Die Villa Aquila ist ein modernes Feriendomizil mit 3 Schlafzimmern im Herzen von Seminyak. Diese Villa ist perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen von Freunden, die im Zentrum und in der Nähe des Strandes wohnen möchten .
Das Hauptschlafzimmer öffnet sich direkt zur Terrasse, ideal für Frühaufsteher, die mit einer Tasse Kaffee langsam aufwachen, während die Sonne aufgeht. Das Innere des Zimmers hat ein ruhiges Ambiente mit seinem warmen Holzboden, weißen Wänden und moderner Kunst mit einem Hauch von Blau in seiner Dekoration. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Sofa und einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player sowie ein separates Ankleidezimmer mit einem großen weißen Schrank, in dem Kimonos, Hausschuhe und ein Safe aufbewahrt werden, und ein eigenes Bad mit einer freistehenden Badewanne für ultimative Entspannung.
Die beiden Gästeschlafzimmer sind identisch gestaltet und befinden sich beide im Obergeschoss, von wo aus man auf den Balkon gelangt, der zur Terrasse führt. Die geräumigen Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren, ein Kingsize-Bett in einem und zwei Einzelbetten im anderen, Fernseher mit DVD-Player, geräumige Kleiderschränke und private Badezimmer mit Regendusche, extra Duschkopf und Waschbecken mit Pflegeartikeln.

Der friedliche Garten hat hohe weiße Mauern mit tropischen Pflanzen und hohen Palmen. Dazwischen liegt der 14,5 x 4 Meter große Swimmingpool mit grünem Rasen und einer Holzterrasse am Ende des Pools, wo Sie auf den blauen Sitzsäcken faulenzen, ein Buch lesen oder sich auf den Sonnenliegen eine tropische Bräune holen können. Ein moderner Grill für eine köstliche Gartenparty. Oben auf der großen Holzterrasse können Sie in der Rattansitzgruppe den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Der Wohnpavillon verfügt über durchgehende Glastüren, die zum Garten hin geöffnet oder geschlossen werden können, um ein tropisches Lebensgefühl oder einen klimatisierten Wohnraum zu schaffen . Es gibt ein bequemes Sofa, von dem aus Sie die Aussicht auf den Garten genießen und Ihre Kinder im Auge behalten oder einen Film auf dem Kabelfernseher mit DVD-Player ansehen können . In der Mitte können die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam am großen Holzesstisch eingenommen werden und die offene Küche im hinteren Bereich verfügt über eine Frühstücksbar, an der man gemütlich zusammensitzen kann, während Musik aus dem Marshall-Soundsystem ertönt.
Das Personal der Villa wird sich während Ihres Urlaubs auf der Insel Bali gut um Sie kümmern, Butler-Service und tägliches Housekeeping. Der freundliche Manager ist auf Abruf für alle Sonderwünsche zur Verfügung.
Perfekt gelegen in einer ruhigen Gasse, direkt an der Jalan Pangkung Sari, die zur berühmten "Eat Street" führt, haben Sie das Beste aus beiden Welten mit Ruhe in Ihrem Haus weg von zu Hause und Seminyaks Hot-Spots zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist auch in der Nähe, nur einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang entlang der beliebten Jalan Kayu aya vorbei an Geschäften, Cafés und einem Souvenirmarkt, und die KuDeTa Beachclub Ein lokaler Lebensmittelladen ist nur wenige Meter von Ihrer Haustür und Geldautomaten und Apotheken sind in Hülle und Fülle auf Seminyak Haupteinkaufsstraße gefunden.
10/10There are no words to describe how wonderful our experience was. Every member of the team behind our stay were so helpful. A big shout out to Aple the butler who makes the best pancakes in the whole world. We cannot fault anything this is the perfect Villa, staff and location.
10/10I wanted to let you know that we left Villa Aquilla this morning after our 7 night family holiday which was absolutely amazing. The villa was just so beautiful and much bigger than expected. Our house Manager Apel is the absolute best. Nothing was too much trouble. He prepared breakfast every morning, which was yummy and the villa was always absolutely immaculate. He was such a beautiful person he interacted with the children which they loved, and always friendly with a big smile. The location is great so close to the main street of Seminyak. It was a bonus having a great little cafe next door called Basil, great food. Until next time Thank you again Jacqui
9.6/10I don’t think I can fault Villa Aquilla! This villa is amazing, so clean, top quality and is in a great location. Restaurant right next door along with many other restaurants, a mart, beauty salon and massage shop a few metres away! We can’t wait to go back to Bali to stay at Villa Aquilla.
10/10The villa was beautiful and spacious and easy to find. It was close to Seminyak square and close to the front of the street so no walking miles to get to your villa. The service there was next level and everyone was lovely. Will definitely consider staying here on return.
9.6/10Hi I found the Villa to be large clean and quite modern, the staff was great And is a good restaurant and quick mart 5 min away I even hosted a 10 person dinner party with their Chef taking care of every detail It went great, and affordable
9.2/10Had a wonderful stay with our family of six. Everyone loved the pool! Location was great for dining out and shopping. Villa staff was attentive, and friendly, and we really enjoyed the in-villa dining prepared by the chef. Look forward to staying there again.
9.2/10Only a 12 minute walk to the W Hotel and Potato Head. Superb service by the villa chef, and villa manager on site, and routine security. Cleanliness as its new, space and pool feature. Design is nice. Overall a pleasant stay that I have recommended to my friends and family.
8.4/10Had stayed at Villa Aquila with my parents and had a wonderful time. Staff were very attentive to every one of our needs, and the food was simply fantastic. Whether it was Pancakes in the morning, to grilled Lamb in the evening; the chef delivered on every level. Cleanliness was to an impeccable standard, whether in the bedrooms or in the lounge areas. Pool was of good size, which seemed to be bigger than most of the other villas of a similar size that I have stayed in. Location was also to our needs - just a short ride or 10 minute walk to the main shopping area of Seminyak. In summary: A very relaxing holiday experience, with staff ready to pamper your every need. Will definitely be coming back again!
9.2/10The villa was beautifully designed, and very tastefully presented. The location via a short walk to the shopping, and dining of Seminyak was superb, with the beach also easily accessible. The staff responded to all our needs, and requests with a smile, and a can do attitude. We will be back and I very much look forward to enjoying the meals prepared by the in house chef. Thank you for making our holiday in Bali so memorable.
