Das Casa Cinta 1 liegt in dem ruhigen und entspannten Dorf Batubelig auf Bali und ist ein modernes Ferienhaus, das seinen Gästen eine Pause vom Alltag bietet, um einen einzigartigen tropischen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die drei Schlafzimmer, die Wohnzimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume der Villa wurden mit einer modernen Ästhetik gestaltet und im September 2023 renoviert und umgestaltet. Die zweistöckige Villa verfügt über einen privaten Pool und ist ideal für Familien und Freunde.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und die drei Schlafzimmer sind über beide verteilt. Das erste Schlafzimmer befindet sich neben dem Wohnbereich mit einem eigenen Eingang über den Pool. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss mit Glastüren, die zu privaten Balkonen führen. Jedes dieser Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Designer-Wand mit einer atemberaubenden Farbpalette. Die Super-Kingsize-Betten mit Himmelbettstruktur sorgen für den bequemsten Schlaf, den Sie je erlebt haben.
Mit Schreibtischen , Sofas und Klimaanlagen gibt es viele Annehmlichkeiten, die die Gäste genießen können. Die eigenen Badezimmer sind mit begehbaren Duschen, zwei Waschtischen und anderen notwendigen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, damit Sie es bequem haben.

Ein auffälliges Merkmal von Casa Cinta 1 ist der üppige tropische Garten mit dichtem Blattwerk am Rande der Villa. Diese ummauerten Gärten garantieren den Gästen ihre Privatsphäre und Exklusivität, da es keine neugierigen Blicke oder Störungen gibt. Ein einladender und erfrischender 9-Meter-Swimmingpool steht entlang der hinteren Gartenmauer, so dass das üppige Grün den Rand des Pools säumt. Die Gäste der Villa können diesen meditativen und zen-ähnlichen Zustand genießen und sich ein luxuriöses Bad gönnen oder sich auf den Sonnenliegen ein Sonnenbad gönnen!

Das schlichte und moderne Wohnzimmer des Casa Cinta 1 befindet sich direkt am Pool, so dass Sie der Natur auch von drinnen aus nahe sein können. Es gibt Holzschränke mit faszinierenden Artefakten, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Spieler für Ihre Unterhaltung und vor allem eine gemütliche Sitzecke für Ihren Komfort. Das Wohnzimmersofa kann bei Bedarf in ein zusätzliches Bett umgewandelt werden. Genießen Sie ein Glas Wein bis in den Abend hinein, während eine leichte Brise vom Garten durch die Flügeltüren hereinweht. Für die wärmsten Nächte auf Bali schließen Sie die Flügeltüren und genießen die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich.
Der Essbereich befindet sich in einer fast privaten Nische, die von einer Wand flankiert wird. Der Essbereich mit sechs Sitzplätzen ist der perfekte Ort für eine herzhafte Mahlzeit, die Sie mit Freunden und/oder der Familie genießen können. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie sich in der voll ausgestatteten, modernen Küche selbst etwas zu essen machen oder sogar die Dienste eines Privatkochs in Anspruch nehmen, der Ihre Mahlzeiten persönlich für Sie zubereitet!
Die Villa bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten, die zusätzlich berechnet werden, wie z.B. Massagen, Auto-/Boot-/Scooterverleih, persönlicher Koch und vieles mehr!
Die Villa befindet sich in Batubelig und ist nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und den belebten Straßen von Seminyak entfernt, wo es von Restaurants, Cafés, erstklassigen Spas und anderen aufregenden Orten nur so wimmelt! Es gibt Strandclubs wie Ku De Ta und Potato Head, die Sie für eine Nacht in der Stadt aufsuchen können.
10/10We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cinta 1 and didn’t want to leave! It looks exactly like the photos - even better and bigger in person. So many different areas to sit/relax/enjoy. Staff were very accommodating to our requests, especially when it came to daily breakfast (they do an amazing omelette!) Super well positioned too. Thank you xxx
10/10The villa was perfect for my family, well positioned off the main road so was quite which was great. Daily breakfast and villa cleaned was great. Was so relaxing waking up and walking outside to our private pool and court yard Sari was awesome to deal with managing our booking with all our needs and wants Such a great stay, will be back for sure
9.4/10Beautiful and spacious villa. The staff were wonderful and prepared delicious breakfast every morning for us. Nothing as a problem for them. Great for families, short walk to the beach and quick drive to Splash Waterpark. Convenience stores and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
10/10First and foremost, we were well received by the driver at the airport. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the villa from the airport. As shown in the photographs, the villa is modern, beautiful and spacious. The space is so comfortable and relaxing. My favorite moment was walking into the Villa and feeling at home. My kids loved it. Daily breakfast is served, but it is the same thing every day for six days (it would be better to have a menu with different choices). You can walk to some nice cafes within a short distance. The Villa's staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. They provided good recommendations and checked on us continuously. This is definitely a value for money experience, and it is safe. We had a wonderful time.
10/10We absolutely loved our time at Casa Cinta, the staff did an amazing job at looking after us. The location was great, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa was absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accomodation is Seminyak!
9.8/10We had an amazing and wonderful time here at Casa Cinta 1. The villa was big, comfortable and pool deck is just perfect. Kitchen was fully eqipped and the helper Wayan is very helpful. Lovely place, great location and super nice staff. The Room was fully lovable which is perfect! perfect holiday indeed. Thank you so much for everything.

8.8/10We loved our stay at Villa Casa Cinta 1. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a 7 yr old, 5yr old and 18month old so organized a pool fence and it was perfect. Out of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but close enough to walk or grab a quick taxi.
9.6/10We generally had an awesome experience, the villa was spacious and pretty, and well appointed with amenities (the ground floor, together with the kitchen, big tv and pool, was a great place to hang out). Staff were accommodating and friendly. Location was great too, near central seminyak but not directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle. If you are lazy to get a car, there are quite a few food and spa options within walking distance from the villa (we would recommend the pork ribs and smoked corn from Hog Wild in Bali (ex-Naughty Nuri's)). We would definitely stay in casa cinta again! A few possible areas of improvement: 1) the floor upstairs was a bit dusty 2) it would be great if there were pool umbrellas at the pool area 3) perhaps the body wash/shampoo bottles could be labeled? We never did figure out conclusively which the shampoo was
9.2/10the villa was superb and our stay there was excellent. the only thing we wish could have been better was the breakfast. it was disappointing to know that we were just having simple toast with butter or jam spread. we didn't opt of this in the end and had our own breakfast outside or had the helpers prepare proper meals for us. we had to pay for the ingredients but the helpers were extremely helpful to cook for us. nonetheless, we will still stay again if we have the chance, everything is great here! the bedrooms were huge and the beds were super comfy. :) I'll recommend this place to anyone with a huge group to accommodate! if you book early, you can even try to get the villa next door (casa cinta 2) then it's easier to plan outings! this villa alone can accommodate more than 10 pple in the living room and pool area! thanks for having us and appreciate that you allowed us to have our check out extended since our flight was ard midnight! you v a great team of helpers, manager and drivers! :)))
