10My family of 11, including 3 small children, stayed at this beautiful villa from 5th July for 8 nights. What a glorious time we had, and we were so beautifully looked after by the wonderful staff. The lagoon pool was an absolute highlight, and many wonderful family memories were created right here. The villa itself is just oozing with character and charm, and we all agreed that the photos do not do justice to this sensational place, which had been so thoughtfully, and tastefully decorated. The location could not be beaten, as it is just up the most gorgeous lane to the heart of Seminyak. For a larger family or group, we would go back and stay in a heartbeat, and only hope the opportunity presents itself in the future. Thank you to Anika, and all the staff for helping to create a holiday that dreams are made of. We will never forget your villa and your wonderful hospitality.
9.2/10We enjoyed are very nice week at the villa with a group of 15 friends. The service was unbelievable despite 15 guys probably not being the easiest guests. The pool and garden are the absolute high lights of the villa. Location could not be better in the heart of Seminyak and around the corner of KuDeTa beach club. We can definitely recommend the villa for large groups!

9.6/10We travelled with a group of 8 people using just 4 of the 6 rooms. The house was spacious and never felt crowded. The pool is certainly a highlight and even though the beach is just a short walk away, we spent many afternoons and evenings at the pool instead. The house is right next to Ku De Ta and the big beach hotels, as well a market, cash machines and some great local places to eat. Its set just off the main road so is nice and quiet but just a short walk to other shops on the main streets. The massage room is a great idea and the staff arranged massages for us at home on the first day we arrived which was awesome. A massage at home was around just $12 for an hour - we did find them cheaper on the street, but the quality varied and wasnt as good or convenient as having them at the villa. The outdoor dining with fans was brilliant - especially on hotter days. Filtered water was supplied and we asked the staff to provide breakfast most mornings (Ask for the bananna or stawberry pancakes - yum!). We also had a party one night (with traditional balinese suckling pig) and chose to have dinner at home a few nights. This was delicious and well catered for - the staff have lots of menu ideas. It was hard to not eat out when eating at home was so easy. The staff who were on duty each day (and even the night guards) were very caring and helpful, always available and contientious. It was my first time in a staffed villa and I thought it might be weird having them around, but they weren't intrusive and we got used to the great service very quickly. We asked them to keep the fridge stocked with beer and softdrinks - and we provided a kitty which they settled with a receipt each day. It will help them if you are specific with what and how much you want them to buy. The WiFi worked throughout the house and we all had good connections - great for keeping in touch. Certainly a great home away from home with lots of good memories.

8.8/10The villa, spaces and layout are perfect. For that price you can not find anything better nearby. The location is just beside kudeta and walking distance (10-15 minutes) to all the best shops/restaurant/bar in seminyak (motorbike is always better). the villa is just a bit old, so do not expect everything to be 100% working and have brand new equipement, but the overall experience was very good. they provide you 24h security, very kind staff, and the design of he pool is very nice. The villa is recommended for large groups especially because if you are more than 10 (we were 13) there's not many villa with that capacity in Bali. On the departure day they allowed us to use the garden, pool and shower until 7pm because our flight was late at night (given that there is no one else chekcing in on the same day). The staff can help you also to buy food/drinks at cheaper price (20% less that what you will find), and they help you with other things like finding transport, daily trips, renting bikes, etc... the reason of giving 4 instead of 5 are: - there was no hot water to shower (not a big issue, the water in bali is warm enough to shower without heating it). - on the back of the villa there s a space used as a temporary deposit for some construction, so starting at 8am there was a bit of noise in two of the 7 bedrooms.

9.2/10kinda feel obligated to write something considering the fun we had at villa phinisi. it's been a week since we got home (singapore) and all we can talk about is how much we missed our time at bali. so, where do i start? kadek and ketut are quite possibly the best home cooks around. with an extensive menu, ranging from pasta and ribeye steak to babi guling and sambal pecel lele, they will painstakingly prepare whatever you want at a cost that's much cheaper than eating out (price of ingredients + additional 10%). and they are really darn good at what they do. we are usually smashed by the end of the night and the place can be quite a mess. every morning, the whole villa crew will clean up the place till it looks as good as new. fresh bed sheets and towels are always available on request. it's also the personal touch that goes along with their service; kadek helped me taped back a 100,000 idr bill that i've accidentally torn and removed a splinter from a friend's foot. it's the little things that make this place amazing. and have i mentioned that, the 2nd floor patio is right above the pool? shall leave it to your imagination what you can do with that
8.8/10Excellent place, and walking distance to Petitenget and Kudeta. You're on the main strip of Oberoi, 5 mins away from excellent dining regardless of budget and great shopping. If you're bored, just grab a scooter(staff can assist you with this) and just go around. The place itself is gorgeous and there is plenty of space to do nearly anything, play volleyball if you want. Beautiful fittings from wood. The whole outlay of the house feels like a ship.
