Villa Arte ist ein künstlerisches einstöckiges Feriendomizil mit einem großen tropischen Garten und einer unschlagbaren Lage im Herzen von Seminyak. Versteckt in der ruhigen Wohngegend gleich hinter der Hauptstraße von Seminyak, ist dieses Ferienhaus mit fünf Schlafzimmern nur zwei Minuten von den Boutiquen, Restaurants, Bars und dem Strand entfernt, für die Seminyak so berühmt ist. Es besteht aus 5 Schlafzimmern; 4 große Schlafzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer, das mit dem Schlafzimmer 4 mit zwei Einzelbetten verbunden ist. Diese beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich das Badezimmer. Die Villa Arte bietet bequem Platz für insgesamt zehn Erwachsene und der weitläufige Garten macht sie auch zu einem idealen Ort für kleine, intime Veranstaltungen. Das erste Zimmer finden Sie auf der linken Seite des Pooldecks. Dieses Zimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Moskitonetz und einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Poolrand entfernt - perfekt für ein nächtliches Bad oder einen Tauchgang am frühen Morgen. Das eigene Badezimmer ist in ziegelroten Farbtönen gehalten und verfügt über eine Regendusche im Freien, ein WC und ein Doppelwaschbecken mit beleuchtetem Waschtischspiegel.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich neben der Master-Suite, auch mit einfachem Zugang zum Swimmingpool und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat einen schönen Gartenblick. Beide Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage, Kingsize-Betten und tropischen Open-Air-Badezimmern ausgestattet. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet und dieses Zimmer kommuniziert mit einem anderen Schlafzimmer und teilt sich das Badezimmer.

Der wunderschön angelegte tropische Garten bietet viele Gelegenheiten, nach einem erfrischenden Sprung in den einladenden Swimming pool auf der Holzterrasse zu faulenzen und die warme Sonne zu genießen . Die große gepflegte Rasenfläche hat sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Bereiche, perfekt für die Kinder zum Herumtollen oder Ballspielen und auch ideal für Gartenpartys mit selbstgemachten Cocktails und Essen.
Vom geräumigen Parkplatz aus betreten Sie den tropischen, offenen Wohnpavillon mit Blick auf den schönen, üppig grünen Garten und direktem Zugang zum Pool. Unter dem traditionellen hohen Gewölbedach befindet sich eine wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung, die modernes, minimalistisches Design mit einem Hauch reicher ethnischer Kultur und Dekoration verbindet . Es gibt ein bequemes eingebautes Sofa mit roten Plüschkissen, auf dem Sie sich entspannen können, während Sie den Kindern beim Spielen im Garten zusehen, bevor Sie sich an den hübschen Teakholz-Esstisch auf einer erhöhten Plattform setzen und eine köstliche Mahlzeit zusammen mit Ihren Lieben genießen. Auf der anderen Seite des Pavillons befindet sich eine gemütliche TV-Lounge, in der Sie an einem gemütlichen Abend in der Villa Filme ansehen können.
Das Personal heißt Sie mit balinesischer Gastfreundschaft herzlich willkommen und kümmert sich während Ihres Aufenthalts hervorragend um Sie.
Versteckt in einer ruhigen Gasse im Zentrum von Seminyak, genießen Sie die Ruhe innerhalb der Villenmauern, aber außerhalb sind Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und nicht zu vergessen der belebte Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, wo Sie den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang von Bali bewundern können, während Sie bequem auf einem der Sitzsäcke im Schatten der balinesischen Sonnenschirme sitzen und an einem Cocktail im La Plancha nippen . Wenn Sie sich etwas gönnen möchten, besuchen Sie die berühmte "eat street" der Insel, wo Sie in Spitzenrestaurants wie dem Ultimo oder den am Strand gelegenen Restaurants La Lucciola und Ku De TA speisen können . Sie können sich leicht zu Fuß fortbewegen oder ein Motorrad mieten, wenn Sie schneller vorankommen wollen. Taxis gibt es auf den größeren Straßen ebenfalls in Hülle und Fülle.
10/10We loved Villa Arte. Great location, close to restaurants, Bintang Supermarket and beach. Wayan and Gede were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Cooking yummy food, cleaning up after us and looking after our children all while smiling and making us all feel very special. We had the best family holiday celebrating a special 60th birthday we’ll never forget. Thank you Wayan and Gede we love you 🥰

10/10The villa was absolutely gorgeous. Walking into it the first time it felt like we were in our own private resort, it's so spacious and beautiful. We had a party of 5, and but we could easily and comfortably have brought along a couple more people and still had room to spare. Wayan was very helpful whenever we needed it, and always ensured the place was tidy and we were all comfortable and happy. We loved our stay and would love to stay again.
10/10The Villa was huge and suited all 9 of us perfectly. We spent lots of time in the pool which was a lifesaver after a long day shopping or walking around. Wayan was just wonderful, made us breakfast, cleaned every day and always asked if we needed anything. The location is great, close to Bintang shop, bars, restaurants and shopping. Quiet location, apart from the NYE fireworks that went on all night!

10/10We had such an amazing stay at Villa Arte. Our family of 9, consisting of a 15 month old to an 86 year old, were in Bali to celebrate my 60th birthday. The villa was perfect for our needs. Within walking distance or a short taxi ride to everything we wanted to do and see. The rooms were beautiful and suited our family requirements and all pre-arranged amenities were in place (pool fence, baby cot, high chair etc). We fell in love with the villa staff (Wayan, Gede and Putu), who became family during our stay. So willing to help - they made us feel so at home! Thank you so much for a very memorable family holiday.
9.6/10Villa Arte is the perfect place for extended families or large groups. It is tucked away in a quiet back street and nestled in a tropical paradise. The villa is larger than it looks and is very well equipped for a weeks stay. The on-site staff of Wayan and Gede are extra helpful yet obtrusive and the breakfasts they prepare are wonderful. This was a terrific find for us and the Villa Finder team were amazing to deal with throughout the whole booking process.

10/10Fantastic value!! We had our extended family stay (9 people) and everyone had a great time. The onsite staff were so helpful and we didn’t have a bad meal. The rooms were cleaned everyday and are really spacious.

9.8/10Villa Arte was perfect for our group of 10! It was so spacious with lovely gardens and a clean pool! The bedrooms all have their own outdoor bathrooms which are stunning! The location was great as you can walk to main road with shops, cafes, restaurants and sunset beach. The staff at Villa Arte are so lovely and accommodating. They assisted us with every request and genuinely want you to have the best holiday! They cooked us breakfast most mornings, and you can choose when you want them to make breakfast or dinner!
