Die Villa Ace ist ein wirklich charmantes Urlaubsdomizil, in das man sich zurückziehen kann, nachdem man durch die bunten Straßen mit Souvenirläden, Cafés und Restaurants geschlendert ist oder einen Tag auf den Sitzsäcken am Strand verbracht hat. Mit 2 geräumigen Schlafzimmern und einem einladenden Swimmingpool, der an den Wohnpavillon angrenzt, ist diese Villa perfekt für kleine Familien oder Paare, die einen tropischen Ort im Zentrum von Seminyak suchen.
Die geräumige und romantische Master-Suite befindet sich im Obergeschoss und grenzt an einen Balkon, auf dem üppige Grünpflanzen eine intime und tropische Atmosphäre schaffen. Im Inneren befinden sich durchgehende Glasfenster mit Blick auf den Garten, durch die das natürliche Sonnenlicht den Raum erhellt. In der Mitte steht ein wunderschönes, überdachtes Kingsize-Bett und es gibt auch ein balinesisch geschnitztes Sofa mit vielen Kissen, auf dem Sie sich entspannen und einen Film auf dem Fernseher mit DVD-Player ansehen können . Hinter dem Bett befindet sich ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank, und das eigene Badezimmer erinnert an eine Dachterrasse, umgeben von üppigen Grünpflanzen und einem Bambusdach. Es gibt eine luxuriöse Badewanne und eine Regendusche.
Schöne balinesisch geschnitzte Türen führen in das geräumige Gästezimmer, das an den Wohnpavillon angrenzt. Das Zimmer hat durchgehende Glasfenster mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool und ist mit einem überdachten Queen-Size-Bett, einem großen Kleiderschrank und modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie Klimaanlage und einem Fernseher mit DVD-Player ausgestattet . Das Badezimmer ist luxuriös und verfügt über eine große Terrazzo-Badewanne.

Der friedliche Garten ist von Bambus gesäumt und bildet eine sehr private tropische Oase im Zentrum von Seminyak. Der Swimmingpool ist mit Natursteinen gefliest und rundherum wachsen blühende Frangipani-Bäume und exotische Grünpflanzen. Es gibt 2 weiße Rattan-Sonnenliegen zum Entspannen, um eine schöne Bräune zu bekommen.
Der charmante offene Wohnbereich der Villa Ace hat eine ruhige und tropische Atmosphäre mit grünen Pflanzen, die vom begrünten Balkon im ersten Stock herabfallen, und einer in Stein gehauenen Statue in den Natursteinwänden zusammen mit traditioneller Kunst und einem Originalgemälde. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit weichen Sofas, die einen einzigartig gestalteten Couchtisch mit Glasplatte umgeben, und für gemütliche Familienessen können Sie sich an den Esstisch aus Teakholz für 6 Personen setzen. Die voll ausgestattete, offene Küche ist mit schönen Natursteinen gefliest und verfügt über eine Küchenbar mit 3 hölzernen Barhockern, die einen schönen Platz zum Sitzen und Genießen von Getränken bietet, bevor man das pulsierende Nachtleben von Seminyak erkundet.
Das freundliche Personal der Villa kümmert sich darum, dass alles Ihren Wünschen entspricht. Sie kümmern sich um die Instandhaltung des Hauses und der Villa, und der Manager hilft Ihnen gerne bei all Ihren Sonderwünschen.
Die Villa hat eine perfekte Lage, eingebettet in einer ruhigen Gasse im Herzen des trendigen und Happening Seminyak, berühmt für seine High-End-Shopping, Restaurants und Beach Clubs. Oberoi Straße mit High-End-Restaurants wie Ultimo und Grocer und Grind ist nur wenige Meter von der Haustür entfernt und zu Fuß in die andere Richtung führt zu Double Six Beach. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße von Seminyak mit dem Bintang-Supermarkt, Kunstgalerien und einer Fülle von Taxis, Geldautomaten und Apotheken ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

8.4/10Villa Ace is perfectly positioned and has the most wonderful staff who arrive daily to care for the villa and to meet your every expectation. The pool was beautifully clean and extremely inviting. Add this villa to your short list and venture out and about to all Bali's amazing restaurants. We would also recommend the NIA cooking class if this type of fun suits.
9.8/10We had a wonderful day at Vila Ace, this was a birthday surprise for our travelling daughter. We were a bit dubious initially using Vila Finder, However we were pleasantly surprised at how excellent their communication was. They even assisted in organising the most beautiful balloon decorations that honestly exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate the recommendation to stay at Vila Ace. It was exactly as shown in the pictures! The staff were sensational as was the location. Do yourself a favour & stay at this beautiful Vila, you will not be disappointed. Oh and I loved the delicious Watermelon smoothy we were greeted with upon arrival. Thanks Vila Finder & Vila Ace for an unforgettable holiday!
8.8/10We stayed for a week and enjoyed the villa. It’s close to everything and staff were great. Upstairs bathroom is outside but it’s very private.
10/10Stayed here for our honeymoon, location was great, staff were very responsive, all meals we had were lovely but plenty of places around to eat out. The Villa is beautiful and well kept, we would definitely return!

9.8/10Villa Ace is absolutely beautiful and 100% what I expected from the photos I had seen! The staff were so very helpful and would organise drivers for us as soon as we even mentioned wanting to see a place. Plenty of restaurants on the street and only a quick 10 minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops on Oberoi street. Absolutely fell in LOVE with Shelter Cafe which is another short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!
8.4/10The villa was nicely laid out and the facilities were good. In terms of value for money, I think that it was very good. However, I do think that with a little more effort the villa can be presented even better. New counter tops in the kitchen, a thorough clan of the baths and bathrooms and some leather cleaner on the couch would make a real difference and would not take much effort. The owners should also consider making the villa more child friendly with a rail for the staircase and a fence around the pool.
10/10Villa Ace met and exceeded the expectations of this family of four, including teenagers. Stylish and airy, private and tranquil, the typical Balinese open air living area wrapping around the pool did it for us. This villa is perfect for a family of four, especially teenage kids, as the two completely self contained rooms (own entertainment and massive bathrooms) on separate levels means there is a healthy distance and privacy between young and old!! A short distance to the surf of Seminyak Beach and easy walk to the buzz of Oberoi St provides for a great location - close to all the action but far enough away from all the noise. We are sold and will definitely come back!!
10/10Had the pleasure of staying at Villa Ace with my family. The open living area around the pool is a great place to just chill out and recharge the batteries or have a few drinks in the evening. The generous sized pool is literally one step from the downstairs bedroom, the pool is great for swimming but even better for sitting around and having fun. There is plenty of sun to sunbake or you can chill out under the shade of the mango tree. The Villa is in a great location for everything that Bali has to offer. Jalan Oberoi (minutes away) has plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Shopping is great as well and just cruise down Drupadi and you are at the beach with plenty of waves and beach bars. The Bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms are really nice and really big as well.
10/10Down a little lane it is very tranquil yet so close to all our fave restaurants and shops. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Looks exactly like the photo's so there were no surprises. Very modern pieces blended with traditional Balinese makes it feel luxurious without being sterile like a hotel. Love the open living space overlooking the pool. We will definitely be back.
